And cultures are most racist against those races which affect the survival of that culture the most (Africans and Mexicans in America).

The solution is just to reflect on your mistakes, gain leverage over yourself, brainstorm a positive vision for your life, and slowly start taking baby steps every day towards that. You will feel better as you start to do that.
