Yes, but I believe there is room for compassion and choice on the abortion issue. First, assuming you believe in the soul, past lifes, reincarnation, the soul already is aware of the possibility of an abortion happening, and is prepared for it. Second, the fetus has no conscious awareness of it's existence until perhaps the month up to birth, where some people report remembering being in the womb. Third, the sex drive is extremely strong and for conservatives to say to just abstain is asking a lot given our nature. Fourth, to ask a mother to raise a child they are not ready to raise when they are really young especially, when the guy knocks her up and disappears, can be traumatic for a young person especially if their parents are conservative and not supportive of the accidential pregnancy. Fifth, asking them to raise a child they probably cannot afford means the government is going to pay for it.. you'd think more conservatives would be against that. For all these reasons and more I generally support abortion through the first or second trimester. I just don't see any harm coming of it, besides potential future psychological damage as the woman gets older wondering what the child would have been like that they aborted, which is a very real thing, but something the woman will have to deal with. Bottom line, it should be a choice, in my opinion of course. When you criminalize something there will just be black markets for it, and there have been black markets for dangerous abortion procedures going back thousands of years.

Would it be possible for one to have lived in the very, very, very far future and then reincarnate in the modern day? After all if everyone throughout time is just an avatar of God then why would it matter what order you would reincarnate in? I ask this because I had a strange mystical experience quite a while ago I couldn't put into words until now. It was basically realising I was living in the very far future and past simultaneously, relative to people at the polar ends of history. The idea of a present has vanished for a time and it was like I was living in an era that was incredibly ancient. A lot of things at their core felt mysterious or even unknown at their core and I had this cheeky nihilist voice at the back of my head that kept reminding that all the movies I watched, the games I played, the music I listened to, all the history I know and all the people I've ever known will all be gone and forgotten. I didn't fall too far into the nihilist trap but it did shift my outlook on modernity considerably. Afterwards I started paying more attention to consumerism and marketing of all things from a more neutral point of view. Corporate logos, brands, mascots and even some aspects of meme culture began to feel more recognisable from places and times I've never known but nothing changed about them. Companies and brands are so good at making themselves so recognisable today that it wouldn't be out of the possibility that people still recognise what the McDonalds or Disney logos are when our civilization is all but forgotten. Could it be I was someone who lived in the very far future who seen the marketing that still survived and wondered, "what would it be like to be someone who lived in the times when people drank coca-cola?" I know fundamentally only I can answer the question, but is there any other accounts of people tapping into past lifes that occurred in the far future?

Therefore, I feel that I actually can get a serious insight. The thing is that since I feel I love with the world of Harry Potter, I always dreamed to one day to be able to live through the life of a kid who lives his life on Hogwarts. Now, of course, we could say the current Dream we call "reality" has no Hogwarts. To understand reincarnation easily you just have to forget the concept of a soul incarnating into bodies and substitute it for a reality incarnating into bodies. Isn´t it what is happening when a new child is born? Reality is reappering and creating itself from its own 'memory soup', with the ingredients mixed in an unique way which make every person be 'unique', although it is not on the bigger scale. I want to talk about death and reincarnation. The first question is being that when you die does the physical world and universe cease to exist? Because fundamentally there was never a physical objective universe, the universe was something you were imagining. How can this be well explained? Because someone may say "no the physical world and universe will continue on and it existed before you were born." But It's a chicken and egg problem. The second question is reincarnation. I have always asked the question of what was I before I was born and did I ever have previous lives prior to this one in some parallel universe. These are deep existential questions for everyone, because what is awareness? and did this awareness exist before you were born? is the awareness consciousness? And when you die do you just rest in this formless empty void forever or do you reincarnate? Another thing that I dont understand about reincarnation is that why even do it even after you awakened? You're just going from one ego form to a next? Doesnt that go against the whole purpose of ego death? I will hear many things about reincarnation, this one in particular I will hear alot from Buddhist and other spiritual teachers... "If you dont get it right you will reincarnate, but until you do get it right or awaken you will stop the cycle" What are they specifically talking about? To love everything?

If we assume there are endless reincarnations prior to this one, some time sooner or later it would’ve happened that I ended the cycle, but since I’m here it “proves” it didn’t happen so can’t happen ”no reincarnation to happen for you within this lifetime” so only skipping the next reincarnation or no reincarnations EVER? Or you mean you could end the cycle, but then sooner or later in all of eternity the cycle restarts once again? Explaining why I’m here now

You have to realize it as an Individual (you could have been a rose or an ant a thousand times over), in Your previous incarnations You didn't so You came back to do so, probably because You are on this forum and interested in Spirituality as You are, then it means somewhere along the way it touched You in someway, as well Karma is at play, things have happened, actions and reactions have taken place, cause/effect and the residual consequence of it all is happening in this lifetime for You, this has to be worked out plus the new karma that is created by whatever moment to moment reaction You are having, so its complex, there is a process to make this all clear up and no reincarnation to happen for you within this lifetime but that takes more commitment and dedication..

In the relative sense there is a you. And with our relative minds we want to know what happens to the relative self upon death. It cannot be like any drug trip because remnants of the brain (specifically memory) are clearly active. I am considering... There is an "experience of you" but not a you. Much like how a thought comes and goes. To ask where we go when we die, to suggest we reincarnate or something is like saying characters in a dream when they vanish must come back in some other form. But they actually just cease to exist because they were never real at all. But then from the point of view of that vanishing dream man, what has happened? From our relative experience of existing as a being, do we simply enter oblivion like Atheism suggests? There would be no experience of oblivion of course. But would it basically just be like that?
