In fact, one might argue that the mature stage of spiritual development includes accepting limits — including the limits of genetics, embodiment, and this particular manifestation.
 
There may be states of consciousness that are simply inaccessible to this organism.

Only stage Yellow is guilty of that as the whole psyche, worldview and mind is being restructured. It finds itself in epistemic humility and a perspectival integrative approach. Such a recognition must happen for equating the exterior perspective game field as well as ones assumptions and biases. It is only in yellow that one considers seriously the perspective of fascists, rapists, murderers, terrorist, political extremist. All perspective are incorporated like lenses in the yellow mind, yet no proper cleansing, synthesis and merging has happened. Clarity hasn't still been found yet its in the cocoon process. This is impractical on the collective level but as we know in this stage the pendulum has oscillated towards the individual and proper sense making in the jungle of human thoughts and systems.
It is in turquoise when one becomes collectively responsible and keen bullshiter caller. Now the mind can shift into many lens and also into an spherical 360° holistical lense. Different human systems have been integrated and the psyche is built in ever higher holons of complexity and evolution. Now one is what understands, now one has a voice, one is whole towards uniting more wholes to make a more encompassing whole. In this, cancer is called out clearly and stages are seen with their lights and shadows, from a truth-based and loving standpoint.

We need stage green, we are getting there through B-corp initiatives and sustainability awareness. The point is to widen the concern radio beyond money to positive social impact. Most of Europe is getting there, America is too greedy for the moment. And China is more prone to do so because of more collectivistic concerns, but still far away.

I'd like to give another perspective on the tech industry and billionaires. Leo your posts are spot on, but I'd like to give an insiders perspective. I work daily with CIOs of multimillion dollar businesses and the truth is they are trapped inside a ruthless system that forces all that profit obsession onto them. Executives are extremely stressed and overworked, their head is on the line for constantly delivering results, competence is extremely fierce and not playing the game leads to losing the job, losing your friends, the company closing and all your team and employees being fired out.
I understand the fixation to point at names to this selfishness and corruption, but honestly it's more about the system. No individual changes of the tech oligarchs is going to substantially change the system, they are rats inside the system, the best rats with golden chains. A better framework in my mind is understanding why they are forced to behave like that, why the stock market, capitalist system and game theory is engineered to create this situation. The problem is not that X people fill that role, the true problem is that the system creates vacants to be filled as those roles, people are irrelevant if it weren't Elon Musk or Jeff Bezos, it would be other people, it's the law of the current system that creates a strong global inertia towards that.
In my opinion, this is generally a more wise understanding of the situation, by grasping the whole system you realize how all the companies and C-level executives operate.
