Thinking about how grateful I feel to have come across these teachings and was wondering what you value the most from them.

To not answer this question with "Mu" or with a zen quip. Although such an attitude is probably worth trying. I've gone too much the other way.

Hark ye yet again — the little lower layer. All visible objects, man, are but as pasteboard masks. But in each event — in the living act, the undoubted deed — there, some unknown but still reasoning thing puts forth the mouldings of its features from behind the unreasoning mask. If man will strike, strike through the mask! How can the prisoner reach outside except by thrusting through the wall? To me, the white whale is that wall, shoved near to me. Sometimes I think there's naught beyond. But 'tis enough.

People live in subjective bubbles hypnotized by their own thought patterns.

One of many.

Now of course, by people I also mean myself.

You don't have to be a victim, you can create the life you want (with strong work ethic, discipline and constant learning).

Also changed my view on society, I used to be to critical towards society and government but now I realize its importance and even beauty. I would rather live my comfy life protected by laws and government than live in the wild getting mauled by bears.

Do not trust your mind. But observe it's mechanisms mindfully.

Openmindedness.

Radical Honesty.

Also, Life Purpose Course (thank you, Leo, I'm developing my Life Purpose project for a couple of years now and it made my life inspiring)

yogi gurus don't know that much about psychedelics and that other enlightened people aren't all that special once you've awakened yourself.

This is one of my biggest lessons too. That, and how when I judge, I rob myself of my future. That one repeatedly gets me.

My Myers Briggs personality type has changed from INFJ to INTP by watching videos every day for at least 30min 1 year from now. At least I feel that's the reason. I kinda learned to think slightly different.
