My understanding of the looks matter has evolved. I want to make a video about it. But also I feel people will misuse the video, so I'm stuck.

This is just wrong, there are lots of components to value besides looks.
If you are rich, extroverted, and socially savvy but average looking you will have an easier time dating the hottest girls than an introverted good-looking guy. 
Context matters a lot too. If you are an average-looking guy in Moldova (or Montreal or New York) you will have an easier time dating a hot girl than a good-looking guy in San Francisco. 

You are right though that the most common reasons guys get frustrated is they try to get girls that are unattainable for them. No amount of marketing or sales tactics can fix a product that is plain overpriced.

Looks only matter if you try to have a very beautiful girlfriend. I am an average looking man, and I've only approached average looking women. If you are very good looking you'd have a greater chance to get a very beautiful girlfriend. To summarise, don't date outside of your league, even if you get the girl, the chance of keeping that relationship is slim. If you are ugly date ugly girls, if you are average date average. Be realistic. But looks isn't the only thing. Having a beautiful character is probably the best looks maxxing tool one can have.

After years of socializing and making a bunch of friends, I don't feel like it really made me any happier in life.
I have about 10 friends today, 6 close ones. I think the problem is me though, not the quality of friends. My new friends are really good people, but it always feels like a burden to hang out with them. I have over the years realized that I am much more introverted than I thought. I always assumed if I practiced my social skills I would enjoy being social and become more extroverted, but I still hate talking to people. I have no interest in actually having friends, but society and my family pushed me to go out and be more social. 
Now I am still glad I socialized since I have gained a lot of confidence, self-esteem and the ability of "not giving a shit what other people think of me". My work paid off in the end.
Sometimes I wish I had 0 friends so I can be left alone. I know it is rather ridiculous of me to complain of having friends, when there are people out there who have no friends. I guess I take it a bit for granted these days. I don’t want to just cut all my friends off since I feel like I would be a complete asshole for doing it. 
Currently I am putting effort into doing pick-up, talking to girls and trying to get dates. The social skills I gained over the years helps in that regard. I only do it for the sex and to master my seduction skills.  
 
So in conclusion I don't feel like human connection is really a necessity for happiness.
 
What do you guys think? Am I crazy?

Not crazy, just a matter of lifestyle.
Some people like a carrot stuck in their ass and some don't.
The key is to get very clear about which type you are.
Also, remember, life is long and you will go through phases. Social phases, secluded phases.

That dude is ridiculously good-looking. If you look like him you don't need pickup. Girls will pick up you.
One of the things I respected the most about Owen is that he is not good-looking and still stuck with game.
The truth is that most dating coaches are good-looking and coast off that.

Look, we also shouldn't be too puritanical. A bit of corruption is okay. It's not like the non-pickup dating field is free of corruption. All sexual relations are filled with various corruptions and women do corrupt things to, and in the end guys need to get laid and women too, and humanity needs babies.
The problem is easily addressed by just teaching some dating ethics and using some empathy.
You can do pickup in relatively ethical ways.

He starts by talking about setting the proper frame in relationships, pretty interesting dating advice. 
Later he says he's worked with Elon Musk. In his earlier videos Owen hinted at this, saying he coached 'the PayPal mafia' but here he admits having coached the 'billionaire who saves free speech'. 
After that he goes on a rant about thinking for yourself and avoiding group think, followed by full MAGA speech about Elon Musk saving the country. Ironic and surreal to hear him talk about self deception while saying these things. 
In this video it feels like he digs a deeper and deeper hole for himself. The more he rants against group think and deception, the more deluded he comes across. 
No rational onlooker would say such a thing about the current political situation in the U.S., making it all the more obvious he's heavily influenced by his surroundings and conditioning. 
 

The reframe is that handling this much money responsibly is just the next step of your development. Handling money and big deals is a skill. So developing that skill is the real gold here. Money is just a resource and you will train yourself how to manage resources effecticvely to do good in the world. Doing good in the world requires good resource management. You will put these resources toward actualizing yourself and improving the world.
Visualize all this in your mind every day until you are clear that this is just what your path needs.
If that fails, I am happy to hold on to your money

Especially in career. Career is 95% action.

Vision and theory.
It is important that you are working towards the right big picture, not just something like money.

@Salvijus It certainly has a lot to do with genetics. All those monks and yogis go through an insane screening and self-selection process.
It's like you went to MIT, picked the top 5 mathematicians, showed them solving insane math equations in their heads, and said: see, this has nothing to do with genetics, you can do this too.
That's how misleading such examples are.
All the world's top mathemeticians have been genetically gifted. And in addition to that they trained like hell. But training alone will never get you to worldclass levels of performance in any field. To claim otherwise is harmful and very misleading.

1) You are never going to achieve what Sadhguru achieves. Stop comparing yourself to genetic freaks.
2) I highly doubt that even Sadhguru only sleeps 2-4 hrs per day. That's like Tai Lopez saying he reads one book per day. These people will make exaggerated claims as part of their PR. And it's very harmful for normal people trying to achieve normal results. Convincing someone that he should aim to sleep 2-4hrs per day is disgustingly harmful advice. A normal person needs 7-8hrs of sleep, and sometimes even more if you are stressed, overworked, exercise a lot, or are a developing teenager.
There are some genetic freaks who can get by with less sleep but that is not something you should try to emulate.

My core health problems are unrelated to psychedelics. But because of my core health problems, psychedelics started doing some damage because you need good health to do psychedelics in the first place, which everyone takes for granted.
As one's health worsens, the body's ability to handle psychedelics lowers.
So don't take your ability to trip for granted. It won't last forever. Make each trip count.

It is only depressing because you are not taking action to improve your situation
To get results in life requires taking lots of action, otherwise you will be a poor man, sitting there all bitter and depressed.

It is not. Most people are nowhere capable of paying the price.
Doing some 5-MeO is nice, but it is nowhere near the fullness of this work.
Any fool can go to a 5-MeO retreat. What I'm talking about is a 10-20 year journey in consciousness work. Involving many awakenings but also a lot of contemplative work and embodiment work. That's where the real price is paid.
There is almost no price for a single 5-MeO trip so anyone can do it.
Deconstructing reality and the ego, and making full sense of God, is so much more than a few trips.

Rogan is of course king of these macho vibes. He literally judges people by the thickness of their necks. It's  absurd. Clearly coming from his own insecurities about his height.
If your idea of a man's worth is the thickness of his neck, you are a Trump voter. This much is obvious.

The problem is that nobody is conscious of what observation really is.
Observation is Existence/Truth.
The only reason anyone can know anything is because things are illuminated by virtue of being Truth or Existing.
Observation is not some material process. It is Truth being True.
The reason you can know God is the reason you can know anything. Because its True. If nothing was true, nothing would be known or observed.
Knowing is Being.

Well, eventually you realize that literally everything is necessary. Which is Infinity.
The only way to have any thing is to have everything.
