I suggest focusing 100% on pranayama spinal breathing. All other techniques are tertiary and mostly unnecessary.
You could reduce all Kriya yoga to just pranayama and maha-mudra. Which makes it so simple.

I only do pranayama and supreme fire.
Supreme fire feels important.
You can always add in more practices after a year of solid pranayama. So don't worry about it. Your first goal should be to start to feel the effects from a lot of solid pranayama. Once you are feeling that, you can think about more fancy techniques. I like to strip away all superflous techniques to get to the bare essentials.
Pranayama + supreme fire is that. You can also include maha-mudra in that but I am currently even cutting that out.

I'm in Vegas because it is convenient and affordable. It has great roads, no traffic, no nasty winter weather, fun nightlife, not too large to be dirty and noisy.
There are nicer places to live but they are expensive or inconvenient.
I wanted to live in Austin but the traffic is a nightmare.

Vegas is a nice livable city. Tourists don't even know what Vegas is really like. I'm not on the Strip doing tourist stuff. I live just like you would in any normal city. The Strip is just a small part of Vegas. Outside the Strip Vegas is just a normal city.
Vegas is a very practical place to live. You get all the convenience of a full sized city with none of price, dirt, and congestion. The only downside of Vegas is the hot summer and fewer local girls to date.

Real means whatever you imagine, and nothing otherwise. That's what God is.
God is the ability to imagiine any kind of reality. That means, if you aren't imagining it, it has no reality.
China is real to you only because you imagine it is. If you stop imagining that China is real, it will stop being real.
This work has nothing to do with assumptions. You need to become directly conscious what "real" is.

I've spent so many years achieving goals that today the prospect of pursuing a material goal hardly interests me. My only goal now is higher consciousness of God. But it took me 10-20 years of work to get here.

Yeah but what if someone has genuine health issues and they're genuinely slow, low energy and can't even work to start saving money to move out of an abusive home? I have a friend that's genuinely trying to eat healthier, but their body is just "garbage," according to them. They have genuinely tried programming but they can no longer keep up now. They have speech anxiety, social anxiety and just couldn't even communicate, and come from an abusive home. I have spent years and years with this individual and I see they genuinely tried to be creative and take care of themselves. They just couldn't compete, and are being abused at home, trauma, with many limitations and autism. Effort was never the issue.

She’s not a child, she’s an adult. But, also, we are all children at heart.
The point is to be AWAKE in the present moment… realizing that your entire life is like a dream. 
Imagine you were lucid-dreaming… it would be so much easier to play and have fun if you realized that life is temporary and is all happening in your consciousness.
That being said, there is no substitute for actual intuitive and emotional development. If you want to get with the highest quality girls, (beautiful, intelligent, sensitive) you have to actually become a high quality man. There’s no way around that. 

What does that mean? It means lots of things. It means having a life purpose, having a meditation practice, being kind and considerate. Being bold and playful. Being non-needy. Playfulness stems from non-neediness. Authenticity. Honesty. Light-heartedness.
 
To some up “having good game” in one concept. It would be **moving from survival cognition into being cognition.** 
So, you need to actually self-actualize in order to get more consistent and fulfilling results with women.

A great book that I always recommend is called *Models* by Mark Manson. It really changed my perspective about dating to help me be more authentic and honest around women.

It's very important to find the best locations in town where the most women are. So keep looking for those.

Your teachings are top notch but it seems there is a dissonance between what you teach and what you do. You tell us to stay in solitude, to burn our egos to the ground with boredom while you spend thousands of hours here. You tell us that you are very introvert and love solitude but you are here talking to newbies all day? What are your motivations? 
And for you guys who search a sense of community on a forum, It is like trying to meet your sexual needs by masturbating in a jar. Peace.

I am here for my enjoyment. I also use the forum as a test-bed for my own thoughts and I gain experience dealing with people here. Without the forum this work would be too isolating. I have learned a lot about dealing with people here. I also get feedback on my work which is important. I can't do this work just totally isolated, talking to no one about it, hearing nothing, knowing nothing. I need to understand how my work affects people and what issues people are facing, what questions they have, what progress they're making, etc.
If all I did was record videos, that would be way too limited. And I am not interested in running a commune.
Your view of this forum is too cynical, as if everything here is just useless noise.
People who are into this kind of work are extremely rare. To have dozens and hundreds of them here is no trivial thing. Don't brush that off so flippantly.

London is so large that you can find anything there probably. But it's going to be mostly Orange people.
Austin is superior to LA in my opinion. I would not want to live in LA.
If you want a very Green area, Sedona Arizona is the place. But it's very small.
I suggest you fly around and vacation a bit in each of these Green cities to find which one you like best. Visit Austin, visit Oregon, visit Seattle, etc. You will tell just by vibes which place suits you to settle down.

Join stage Green communities and social events like yoga classes, burns, festivals, seminars, workshops, etc.
You'll have to look beyond your city.
You can relocated to more Green cities like Austin, Bay Area, Oregon, etc.

You haven't even begun serious meditation or yogic practice. You don't even understand the effort required.
This is very advanced work. It requires momumental effort.
I recommend you do Kriya yoga. But even learning that will require much more effort than you seem ready to give.
Without effort there is no God and no liberation. Sorry, but that's just reality.
You need to sit down and rethink your priorities and your work ethic. Your priorities are bad and your work ethic is poor.

That's generally how it works. Each approach builds up state until eventually you stop giving a fuck entirely and you enter a flow state.
But you have to rebuild it every night.
Still, you can enter state much faster if you consciously enter into play rather than just hoping that many approaches will brute force you into it.
And sometimes you may just not be in a playful mood, in which case go home and do something else.
The whole point of going out to engage in nightlife is because you want to have fun. Don't overlook something so basic. If you aren't having fun you are missing the whole point. The problem then is that you have a stick up your ass that needs removing.
See, you gotta ask the deeper question: Why are you so anti fun? Who hurt you?
