How do you cope with all the suffering in the world?

I want the absolute highest-truth answer. It's hard for me to look at children in Yemen, Gaza, and Sudan and cope with the suffering they're going through.

I know it's unnecessary and largely a result of corruption.

But I wanna know, does their suffering matter at all? When they die, will it be like they never existed?

Based on my paradigm of skimming reality, I tend to reduce it all to: if it's human-made, then it probably doesn't exist. I apply that to ideology, religion, and human ideas.

If it hasn't existed forever and was invented at some point in history, i.e., Christianity or Islam, then it can't possibly be real, because absolute truth should be permanent and infinite; truth can't be invented or added to, it can't have a time and place. Therefore, nothing human or human-made is true.

I'm having issues applying my usual thinking in this scenario because I feel so bad for them suffering in such extreme pain right now.

I don't feel bad seeing how my own stupidity costs me or others, but when I see children without hands, with burn marks, and malnutrition, I can't help but cry.

Nothing is happening, whenever you look at something and think that something is happening its you making it up.

A child could get blown up in your face and its body matter could spread all over your body and nothing would be happening, still.

The stillness of reality is forever a constant.

Reality has already reached its maximum entropy and its behind your eyes.

If you actually cared you would make it your life mission to go help them.

This is selfish empathy. Using it to hurt yourself.

What if you suffering for them made them suffer more, would you do it? Cause it does you suffering creates them suffering as an idea or concept. Your ideas or concepts are real and hurt you (God). Your empathy for those children hurt yourself as God who is sitting at the heat death of the universe.

You forgot Syria.
and to answer the question by being grateful for my own life and try to give back in any way I can. Also by being positive and proactive.  Easier said than done though.
