I did the celery juice thing. I read his books. It does nothing to help my problems. I consider it New Age BS. This guy is making up New Age fantasy medicine.
Celery juice is not going to cure tinnitus. This is a joke. If you want to discuss Medical Medium start a new topic.

Be a dick and she'll forgive you, be a pussy and she won't.
The simple solution to all this hand-wringing is to build your confidence and sovereignty of mind, but be kind to everyone at the same time.
Being mean does not help you attract women. Being confident and sovereign does. You don't need to sacrifice kindness to get women. You will lose the best women if you turn into a jerk.

    @Adam M I agree 100% with you.
Well, Medical Medium also worked on me too. I was bedridden, unable to work, I had to sell my company, my life fell apart due to chronic illness, and MM information is the only thing that is restoring my health.
It's very hypocritical that people here label themselves as very "spiritual" but deny information from a spiritual person.
Philosophy, science, and a lack of open-mindedness can be a huge trap of the mind at the expense of the body's wellbeing. And this is sad to watch, because we would love to see people getting better and not suffering with debilitating symptoms.

  5. @Leo: About the carnivore diet
    @Leo: About the carnivore diet
Oh yes, Jason and I have tangled on here about this same topic.
I don't doubt that scientists may be stuck in some ways. Our understanding of health is obviously evolving. But personally I can't say I'm clear how PUFA --> Disease, especially if you are only willing to look at mechanistic studies. If you're willing to enlighten me, I'll listen.
Yes I think that will provide some context.
My diet journey started more than a decade ago when I experimented with keto. I had no scientific background and so I just studied protocols I found online. The results were most definitely not good, but that got me started.
Over the years I experimented with pretty much everything. Paleo, veganism, carnivore, animal-based, long-term fasting, intermittent fasting, all kinds of supplements, juicing and whatever else I'm forgetting.
I came back to eating meat after a fast I did while vegan. I had been vegan for about a year. Usually I had no problem with meat cravings, but on this fast I just started to crave meat. I don't know why other than I guess my body just hit some limit. So after the fast, I just decided to go with the cravings and started eating meat again. And I haven't stopped since then. I continue to do well physically and really enjoy how I eat.
I also was never looking to cure some disease and no diet was ever that bad for me. Mostly I was just motivated by taking my health to the highest level I could, because that's just the approach I take towards life.
But through all that process, you can probably imagine I ran across a lot of junk. A lot of ideology. A lot of false or even dangerous claims. I got burned a few times, and I've developed a strong skepticism from all of that.
I also came to appreciate more the importance of science. I sort of fancied myself as a rogue health explorer, unencumbered by the limitations of mainstream science. But once you've been burned enough by bad science, you start to value the filter the scientific process brings a bit more.
In addition, I also learned of some of the incredible scientific advancements coming out in modern healthcare. This made me realize how foolish I had been for thinking I was above this.
In reality, science is likely the best collective tool we have for advancing human health. And it's the best tool we have for sorting out BS, however flawed it might be at times. I don't really see a better option.
Hopefully we can improve on science's flaws in the future, but that will not happen if people think it's not worth engaging in. So my goal at this point is really to try and merge the two worlds and bring some of the things I've learned to more mainstream healthcare. I’m tired of just listening to people on the outside talk about how bad it is while doing nothing to help the situation.

    @aurum Excuse me?
It's not new-age garbage, dude. It's the most advanced and effective healing information we have. But you can't know that if you deny it on premise. What's the point of all this epistemology talk if we can't even be open-minded to a source that recieves info in a spiritual way? The info has an excellent track record and there are tens of thousands of doctors that use it to heal their patients.

I find that most people aren't open to it until their chronic illness gets so bad ... they try everything... and they have no choice.

Most people would rather die than open their mind.

Since you're a scientist, why not take on the info as a temporary hypothesis and test it yourself? But, of course you don't want to do that because you're lazy and you don't care.

Anyways, you're free to live as you wish. Peace.

You don't have a food intolerance to eggs. Eggs feed pathogens and viruses in the body that cause your illness. Look into the Medical Medium information if you actually want to have a deep understanding of what causes chronic illness and how to heal it. Cleanse to Heal is a great place to start.

Reading textbooks is so outdated at this point. You are better off watching a quality video that visualizes the problem at hand. Math benefits a lot from visualization.

Notice that you have no conscious control over what the universe is dreaming.
Look at any object and notice that you have no control over its shape.
Look at your body. Notice, you didn't choose your body and you fundamentally cannot change it.
You live in a video game which you did not design.

  10. Leo what do you mean by "we are puppets"?
Leo what do you mean by "we are puppets"?
The whole challenge of life is that a human isn't omnipotent. You struggle against this core truth every day, and there is no escape other than death.
This is not news to anyone. Everyone knows this, just not so explicitly.
Life is all about learning to surf waves which are too big for anyone to control.

  11. Trump shot at again (shocking)
    Trump shot at again (shocking)
Of course it is an undemocratic act.
But the right-wing in America, and especially MAGA, has lost any right to cry about undemocratic acts.
It is precisely because the right-wing doesn't care about democracy and is actively assaulting democracy at every level -- politically, economically, via corruption of the media, electorally, legally, morally, and spiritually -- that we on the left do not buy your crocodile tears about democracy.
The entire case against Trump has been that he will corrupt and prevert democracy. And that is exactly what he has done and continues to do without shame. Right wingers think that they can get away with corrupting democracy and things will turn out well for them. But any student of history knows that's not how this works. If Trump continues to corrupt democracy, he will end up dead from his own stupidity.
When you flame hatred, guess what? You get hatred in return. When you corrupt the courts to escape justice, people take justice into their own hands. This corruption is Trump's doing and he is responsible for it no matter how much the right-wing fingerpoints at the left.
This is obvious to anyone with a serious understanding of politics. Which is why we have been saying Trump is unqualified for office. It's only MAGA fools who think they can promote hatred and lies against the Dems without consequence.
Assassination is wrong. But Trump doesn't care about right and wrong. So he has no grounds to complain. Assassination is illegal, but Trump breaks the law all time. This is the problem with supporting Trump. You are supporting incoherent garbage but then crying about it when it blows up in your face.
The entire case against Trump is that his corruption will blow up in your face. Trump's corruption, hatred, and devisiveness cannot be free. It comes with a big cost. The cost is what we see playing out in the media. And it could easily get much worse. But right-wingers wanna fuck around and find out. Then they will do the surprise Pikachu face and blame everyone but themselves.
In the end, everything related to Trump will collapse, die, and lose. The only question is how much collateral damage will America incur?
Tldr: the man shitting in the pool doesn't get any sympathy when he ends up getting some shit in his eye. If you want us to care about shit in your eye then first stop shitting in the pool.

Plants can cause a lot of allergies and inflammation problems. Plants contains all kinds of sugars and pesticides.
Plain chicken meat is like the least inflammatory food.

This is how technology has always worked.
    Email made the mailman broke.
In order to make a living in life requires constant adaptation to new technological environments.
You can't just expect to be safe as a mailman forever. That's not how life has ever worked.
The #1 rule of life: Adapt or die.
It is your job to get on the winning side of every new technology. And if you don't, don't be surprised when you end up screwed.

Trump is a chaos agent who is too incompetent to actually be an effective dictator. Nor does America need such a leader.
You can't be an ignorant narcissitic corrupt cunt and run America well. That's not how a developed government is improved.

Conservatives understand this and liberals do not. That's what makes liberals stupid.

I didn't change my mind, but it depends on your goals and your drive.
If you want the highest quality philosophy you must do it yourself. But very few are capable of this.
But if you follow my work I am trying to show you how to do philosophy properly. But then again, this is my biased way. My way isn't the only way to go about philosophy.
Just judging by my own time studying philosophy in university, it was a total joke. Nothing of substance about reality was understood. I make Actualized.org to address those inadequecies.

It's hard to maintain it strictly for long.
What happened is I should ideally stick to carnivore but it's impossible to do that for periods of over a year.
Don't do carnivore unless you have very specific health conditions that necessiate it.

  22. Does go to university makes sense?
Does go to university makes sense?
Very few people have the self-discipline and drive it takes to learn a degree's worth of philosophy all on their own. You won't even know what to study.
If you're super disciplined and motivated you can be entirely self-taught. But this is not scalable across society and it's not suitable for most people.
AI is a nice tool but it's not a replacement for an entire degree. A degree is a serious bit of work. It's not like taking a few online classes.

  23. Does go to university makes sense?
Does go to university makes sense?
It's necessary and good for STEM fields. If you're not doing STEM then seriously consider non-university paths.
It's way too easy to bullshit yourself with non-STEM fields because they aren't well-grounded and filled with human BS.

[SERIOUS] Suicidal due to academic situation. | I have a note and rope ready.
The university system suffocated the hell out of me even though my psyche was pretty much cut out for it. I was quite happy the it closed tf down from c19. That's was like God's gift to me and I got to spend time in solitude which I so craved for.
It's not really your fault to be frank that you feel like shit. The system is designed to make you feel that way regardless of whether you wre pursuing your interests or not.
Giving up means you are letting the corrupt system win.
Why not live fruitfully and show them that you don't need them?

  25. On being manipulated and used

@Marcel When family is abusive or dysfunctional it's important to create distance and reduce contact with them. Do not feel bad for doing so. You have already sacrificed enough for her. You don't owe her more sacrifice.
Be careful giving her psychedelics. That could end very badly. She is nowhere mature enough to handle them responsibly, and then she will blame you for whatever problems go wrong. Psychedelics will not magically fix her profound personality and mental problems. It's a bad, bad idea to give psychedelics to mentally deranged and immature people.
Focus on healing yourself and getting on with your life purpose.
