Smart phones and social media present a new unique challenge that never existed before. Attention spans are dropping and internet addiction is real.

@Moreira Personal Dev, Consciousness, Growth, Truth, Learning, Health, Reading Books, etc. -- these are all values. Some people value them, some don't.
People who are into self-actualization should seek out relationships with other people who are also into self-actualization. Otherwise, you two will quickly grow apart.
This doesn't mean the person has to share all of your values, but there needs to be at least like 50% alignment on the most important ones.
You can't be a self-actualizer who dates a fundamentalist Mormon. It's not going to work. The freedom and honesty that comes from self-actualization will disturb the Mormon too much.
Fundamentally, you want to find a person who's into growing themselves and values health over dysfunction.
That can be hard to find. But that's what a self-actualizer needs.
Start hanging around yoga classes or Wholefoods, where such people congregate

The problem would be: a disconnect in values.
You can't be in an effective relationship with someone when your values are totally different.
And the deeper question is: Why would you want to be in a relationship with someone who's not into your values?
That would be sort of like wearing a shoe that doesn't fit. It might work for a while, but not in the long run.

The biggest thing will be values alignment. Find friends whose values align well with yourself and then friendship will be pretty easy if you invest energy into it.

It's pretty low con overall. But it does force one to grow as a man because it is so challenging. And there can be some high con aspects to it if you do it right.
It's basically learning how to socialize. And socialization is pretty low con overall.

Frankly, if you believe me that reality is Love, it just goes to show that you haven't actually confronted the horror of reality.
If you knew the horror, you would never believe me.
Which would make the awakening all the more of a mindfuck.

No matter how bad you fuck up at self-actualization, at the end of the day you can tell yourself, "Well, at least I'm not a Nazi."

Awakening has nothing to do with this.
To even think of it that way is absurd.
Spiritual development technically has nothing to do with Awakening. No human concern touches or matters to Awakening. Development is irrelevant to Consciousness.
Do not confuse any human concerns or behaviors with Consciousness.

@Javfly33 Be careful. Don't do anything rash. There is nothing wrong with surviving and working towards success. Do not get too pre-occupied with avoiding all corruption. Life is meant to be a bit dirty. You can have truth and still be productive in the material world.
You don't need to try to escape life. Enjoy life a little.

Corruption isn't something you will or don't. Corruption is just the logical consequence of less than infinite consciousness.
Any being with less than infinite consciousness must be corrupt because you just don't have enough intelligence to do otherwise.
It's not a judgement of you. God doesn't need to judge you. But God sees all your corruption.
The only thing that can be pure is formless Infinity. Which is God. Which is death. So by being alive you are evil.

Understanding women is harder than understanding the fabric of reality

Today i had a haircut and noticed half of my front hair were missing and even in the crown area they were starting to thin heavily. For context im 34, my dad and also the males on my mother side are bald so genetically im screwed, the question was always "when". When this thing started at 26-27 maybe i got a lot of anxiety but later it became less and less important, until today. Now its really gone so i have to cope with it. Also i dont wanna do treatments, dont wanna spray, drop, foam or any other shit to fight for a dead cause max i can do is a hair transplant dont know but even that seem pathetic and not really manly. The reason i'm writing in the mental health section is how do i cope with it, how do i not get disturbed by it. This becomes problematic mostly when i meet new people, or in work related enviroments where i want to be "the best version of myself" which in my mind is me at 25 witch a head full of hair and muscles. That self hasnt died yet and anything below that (the real me now) is a scary cat which just want to leave the room as quick as he can. Not to mention when taking pictures now im aware of things i didnt thought of before like if i got strong lights above my head and so on. How do I enjoy life when aging is so noticeble? People like Leo which i remember being bald since 2014 have no problem at all as it seems and i want to know their path. For me i believe it will be something like one day ill just shave my head and ill say ok this doesnt look so bad and from that moment ill just keep doing it. Until then ill be in a limbo between the 25 old me and the 35+ me, feeling insecure and trying to hide it with caps shadows etc.

You should do ramp-up on any new chemical.
Definitely don't take full hits of salvia off the bat. Even a small toke will be felt within seconds. With salvia you can get a taste of the direction it's taking you. See if you can handle that. It's not a nightmare realm inherently. It's just a weird and radical expansion of consciousness. Where that takes you is unknown.

Women want men that can provide them a safe space. They want to feel contained by their man. Many women have developed their own ability for containment within themself. Most women can provide for themself and built their own masculine capacity in this day and age. That's the reason that more than ever, there is a want for more polarity between the 2 sexes. Women had to develop their masculinity in order to survive, but there is still this typical feminine desire to be contained by the masculine and let go of control.
This containment can be emotional, financial, social, or physical.
For men to be this for women, they have to be grounded, dominant, assertive, but also emotionally vulnerable, open, empathetic, listen, connect deeply to their soul. Men need to have developed both their masculine penetrative power. But also their femininity which is their capacity to feel and connect to the feeling of the woman in front of him.
He needs to be intelligent, ambitious, and willing to face the tension of daily life as well as the tension required to chase his own dreams. 
Women also like humor, playfulness, good sex, flirting, etc. They like a man who can take them on explorations and adventures. A man who supports her to explore her own femininity, as well as her own ambitions. Women want to feel like her man is supporting her in owning all of her, in being her strongest self, exploring her ambitions and going for her dreams. A woman and a man who are connected on all these levels form a strong duo. It can be beautiful.
The more developed a woman is, the less she will compromise on these things. 

I've seen this. Can't tell the narcissists and arrogant beings that they are not a person. They'll tell you how much they are in control and making choices and how humans are the most high and they are soooo doing everything in the life they never asked to be a part of. There is them and there is.....whoever they worship. I'm not saying anybody is God, but I'm saying there's no individual beings in charge of anything. It's so obvious, it's overlooked.

I don't buy gold bars because I want to be able to sell my gold quickly to re-enter equities in a crash. Selling gold bars is a pain.
If I see gold over hyped or peaking too much, I sell it. I sold all my gold at the recent peak because it was obviously an unsustainable level of growth. Since then gold has dropped. Never buy any investment that is going parabolic. That's the surest way to lose money. Buy stuff before it is hyped in the media. I bought gold before anyone in the media was talking about it. Buy stuff when no one is talking about it. Sell stuff when everyone is talking about it.
Of course you can just buy and hold for 5+ years. Then just buy bars and forget.

Science is a story that somewhat tracks patterns within God's dream. Which is why it "works". You can track rules by which a video game works and thereby predict the game to some extent.
But do not mistake those models for what's really going on at a metaphysical level.

Don't read it so literally. 20 is not necessary. 20 is just a loose stand-in for lots of experience. What's necessary is lots of experience.
Then again, you could just settle down with 1 girl. But then you won't have the skills to get more girls if she leaves you.
It's a question of whether you want the skills. If you don't want the skills then you can always settle down with 1 girl. But that is quite risky. Which is why skills are stressed. You will lose many girls but you will never lose your skills.

Starting a biz from scratch can be hell. Which is why most of them fail. Starting a biz is endless work. And game dev is endless work.
Very few people can pull off being an entreprenuer. Which is why they are rare and earn huge sums.

Too much neediness on your part. This problem is solved by talking to more women so that you aren't invested too quickly in any one.
Women, unlike men, take a longer time to get invested in you. Initially women are not invested in you so you have to match their investment level. Do not make yourself too available for them.

No data nor scientific experiment is enough to tell you how to interpret or make sense of the data. So this issue is not about data or knowing physics. No amount of doing of physics can tell you how to properly make sense of it.
Scientists are not interested in metaphysics. They just want to collect data. So it becomes impossible to get them to question their latent metaphysical assumptions.
You can't get a man to understand a thing he isn't interested in or sees no value in. Scientists do not see value in metaphysical inquiry because they assume reality just is material. If scientists were interested in such questions they wouldn't be scientists, they would philosophers and mystics. Their commitment to science makes it impossible for them to understand ultimate reality.
It's a catch-22.
