Hallucinogenics mimic one aspect of liberation, the “reward” from the perspective of desire and craving…  The fleeting sensory experiences that aren’t even valued that highly , let alone stressed as an end in itself.    When legitimate schools use the term enlightenment, it is/was more like a bench mark than an experience to strive for. 
when *they didn’t  need food or sleep because they had insulated  the body and mind from those core needs, or were able to build up a physical and mental strength that allowed for these needs to be disregarded for long periods of time.  “ they then have enlightenment experiences.”   IT IS THE BUILDING UP OF THIS STRENGTH WHERE YOU “DO” EVERYTHING THAT IS POTENTIALLY VALUABLE.  Learning about your mind and body , and how they function against the constraints of nature in a very deliberately intense fashion.   It’s honestly not even like taking a helicopter to the top of the mountain. That’s a really poor analogy that people like to use. Doing drugs is like doing drugs. Accept it. 
 
  I don’t even think most people realize how crazy it is to consider yourself enlightened without some sort of ascetic practice. Or really any discipline whatsoever.   LETTING GO OF ATTACHMENTS, is a literal physical phenomenon, it’s not some trite little thing to contemplate when you are high out of your mind.   when you are high, you feel transcendent because you have manipulated your neurotransmitters to mimic a state of complete comfort /ecstasy / joy and liberation from yourself and the world. This is the exact opposite of a “ spiritual practice , and it is literally having the exact opposite effect of becoming liberated.   It almost guarantees you will never undertake a legitimate effort at any true practice.

Racism is a complex and nuanced issue. There is personal racism and systemic racism, which is much more subtle. Someone can have no personally racists attitude and yet still be part of upholding a systemically racist institution for many complex reasons, chiefly, his own survival.

The accusation is that he inappropriately fired a black police chief due to political influence. But even this requires serious proof. There are many reasons why he could have fired him. Maybe you should listen to Pete's version of the story before jumping to conclusions.
One can have biases and blindspots without being explicitly racist. In fact, most of us have such biases. If I put you into a position where you had to fire a black police chief to feed your family, you'd probably do it without blinking an eye. And you would never ever consider yourself a racist for doing so.
Of course being gay does not automatically make one a champion for African American rights or justice. Mostly likely Pete just grew up in a white bubble where African American rights were not even a topic of conversation or concern. He would have to go out of his way to care about that.
I grew up in such a white and affluent part of the US that I didn't even know racism was a thing until well after college. When you live in a great part of the country, you don't even know what injustice is. The notion that a cop would treat a black person different than a white person was impossible to even imagine where I grew up. It would be like worrying about people eating dogs.

Blue vs Green again:
The conservative girl is unable to wrap her mind around the idea that gender is a relative mental construct. So to her the idea of something other than the traditional, black & white man/woman roles does not compute and seems absurd.
Blue REALLY struggles with issues of relativity. They just don't stomach relativity because to them the world is absolutely as their beliefs say.
This is also a good example of how the mind projects. The conservative girl's mind thinks that it can make others look foolish when really it is projecting its own foolishness as a denial mechanism so that she doesn't have to deeply question the groundless distinctions that make up her worldview.
But also notice how stage Green (the TYT hosts) are also unable to understand where this conservative girl is coming from. They just think she's a fool, when really, her mind is simply not yet fathoming the relative nature of reality.

My inner game has improved a lot after 6 years of spiritual work. But I still get approach anxiety at times. All mental thoughts do not disappear, especially when it comes time to approach a smoking hot girl with a bunch of her friends cockblocking.

My story is that of the typical introverted video game nerd who rarely left his room growing up.
You simply need more exposure. Start to look people in the eyes. Once you’re comfortable there then start to smile at people. Next, ask strangers how they’re doing. Continue progressing until you develop your social skill to your desired level.
Today, I literally work with people for 8+ hours a day. I’m still an introvert and this can be a bit draining and even anxiety provoking at times but it’s about 1% of what it used to be. I’m quite confident approaching stranger and striking up a conversation with new people now.
It’s just putting the reps in bro. You got this.

I've found learning about my personality type to be tremendously beneficial. It’s kind of scary how accurate the test is. It also connected a lot of dots as to why I am the way I am naturally vs who I try to be because of cultural conditioning... great tool to help be your more authentic self.

Gaming from a depressed state is not really gonna work. Fix your depression. Controlling your state is like the biggest aspect of inner game. Everything else hinges on it. You need to become a generally happy, go-lucky guy who doesn't easily get ungrounded.
Work on enjoying and loving going out and socializing with new people. This is the gold.

Actually you can see hot girls with average looking guys fairly commonly. Which shows you that looks aren't as important as you think.
When you see short guys, fat guys, bald guys, skinny guys, asian guys, black guys, etc pulling a lot, you will realize it's not the looks so much.
Get some wings who aren't so great looking but pull consistently. This will blow your limiting beliefs apart.

"Attractive" is a holisitic quality which involves a lot more than just looks. A girl will think a guy is good looking when she is actually attracted by his status, confidence, masculine vibe, charisma, eye contact, humor, etc.
Solid game makes a guy appear attractive.
But of course some lucky guys simply get laid off their looks. It's not a solid strategy though. Guys who get laid the most are working for it. It doesn't land in their lap.
