It doesn't make sense to me, then why did you chose to live a life where you didn't get what you wanted, if after death you're going to have the ego's desires fulfilled anyways?

This might sound weird, but I like having nightmares; they're crazy and fun experiences that are only bad while you're trapped in them, but when you wake up they leave you wanting more. Today I dreamt that I was being haunted by a Japanese demon, half woman, half snake, inside my house, and that each door in my house led me to a different demonic realm. Very cool. How often do you have nightmares? What was your most insane nightmare?

Thanks for the advices, I'll try different meditation techniques when I'm calmer and see if it improves my situation. If not, I'll check with my doctor to see if k-therapy is viable for me.

I tried today, but I just can't turn off my mind and I start panicking always and I have to get up and walk around to try and calm down... Do you recommend any specific technique? 24.

I have constant panic attacks, every day I feel a sense of doom and impending death. It's difficult to function like this. I vomit a lot, I scream, and every moment I feel like I'm dying. I've tried everything. benzodiazepines, SSRIs. I haven't tried meditation because it's impossible for me to meditate. The only option left is psychedelics. Will they help me or will they worsen my situation?

Before spiritual awakening I used to consume all sorts of damned stuff like gore videos, horror movies, criminal documentaries and to me those things were just entertainment, I had nothing to do with those people. But nowadays, I can't even read the news without thinking that all that horrible stuff is me. How do you deal with that?

Maybe, who knows? All I can say is that your ego desires are not god's desire, so when you die and become God your desires will be different, so maybe you will change your mind about what you want to create

Escape from what? If you are reality then you can't escape yourself.

You can't be sure, as long as you are incarnated in some kind of form you will suffer.

It's a matter of acceptance, you can freak out about all of this and it won't change a thing only make it worse, so I just choose to ignore and carry on
