  1. @justfortoday I wanted to ask you how is it possible for one consciousness to appear in different states.. If "my" and "buddha" consciousness is the same one why one is awakened to its true nature and other is not?
  2. Purification of the emotional center as it’s referred to in the Fourth Way is the elephant in the room. This task isn’t accomplished in just a few months or even a couple of years. Some may scoff at this claim but I would hold the mirror up to reflect their derision as a pointer to how we are all prone to feed on negative emotion. As has been said by others, it’s not sex that makes the world ‘go around’ but the feeding on negativity. Look at our culture and other cultures and see how it manifests. Having grievances and keeping accounts, complaining, gossiping, displays of one-upman-ship in found in most areas of life including spiritual communities,,,, How many can say that they have seen these aspects in themselves previously or more importantly presently? Who is willing to potentially lose face this way? Who is willing to look at or even admit to a deeper level of self hatred that is often encountered by those who do very in-depth shadow work? Emotional mastery is realizing that we have a right NOT to feel and be negative, to paraphrase Maurice Nicoll. It is to have an awakened conscience. Gurdjieff remarked once that in the world, a man who has an awakened conscience among contemporary men will often be considered as,,,, well,,,, an embarrassment. To me, a sign of having emotional mastery is to truly wish others well. It means forgiveness or overlooking others transgressions. It means inspecting the world through a perceptual filter of Love. Am I there? No. I’ve had brief instances of it though. Also it’s how I make sense of the phrase “the kingdom of Heaven is at hand”.
  3. How do you want to be awakened while needing to be out of fights, need to be free from your dad yelling and need to avoid the police? Realize that you don't need anything. You are already complete.
  4. It's an outer journey as much as inner. Inside and outside are One. I know extroverted awakened folk. Extroverts might have it easier to awaken because they are not stuck in their private world so much. It's easy to awaken when you don't think much.
  5. It can be safely assumed that introversion is shared by most awakened beings. At least most I know are natural introverts.
  6. Doing this makes me feel uneasy. Any tips? @Vittorio Wow! This looks very helpful! I am going to be contemplating this tonight. @mandyjw I feel like a lot of my goals are distractions and that I should work on getting awakened. @Intraplanetary But it's so hard. I never feel full. Thank you @Gen Sue Rodriguez
  7. This is not exactly true. It's a generalization. Some health problems are genetic or environmental and outside of human control. If your mother was toxic with chemicals when she gave birth to you, that's something you might suffer from your entire life and have little control over. If you got some weird genes that make you more sensitive to chemicals in the food supply, that's also very difficult to control. But also many health problems ARE within your control if you change your lifestyle. It doesn't matter how conscious or woke you become, you can still have health problems. And many awakened people do. The body is easily broken. BTW, I have improved my heath A LOT through improving my perception. If I hadn't done that, I would probably be dead by now. The bottom line is: Consciousness of Absolute Truth or God will not give you good health.
  8. Perhaps intellectually. But intellectually awakened is not experientially awakened. The difference can be seen in the manner in which the message is conveyed. The intellectual, by the manner of their words and the way they are conveyed cannot awaken another. On the other hand, the one who is abiding experientially in and speaking from that Reality, can awaken many, with only a few simple uncontrived words,as it is the clear undistorted Truth itself speaking. When real truth is spoken by the one abiding in and as the reality, it will bring silence to the mind of the one who hears them.
  9. Ya, interesting isn't, all these "awakened" interpretations and subtle differences. Some say they are all saying the same thing, and others appearing to claim whats being said is different. Random enlightened guy 0: Your not awake, because Buddha said this, blah blah blah. Random enlightened guy 01: No your not awake because you haven't merged the emptiness and the everything. Random enlightened guy 010: But wait you didn't notice infinity or God. So its not complete. Whats a guy like you to do. Right? From your perspective, are the perspectives you shared true, possible, or neither? How would you actually be able to validate it? Is the source of your perspective, true, possible or neither? Is the fact that there is a perspective happening wether it matches your perspective or not, proof that "something" is in fact going on? Like could there be illusion/not real stuff if there wasn't at least "something" to be the source of such illusion/not real stuff? And if there is in fact "something" is it possible that it is separate from anything? Put more complicatedly, where would anything come from to begin with, 1. Wouldn't there need to be something always eternally so, like a basic ground in which stuff manifests from and as? Like you can make clay into many shapes and functions like a house or a chair, or a table or a car, but its still clay. Some may say this eternal is projecting illusion/imagination/dreams, but still these are from and as Eternal. 2. Some may say it arises from an actual No-thing or is a projection of, but still this would mean everything comes/connected to No-thingness, ie; an illusionary projection of/from No-thingnes is still No-thingness itself. This may take time to let in and understand, but once you do, you may notice, that essentially these metaphors are the same in practical purposes so to say. You see, as a questioner, which you appear to be, with a perception, in either case, are connected to Source/Sourcelessness. If that doesn't make sense, perhaps this video may help bridge some assumptions or lack of insights...
  10. Awakening “practice” is nothing more than pointing out the obvious. Why do you think noting works so well? ? The awakened state is indescribable, not because of how “amazing” it is, but simply because of how immediate it is.
  11. So the awakening process, as it were, begins either by an innate and innocent natural curiosity, there is suffering and one seeks a way out of it. One has had a profound experience of something more "real" and substantial beyond what is normally taken or perceived to be true and/or "reality". Or, by the knowledge/word of those who have awakened to something more true and substantial and are open to it as a possibility over what has unquestionably, and unknowingly, taken to be true (by socially accepted standards .)
  12. I swear to God, if this post gets locked or has people debating about wether world peace is a practical thing or not, I’m just leaving this forum. If you don’t think humans can live in a relatively peaceful manner for the rest of our existence, your vision ain’t high enough, sorry. No matter how awakened you are, if your message isn’t world peace you ain’t got. Suffering exists and it’s real for people, stop with all this nondual dogma. love and miracles for all. love, Mark Van Wiemeersch.
  13. What is unexpected about spiritual awakening is that it is the beginning, not the end, of a spiritual process. Few are prepared for the shifts in perspective, energy and orientation it offers. At the moment of awakening there is often a sweeping sense of freedom as all the identity falls away, yet a sense of radiant presence remains. But such a change in the view of who we are and what we are can leave a mind disoriented. Some say it is like becoming a baby Buddha -- one must learn to navigate the world in a new way. Some of the concerns that may arise as a sense of identity returns are the feeling of having known great peace, clarity or joy which now seems to have faded away, the sense of flowing through synchronicities in one's life has been lost, a lack of drive and direction, and loss of interest in engagement with old habits and friends. It is the re-awakening of the little "me" that notices these changes and worries about them or feels a sense loss or sadness. The spiritual "me" that has driven one toward an awakening has lost its thrust and so it may seem like there is nothing to do. The awakened consciousness had none of these concerns -- it doesn't buy into drifting thoughts or stories about the past or future. But the human tendency to create meaning and want familiarity and understanding is very powerfully programmed into the patterns of mind and it can easily resurrect itself even after a deep and profound realization of Truth. here are some of what I learned from reading and uderstanding this course I don't know if you already know about this but I'll share it to you https://bit.ly/2SULlv m (delete the space between the V and M to see the link thank you
  14. I was in a rather pleasant highly conscious state with focus directed toward a certain “chakra” I’ve been working on lately while I was driving today through the countryside with rather nice weather. Near one of the peak moments of this experience, I began to recall a distant childhood memory. It was of a specific instance where I looked at a specific toy at my aunt’s house on a sunny day much like today where my cousins and other kids were playing outside. This exact moment had a certain “existential aesthetic” and context which resonated with me so heavily that I started to experience intense nostalgia. At this moment when nostalgia was becoming intense, I thought about how we will never get those precious memories back. Upon having that realization, I started to filter through different “emotional/visual snapshots” of many different personally significant life events such as losing my virginity, and plenty of other more unique and seemingly inconsequential things that I experienced. This quickly transitioned into a flood of memory-like imaginations/daydreams about the past times in that exact location. I saw human death, prehistoric animals, dinosaurs, a lifeless planet, void space, and even more complete Nothingness than that. This was an experience of Infinite Intelligence or contacting Intelligent Infinity as Ra calls it in the Law of One books. This was clear. There’s so much to the moment which I cannot even grasp now. It may sound like a cool daydream, but this was a very intense “awakening.” I’m not as thrilled about this word as I used to be. I’ve had so many experiences in this tier that my life is becoming more or less a constant awakening or at least moderately awakened state. For example, I usually rest in no-mind which is essentially the prerequisite for No-Self experiences for many people. Being in no-mind so often is quite interesting. I was in no-mind during most of the writing of this post. But yeah, the point of this post is basically just to discuss an interesting experience I had in case people want more data on such things.
  15. Glad to see more and more awakened folk coming out, communicating, and helping raise collective consciousness. The age of believing is over, we're in the age of knowing.
  16. We were unmatched when I woke up lol. Basically she asked what my "level of awareness what on Covid". I figured she was an anti-vaxxer and testing me, so I went casual and asked if she was asking me how seriously I took it, if I had my shot, and if she wanted a socially distanced date. Then she said she was trying to figure out my level of awareness if I viewed it from an "awakened" or "unawakened" state, and by my response she said she's already got her answer, and that there would be a hard time connecting because of our differing levels of awareness. To which I responded lengthily with my own interpretation of what Covid means in an existential state about community, our relationship with nature, responsibility, in an attempt to appease her ideals etc. BUT finished with a rug pull of "Yea I don't think I can connect with someone who talks about consciousness and awareness, but doesn't embody it enough not to judge someone based off the very first remark to come out of their mouth." Which promptly triggered her, so I ended the conversation.
  17. Becoming awakened to the nature of consciousness.
  18. 3rd Dimension Associations: Intellect and duality consciousness, fragmented thoughts, consensus reality, and linear time. The building of ego personality and the sensual world. The physical senses and structures of length, width, and depth. Learning about your individual energies and body in matter. Creating with thought. The balancing of the intellect with the intuition of the heart. Energy Body: Solar Plexus - 3rd Chakra (Yellow), personal power, self esteem, self image, being independent, ego identity, attachments to the material world. 4th Dimension Associations: The crossroads of relationships, learning about relationships with loved ones alive or departed. The Astral Dialogue with Spirit Guides, dreams, telepathic communication, duality transcendence, connecting the higher energies with the lower. The mastering of beliefs, attitudes, memories and feelings. Energy Body: Heart Chakra - 4th (Green), compassion, unifying, soul level awareness, playfulness of the inner child. The Auric Halo above the body is present. The realm of symbols, figures & patterns comes alive. 5th Dimension Associations: The awakened higher heart center bursting through the limitations of the previous dimensions. Integration of spiritual awareness, self understanding and unified polarities. Ability to see light geometries, and follow soul purpose. The vibration of love. Manifesting of abundance. Energy Body: Throat Chakra - 5th (Blue), an expression of true communication. The ability to hear and speak with your spirit guides as a perfect clairaunient being. To be continued...
  19. I tried to speak "truth" to one of my friends a long time ago, he had not awoken before.. then when "we" actually realized God in a split second glimpse together, it was terrifying. It was an undeniable recognition of the truth behind the veil, but none of us acknowledged it because it was too real. You can talk about this as much as you want, and you can try to awaken others and act special and all. But when you really awaken, there is no you and him anymore, there is just God. Then you realize how big of a fool you actually were, to think you were more or less awakened than the fool from the bar. I would probably be annoyed if you came into a bar and talked all of this spiritual nonsense. Words are energy. You trying to win an argument with your spiritual crap is the exact same energy as him with his conspiracy crap.
  20. Here's the thing. When you get real God-realization, you get awakened to the fact that you are Love. All impurities of the ego get dissolved into love, baptized into love. The delusion of the survival driven evil thoughts and actions are gone for good.
  21. Sometimes it's all about collective consensus when it comes to what's normal and what's delusional. Now, of course, if certain behaviours come as a response to fear, things can get bad because the ego-mind can get very evil & aggressive due to fear & 'unconsciousness'. Think about taming a saltwater crocodile. You might get in real trouble lol Yes, in that case you can say that animal is delusional because it lives out of an extreme survival game. It does not know anything but how to survive so that it does not die. But you understand what's happening and you treat the situation in the most cautious way possible. It's a lesser level of consciousness, a very primitive one so to speak. Now think about a human driven by ego. Same thing. But an awakened person can see why he's behaving that way and thus again...he will treat the situation in the most mindful manner possible and they might get them on the right path with enough tact & love. Now, a person that consider themselves spiritually awakened might have a spiritual ego and they might act in a delusional manner because they believe a story their ego is telling them. So they might create suffering around them in some way or another. Let's say they become a yoga instructor and they start emotionally abusing one student. What's happening here? Delusion of course. Why? Because they are not over their imaginary ego. Still living in fear, insecure, lost. They want to feel superior to others. They didn't realize we are all one Consciousness, they didn't realize God is Love. So, a God-realized person might find out about this horrible situation and solve the issue with calm, taking a thoughtful strategic approach, out of pure love and understanding. The God-realized person will instantly recognize the behaviour for what it really is. Identification with the spiritual delusional ego-mind. They might even get this person on the right path, leading by example in a way. So yeah. There are degrees of how conscious one is. This is why enlightenement is the answer. The more awakened, the less delusional ego driven behaviour.
  22. From rather immature, insensitive, and unnecessary facetious humor about Hitler to crying tears of Love for Anne Frank who I discovered my love for in the psych ward last year. I grew up and was bullied and a really sensitive kid. I was traumatized 24/7 lmao. A little ultra empath walking around worried about people not wanting to be his friend. I was so cute, but sadly, I eventually adopted an extremist racist ideology to make up for my severe gap in self esteem that I had due to my mental and emotional sensitivities. An ideology which makes you feel supreme and superior when you feel powerless is very attractive. It took finding myself as the downtrodden and rejected class of society in a psychiatric ward and discovering Anne’s wonderful intellect and beautiful heart while I was trapped in all dimensions — physically, emotionally, spiritually, energetically, psychologically, etc. And my appreciation for her amazing soul awakened Love within me that made everything worth it. That destruction of the damn near literal Berlin Wall of separation within my consciousness has been so transformative to my healing and ability to love others in my current life.
  23. Why can't joy arise spontaneously? Why can't there be joy with playing a game and pretending? Everything is fundamentally distinct. There is an underlying sameness yes, but there is also an underlying uniqueness to everything. No two things or moments are identical to one another. Each moment, hell each momentary flux of the existence of a single object, is the same moment to moment. There is no such thing as a moment repeating. Once something is gone, it's gone. This impermanence imbues all of life with an inherent beauty, a divine reverence one can only awake to when the value of something is not derived out of its meaning, but its existence and the deep honoring of its transitory nature. This is all bullshit. Your ego is coopting something it's heard from Leo and pretending it's actually awakened to this truth. If you understood what it meant to be truly, existentially alone, you would also realize it is literally impossible for you to be alone. Let go of this identification my friend. Less spiritual theory and more meditation, more grounding into the actuality of your direct experience.
  24. Not long ago I felt compelled to write about passive aggressive tendencies. In self observation I saw this phenomena in myself in hindsight. The further back in time I go looking at this the more pronounced it was. Observing this in myself allows me to see it more clearly in others. This allows for understanding and forgiveness in which the forgiveness element becomes more in the way of overlooking transgressions. I would go as far to say if someone says that they have never acted this out in their interactions with either family or friends, they are deceiving themselves. This is a factor that has made itself more noticeable to me lately in my pondering. The unconsciousness tied to negative emotion is so powerful and pervasive. Before, I noted how ‘plausible deniability’ is a crucial element in passive aggressive behavior. Lately I’ve seen how this plausible deniability manifests also in one’s self deception and linked with justification of some kind. This is how in the beginning of ones self observation the denial of passive aggressive tendencies in oneself will be expressed in defending against taking responsibility for this behavior. From my perspective the materialistic stage of S.D. Orange is where the apex of this schizoid behavior will be. At SD Green worldview the partly awakened heart will just not let this self deception take place in complete unconscious acting out. Conscience or the small, still voice has started to speak and although people dip back into spiritual sleep after awakening, they will never sleep as comfortably again and pretending not to hear the small, still voice will no longer be as effective as it once was. So in dealing with others the wisdom will be seen to give them space as in hands off or don’t point out or get preachy about what they’re doing. They may only double their efforts in justifying in some way their passive aggressive tendencies. On another topic is my own path becoming more and more of a left handed path in the last 3 years or so. I’ve progressively become more of an edge runner. This is something that would be foolish of me to deny. Let me also say that I’m not an advocate of this path. I’ll probably express more about this as time unfolds. Jim Marion in his book Putting on the Mind of Christ writes about this phenomena in a more judicious way than others but that’s just my opinion. It’s a book I feel compelled to reread.
  25. I had an awakening while on a low dose of THC the other day while I was getting a haircut. My consciousness became so intense that functions of my body were affected. It was a nauseating level of consciousness. My vision became blurred, my ability to hear was dampened by the sound of static, and my motor functioning was significantly diminished and clumsy. They luckily had a couch in the salon I was in. I laid down on the couch and was finally able to stop resisting the awakening, and everything became blissful. This stuff is very serious even with THC when you become awakened.
