2 New Mods

My real life work is all people, meetings, phonecalls. Deadlines, project cost blowouts, late deliveries, yelling clients. It's very stressful for most people. 

The forum and dealing with issues here is like a happy break believe it or not... 

People used to be more of an issue for me. With time you will develop better skills with them 😊 

Once you realise everyone just wants something, and you learn to quickly work out what that is - you have the choice to give it to them or just turn away. 

Most people just don't stick with the problem long enough to find a solution or develop mastery

I have one cool proposal. Why don't we have a democracy here on the forum? 

Lets say the forum needs to have a parliament with for example 30 mods( house of representatives) 10 mod senators( senate) and the president is forever Leo. But every 4 years we have elections for the forum parliament. I suggest we have 300 candidates for those 40 mod seats. Leo will choose who those 300 candidates are and once we have the list of names, every forum member can cast their vote for the house of representatives and for the senate. 

I think that would be a cool way of choosing our moderators. 

What do you think guys?

That would likely just make things way too complicated and create unnessary drama.

The forum should not become a distraction.

@NewKidOnTheBlock You have nothing to worry about provided you stay within the forum guidelines. Just because people disagree, doesn't mean there are consequences. 

@How to be wise I don't think time on the forum is the primary deciding factor - or even one high in relevance.
