@DoubleYou Breath of fire has really helped me a lot :) It's sufficient for me to do it for 1-2 minutes a day and I have no cravings. I was literally in one room with 3 hot girls now and didn't get one boner for 2 days of being there. (It's not like I'm overthinking it like this, but I feel like you need some motivation xD)

So i'm on day 30 feeling strong pressure since day 20 but somehow managed to get here it's one of my longer nofap streaks. Let's see how far can I get. Dont see much benefits Im more confident and little bit more sexual with girls. Also a little bit pushing of my comfort zone but still have to push through fear it's not like you do nofap and you're like a f****** Schwarzenegger.

@Amadeusz  Do you combine nofap with spiritual practice? I also fell into this trap of thinking, that nofap alone does it for you... That's bs, I think you actually have to use the sexual energy yourself, nofap is only a tool to give you this possibility imo.

I fall probably into many traps, but I knew since the begining that nofap is only small part of the puzzle lol ;) Anyway, yes I meditate 1h daily. So you say that it could boost my meditation gains?

@Amadeusz I think so :) I also do breath of fire, it uses a lot of that energy in my opinion (it's not like I have some sort of measuring gadget or anything like that, it's just exhausting and I stop craving afterwards haha) Without it, I don't think I could get past like day 20 xD

Don't feel like meditation discharges me. Maybe it helps me to observe this sexual tension inside so then it's easier to control - this I can believe. Yeah I'm beating my record now. 31 days without edging. Hope it's worth the results. As I said I'm still a little more edgy, a little more confident, somehow I talk with girls more I interact more. It's like 20-30% confidence boost now. But have some ego backlashes with youtube though.

@Amadeusz  Hahaha I get you. Meditation doesn't discharge me either haha. It's not like I see energies or something, but you probably see what I mean. I'm not sure to what extent does it work like some sort of fuel, but you can most likely feel the difference when you're on nofap. :) I heard some monk who is 16 years on nofap say this, so I tried to investigate it more and it kind of makes sense.

123 days now guys. I can say that I feel happier now. This is because of a number of factors. Nutrition, exercise, a morning routine and cold showers help a lot. No-fap makes sure you make time for this stuff, so I think no-fap makes you happy in directly. What I recommend if you try no-fap is:

  • Eat vitamin pills next to your healthy diet
  • Cold showers
  • Talk to strangers on the street 
  • Be outside often
  • Do physical exercise

To make sure you stick to no-fap make it visual. I have a calendar and everyday I cross of a day to make my progress visual. Currently I don't really need it anymore, but it makes it a whole lot more fun to do, it's like a game you play. Challenging yourself and making the progress visual.

Didn't thought about fapping or sex in general the week I thought I was gonna die.

Only a matter of time until you get this addiction out of your system, just like all other addiction, it's nothing special.

Anyone can do it, it's only hard in the beginning.
