Just wanted to share my experience of going to a talk of sadhgurus tonight in LA. I never seen him in person until today.

My logical mind has always doubted in some way the pranic energy and so fourth and today i got a heavy reality check.

The talk was great but the part that really through me off was the meditation part. I had always heard  in videos people shouting and crying and what not. Im a pretty serious person and was just expecting a little peace from the meditation at most....wrong.

When sadhguru began to chant and hit certain notes I felt my hands supercharged with a very powerful electric/static/numb sensation. Similar to when your foot falls asleep and its a very intense energy. I lost control of the body and I cried hysterically while my breathing took on its own sputtering rhythm. My body naturally wanted to curl to the fetal position. Legs flapping about hitting the people next to me.

As for my mind, I was totally at ease, this didnt really come with any emotions or bliss id say. I was very detatched and could only watch this happen with no say in what would come.

I managed to bring my spine back to an upright position but as the chant continued my body just crumpled like a can and I cried.

Needless to say, very strange to go through with no attachment or seeming involvement.

Im very glad I now know this energy is a thing and look forward to delving into it.

Why do u guys think sadhguru does this energy amplification to us? To show us the possibility? Most people there didnt seem too seriously on the path.

Let me know if any of youve had similar experiences in general or explanations to this.

He basically Shakti Pati you? Well, if that's the case, good. Not to throw shade at you, but you're not his specific target, because around you there's already people that he wants his chanting to affect.

I've never seen a productive conversation about pedos. It's just people smearing and demonizing each other. None of this stops pedophiles.

Ironically, the people who whine the most about pedos do nothing to help children avoid abuse.

It's cheap clickbait with no solutions.

It's very similar to how the right wing treated terrorism. A bunch of noise with few realistic solutions.

It's unfortunate. Seems like Mr. Girls approach has reached its peak, and is on decline, as most people are still tier 1 cognition and won't seriously tackle this issue, which further corrupts discussions about this issue. Ironically, the drama between Destiny and Mr. Girl and their haters and other streamers is making the issue much worse, systems thinking and how-one-surface-level-solution-solves-little-of-the-problem-and-a-well-thought-out solution-solves-half-the-problem-101.

Dude, he is a flat out bragging about his racism.

I'm actually surprised nobody in the music industry, even rappers are releasing diss tracks at Kanye West now. There is 50 cent trolling in twitter about him, but I'm surprised Eminem or some other rappers haven't dunked on Kanye West for his unhinged takes. I'm even more surprised there isn't any more severe attempts at silencing him. Even I could now rap battle him and burry him with words alone.

Destiny should stick to politics and social commentary. Dunno why he gets so bogged down in high school streamer drama

Just more proof that even smart peopleare addicted to drama making. It's such a waste of talent too, Destiny could've been a layer, or documentarian, or even a politician, but no, he's a Twitch streamer debate bro sociopath addicted to rationale.

This is an answer which is good for getting people into spirituality. It's not very technical. It's kind of muddled and all over the place. He talks about energy levels, perhaps to make it seem more practical and relatable, so people will have some sort of motivation to pursue enlightenment. It's an extremely basic answer, all he says is that discerning thoughts from your present experience will begin the road to enlightenment, he doesn't really answer the question directly, so I can see the problem Leo has, because the title acts as if it is some clear and explicit explanation of enlightenment, when it is not.

So Leo fell for the click bait title?

  6. @Thought Art

I think, and I could be wrong, the guy in the video explaining enlightenment was explaining it as an experience using words relatable to an atheist, scientific or rationalistic mind would likely to hear,  which the intervieweris clearly a Sam Harris type. The guy is obviously not talking about GOD realization, nor any other form of spiritual experiences like no self, true self, cessation, mystical experiences, miracles, paranormal experiences, psychedelic experiences.

I agree too, that Leo, me, you and other people need to curse less over time, and bless more.

@Razard86 I mean you're taking it a bit too literally. Self-made just means built their own companies themselves without being handed down wealth or having their businesses massively subsidized(there's a line here, you can argue this one a lot of ways.)

A good example is the new crypto/blockchain/metaverse revolution that's gonna happen in the next 5-10 years. It's already easy to predict that this is gonna be a new gold rush and plenty of people are gonna become millionaires/billionaires from it. Then there are those that complain now that's its a scam and will complain in 10 years that it's unfair when thousands become rich from it while they haven't gotten much out of the opportunity.

Dude, Cryptocurrency is a scam, an escape from accountability, and most users have had their bit coin wallet hacked and stolen far more frequently than any other form of currency. It's a wolf of wall street day trader fantasy come true.

I guess it’s not solely about your video here, I just thought there would be a connection because I’m seeing many people shift a bit towards the right recently. You can kind of feel which side is going to ‘win’ by what form the mainstream narrative is taking. Almost every time when one side is “in the spotlight” for long enough, it’s as if people get bored with it or become more critical of it and this creates a pendulum-like effect. All I can say about those people is, “Congratulations, you found out that politicians suck without finding out that politicians suck.”

No, I think your intuition is right that there's a connection with current politicalsituation to tbe video highlighting the left's limits. However, that's more a smaller connection, compared to the main lesson of the video and the deeper points being made.

I think contemplating about coral is only really gonna end in metaphysical circle jerk, with collective consciousness is still in rejection of green I believe it would be more worth while thinking about how we can get everyone to accept green.

I agree, although still worth contemplating, that we're in such a hurry to transcend the stage we're stuck at, and fantasize what it's like, that we ignore the excesses of stage blue, orange and green and the stages below. We don't even appreciate, as a whole, how beautiful the coral reefs ecosystem is, and instead drag trawler fishing boats and cause widespread damaved of the sea floor that climate change or millions of years of evolution couldn't do in 1 day of trawling.

If turquoise is the transcendence of the mind and coming back to the collective, Sadhguru style, then what is Coral? are there any examples of it? Does coral go back to individualism?

Yes, coral does go back to individualism, but it's not the same individualism in teir 1 or tier 2. To borrow Leo's terminology, it's spiritual sovereignty that you realize you were a sovereign GOD, you obfuscated yourself into many parts that you've sent away to other people and called an authority or those authorities, and had to reclaim bits of yourself as you develop yourself higher in the spiral. It's something akin to what Leo has said in his absolute authority video  that's the feel of what it's like at stage coral, reclaiming all the disowned parts of yourself you casted out to the entire world, although in terms of cognitive and moral development, personality and psychology, life experiences, states of being, and other lines of development I'm not sure at that level. Naturally, at SD turquoise it's a collective wave, that naturally would swoosh back to individualism.

@StarStruck yeah Tates a good man. Have watched about 5 min of his content, 15 min if I count everything. Don’t know him much outside of that outside of the cultural fuckers. He’ll teach you about focus as he’s a chess player, just remember to internalize relative to your own perspective so as not to turn into a Barbie muppet. Learn from everyone you meet on what to do and what not to do relative to your own pathway forward. Unplug from the matrix.

Yes, don't be a barbie moppet like Sneako.
