In all do seriousness, there is a serious mental health problem with teenagers. The educational system and the way children are raised in modern western society has failed totally to account for student well-being and happiness. 
Society is decent at providing some very basic needs for food and shelter, and even that, not totally as there is still homelessness and poverty. But in helping people attain to the higher needs of Abraham Maslow's model, society is insufficient. 
I vividly recall being in high school, and being M I S E R A B L E. I never slept properly because I had a compulsive issue with staring at my phone late into the night. I kept telling myself not to look at my phone in bed, but I wouldn't follow through, night after night. 
So I would wake up each morning groggy, with an intense sleep inertia. When I got home from school, I was a chronic procrastinator, so I would not start my homework until 6:00 P.M. .I remember all the late nights I spent cramming for exams, barely eating, barely sleeping. Horrible four years.

It's almost like physical appearance has nothing to do with happiness.

Although I´m not black pill, I kind of understand it. I never got girls laugh at me, ridicule me, or do nasty stuff. But probably if I was a weaker looking man or more ugly, I would get the same treatment. I know a lot of below average guys just giving it up. Too many guys. And nobody is talking about it, especially women not caring about this group of men while they care about everything else and especially caring about their own interests.
I have fair share of success because I, kind of, go for 6´s and 7´s because those are easy to wrap up. But if I would aim for my own league I kind of agree that dating is more difficult than ever. I have an American friend in Europe and he says it is more difficult in EU than in the US. I´m not going into the specifics but he was very clear about it.
Personally I just do dating for myself, not for the girl. Because I think most women are not worth it. Too entitled for more than they give and too big of a body count to make sacrifices for. And if you have this attitude of doing things for yourself from a POV of already being complete, and her just being a NPC, it actually works out.
It is important to not have resentment for female nature and accept them as they are. And from that acceptance, muster some love you are willing to give. Just having huge resentment and expecting women to behave and think like men is just a recipe for unhappiness. Just look at the sadness of Alexander´s face. It is a pity.
