Racism is a complex and nuanced issue. There is personal racism and systemic racism, which is much more subtle. Someone can have no personally racists attitude and yet still be part of upholding a systemically racist institution for many complex reasons, chiefly, his own survival.

The accusation is that he inappropriately fired a black police chief due to political influence. But even this requires serious proof. There are many reasons why he could have fired him. Maybe you should listen to Pete's version of the story before jumping to conclusions.
One can have biases and blindspots without being explicitly racist. In fact, most of us have such biases. If I put you into a position where you had to fire a black police chief to feed your family, you'd probably do it without blinking an eye. And you would never ever consider yourself a racist for doing so.
Of course being gay does not automatically make one a champion for African American rights or justice. Mostly likely Pete just grew up in a white bubble where African American rights were not even a topic of conversation or concern. He would have to go out of his way to care about that.
I grew up in such a white and affluent part of the US that I didn't even know racism was a thing until well after college. When you live in a great part of the country, you don't even know what injustice is. The notion that a cop would treat a black person different than a white person was impossible to even imagine where I grew up. It would be like worrying about people eating dogs.

The conservative girl is unable to wrap her mind around the idea that gender is a relative mental construct. So to her the idea of something other than the traditional, black & white man/woman roles does not compute and seems absurd.
Blue REALLY struggles with issues of relativity. They just don't stomach relativity because to them the world is absolutely as their beliefs say.
This is also a good example of how the mind projects. The conservative girl's mind thinks that it can make others look foolish when really it is projecting its own foolishness as a denial mechanism so that she doesn't have to deeply question the groundless distinctions that make up her worldview.
But also notice how stage Green (the TYT hosts) are also unable to understand where this conservative girl is coming from. They just think she's a fool, when really, her mind is simply not yet fathoming the relative nature of reality.

My inner game has improved a lot after 6 years of spiritual work. But I still get approach anxiety at times. All mental thoughts do not disappear, especially when it comes time to approach a smoking hot girl with a bunch of her friends cockblocking.

You simply need more exposure. Start to look people in the eyes. Once you’re comfortable there then start to smile at people. Next, ask strangers how they’re doing. Continue progressing until you develop your social skill to your desired level.
Today, I literally work with people for 8+ hours a day. I’m still an introvert and this can be a bit draining and even anxiety provoking at times but it’s about 1% of what it used to be. I’m quite confident approaching stranger and striking up a conversation with new people now.

I've found learning about my personality type to be tremendously beneficial. It’s kind of scary how accurate the test is. It also connected a lot of dots as to why I am the way I am naturally vs who I try to be because of cultural conditioning... great tool to help be your more authentic self.

"Attractive" is a holisitic quality which involves a lot more than just looks. A girl will think a guy is good looking when she is actually attracted by his status, confidence, masculine vibe, charisma, eye contact, humor, etc.
Solid game makes a guy appear attractive.
But of course some lucky guys simply get laid off their looks. It's not a solid strategy though. Guys who get laid the most are working for it. It doesn't land in their lap.
