  1. Sexual Energy - Existence as Universal Sex - 5-MEO, other?
Sexual Energy - Existence as Universal Sex - 5-MEO, other?
    Certainly can

You have to set a proper intention before the trip. Mine was to merge and to unify both my masculine and feminine aspects, and to realize that the thing I was searching in an "other" was always inside me, just that I was searching "outwardly" instead of being still and realizing it within.
And so, of course, when you want to open yourself to such Truths, you would have to lay aside all your beliefs on the outside and all the programmings of your culture, life, society etc.
[ And you would have to let yourself go so much, as if this trip was about to possess you (in other words, you let the LSD or the substance of your choice) act as your opposite/catalyst for the "new" information you want to install in to your system, or to remind yourself that you already have. ]
So I let aside all the things I knew about my feminine and masculine aspects, and I did enter a state of consciousness, where I realized that I had taken shape/form in a female body, but she was me, and I was her, inside her at the same time. As if I was inside a female body, being aware of how it is to be a male and to observe her and what it feels to be "her".
And so I let myself aside and just observed it from her POV, and then of course, I saw a male energy entering the space, but I noticed: Holy shit, that masculine energy is me, the male energy is myself and I noticed exactly how these two got very intimate, both on a physical and metaphysical level.
And since I was a bit more conscious due to the substance, I observed both of them, being both them, simultaneously, and also being a third kind of person/creature/observer in between. Or call it the awareness in this space.
I was seeing PROFOUND metaphysical happenings when these two "seemingly" opposite poles of the same, were being intimate. And as this was happening within me. My physical body was undergoing something I thought was completely brand new. I was having a female and a male orgasm at the same time (of course without there being any touching of the private parts) and I wasn't only feeling it in local private parts, it was happening in all the places. I felt it from my toes to my hair tips. I was sitting on my meditation cushion and my body started shaking, especially my legs. I had to readjust my sitting and stretch my legs to be able to let the energies flow better. I was probably shaking for about a good 1-2 hours before I decided that I couldn't handle it anymore, sitting up. So I decided to go lie on the floor and let the process just unfold.
As it was getting more and more intense. The trip was inviting me to deeper Truths about how it is to have the feminine POV of Reality, and not only that, but the what the feminine aspects are of the entire Universe/Gods feminine side. I was being handed extreme Truths, and of course these aren't the easiest to accept. Because it showed me how blind I have been as a man (as the masculine pov only) during my entire life, and how I have missed the obvious feminine aspects of reality.
And so I entered a state so extreme, that I realized there is no going back, there is no resisting it. So as I was accepting these deep truths, I was going through a process where the orgasm was getting ever-so intense, and it would fuel for what was being shown next, the horrors of what God has to love, through being the feminine, the extreme pains she has to go through and to put up with, for us to even exist. (Here I realized that the masculine aspects of reality is creator energy, and the feminine being creation energy. So everything in creation, that is "form", Everything that has feelings or sensations, i.e our bodies are the feminine. Not only humans, but animals, objects and so on. So when we go and get mad and unleash our pains on some object, that is felt through the feminine, both by our bodies and the object. Because the mind (masculine aspect) is throwing a tantrum or want to "release", and so the feminine has to take that. All the fears and turbulence of the planet and the "physical" universe is being felt by every feminine part or aspect of the entire universe. And especially females.
And of course realized that every time I eat something, I am eating the feminine. When I peel or cut in to a fruit or a vegetable. I am cutting in to her. But I'm so fucking blind and so deeply dreaming that I am not noticing what I am doing to her. But to realize that she is giving herself up so completely through Everything, that is her way of being intimate with me (You). Question is, am I (You) aware of this all the time? As I (You) are going through this life and interacting with everything, from food, objects, animals and other people.

Anyhow, so the orgasm is getting more and more intense, now God invites you to more Truths as you are going through the best time of your existence. You get to experience all the pains, fears and feelings the entire structure of reality has to undergo. Because all of it is made out of the feminine energies. And I realised that she, in us all has to andmust feel safe in order to let her energies flow through all of us and all beings. But it's the hardest on her, because she is the one who has to take all the hurt, sensations, feelings and pressure to be wake up. She is the one that is slumbering.
She is the one that is going through this Dream.
I realized that one of our biggest missions in life is to use our masculine aspects to uplift our feminine aspects, and of course vice versa, to use the teachings of the feminine to wake up the masculine doings that are leading to chaos and despair, out of ignorance. To wake up the masculine's unconscious creations. And for the masculine (which is just the feminine masked as the something other than herself) to act as a helping hand, in order for her to wake herself up.
Creator (masculine, consciousness) is waking up Creation (feminine, love, and form) and vice versa. Dance between the polarities. Love and Consciousness.

Mission of our masculine aspects are to realize that it is made out of the feminine (Logos), yes, even the female bodies included, you are not immune to this <3
And use/harness that awake masculinity to be able to seal, secure and to act as complementary half to the feminine, and to realize her sacrifice she is always intimately undergoing, so she can be seen and witnessed/felt, to be created/creative and to thrive in herself. (Notice this is something you can use in your intimate relationships. Let the girl be sexual, and boost her in that, and let her thrive and to be in control. And notice the magic that happens) But don't forget that you have the feminine inside you as well, as a man, so FEEL what she is feeling, and die to that sensation.
I promise you will have the best time of your life.) Of course this is not locked only for male and female interactions, as this is not only tied with your gender, but with your polarities.
So it is up to us to realize and to harness that for our growth and understanding, and to realize that we have this untapped potential. To work with both of our polarities. And when we tap in to that completely, we can through meditation/psychedelics or ideally just through aware/conscious Being, just let this flow through us, and to let ourselves feel it. Because it is always there, as untapped potential. Ready for every being to realize and to access/use.

A little about the trip, now when we have the context, we can start to see how we can work with a theme like this, and also how to handle it, or rather learning to be handled by it

You have to set a good intention as previously mentioned. Think this through. What have you been missing in your life? What has been bugging you regarding something you have yet to explore further?
You have to accept whatever is coming your way about the trip, and to not resist it, during the come up, especially with LSD since it's not that fast acting. So you have to be willing to even accept the thoughts and invitations going in to the trip: Let say you get a picture in your head about a girl you really liked/loved/was interested in, but ended up in a bad way or never went the way you really wanted. Or a bad breakup:
You have to be willing to accept going in to that and to investigate that during the come up, because that is what is blocking you from going deeper. And so you get these snip-its and moments from your life, that come out of nowhere, and you have work through those.
(And of course you later realize that those "moments of your life, was precisely planned for this realization you are about to have )
You have to be accepting of uncomfortable sides of you that you have suppressed, and to be extremely self-honest, because honesty leads to peace, joy, freedom, healing and acceptance. So if you get challenged about something really deep that you hate about yourself or another person, you kinda have to deal with that in the way the trip want you to go through with it. Imagine the trip is dancing with you, and so when the trip is showing you something and leading the dance, you have to know when and where to let yourself be led. And when the time comes, the intensity of the trip will pause for a brief period of time, and invite you to lead about another situation that you can come up with and to be radically honest about and be willing to face, no matter how hard it can be for your ego.
You will get better and better at this dance, I promise
You have to be ready to tackle your fears and the things you really resist in your daily life, because if you want to open yourself up to deeper truths, you have to be able to let your control go. Whatever pains arise during the trip that are hard to accept and handle for your ego, you have to just let it flow through you. Sedona method is a blessing here. Just feel everything that flows through you during the trip, and invite your pains in to it. But notice that the pains that you let in are not necessarily there to hurt you, but to heal you. And since we get really attached with our control and projections/deflections of our ego structure: When we are about to get healed, we imagine and perceive the healing as the worst possible thing that could happen to us. The ego structure will always think it is about to die when these Truths are being revealed or accepted in to you. It will make you think that you have died. But in actuality, you are not dying, the ego structure and its control/hold on you, is dying off, or being ripped apart. Here it is key to just watch the process and not to identify yourself with whatever is going on.
Just observe it with your higher mind and just let your masculine and feminine aspects merge and to be able to work together, within you, to tackle the issue at hand. And remember what Leo said: "In your hardest and most fearful moments, remember that Love always conquers fear."
Also you can learn to go deep within your psyche and to heal and reprogram all the things that no longer serve you in life. You can remove and dispute your beliefs and concepts that you are unconsciously carrying around, in your life. This requires being very innovative and playful/creative, to just change it in the best ways you would be able to, as a creator. And to realize that whatever you are "removing" is something you programmed yourself in to, before you fell asleep
But this time, you create something that will serve you better going forward with your dream. Consciously.
There are many more ways you can learn to work with longer lasting substances. (A normal DMT trip will blast you with whatever you need to realize something about yourself. So if you need a hit to the face, go with that) But for the longer lasting ones, like LSD / Mushrooms / 2CB / Mescaline / San Pedro can be really helpful to go through these types of experiences/realizations. Personally I haven't tried 5MEO-MALT, but I can imagine it being very beautiful. And 5MEO-DMT for me has been like being thrown in to Infinity. Haven't been able to work well enough with that one.

Sorry for wall of text, but I noticed that I needed to formulate this for myself, as well

  2. Beautiful report
Just had a new awakening it was the most terrifying and crazy experience
I was over a friend's house and took 2 edibles within 30+ hours of taking shrooms and I had a crazy Ego Death experience. Here is what happened.
I started to feel like I was going to explode into infinity....and then I did. The whole galaxy ceased to exist. Then I came back and was trying to put myself together again then the universe turned into infinite blocks of which I was trying to put together. It became a quiz. God kept asking me what the true nature of God was.
Here are couple of take aways.
    1. God is infinity forever and that's just how it is.
    2. And this one is the one God agreed with. God is infinity and this will never end. So God will continue to dream dreams into infinity.
    3. Jesus was real, and Jesus was YOU.  Every experience that exists, rape, murder, torture, war, and the list goes on GOD EXPERIENCED EVERY SINGLE ONE.
God said "I have to experience everything that is how I create.
Then God took me to Hell. Hell was basically me admitting what I did wrong. I had two things God wanted me to do.
I was avoiding physical pain (things that were painful) because early in my life I use to train very hard and I literally trained to the limit. I pushed my body so hard I gained an aversion or strong dislike for physical pain. I also would look down at drug addicts and avoid them when walking.  I was walking the streets and God put inside me "I'm sorry for judging you as tears ran down my eyes."
I was apologizing for judging life.
Understand everything is you in your reality. Your true Self as God put the duality of pain and pleasure for you to experience contrast. God itself had to go through every experience it created and all of the things that cause pain, a sharp rock, a couch that you stub your toes on are just DOING THEIR JOB that YOU PUT THEM UP TOO! And you have the NERVE to discriminate against the versions of you who provide pain and honor and show partiality to the ones that give you pleasure? That's like hiring someone to do a job and when they do it well you curse them out!!!
Also any object that causes you pain doesn't want to cause you too much pain because it is you. God will never give you more pain than you can handle (unless you are stuck in a negative thought and emotional pattern then you are just doing it yourself) and you can actually say in the moment "ooh that was a little too much and God will reduce the pain. Life is going to have pain, we need it for the contrast to pleasure. If you always experience pleasure you would get bored. The contrast allows you to appreciate the contrasts of life and as Leo said pain makes the whole simulator SEEM REAL!!! So stop judging the actors in this game you created they ARE JUST DOING THE JOB YOU GAVE THEM!!
Life is an INFINITE MIRROR. When they say you are the universe they literally mean it is inside you. YOU CREATED THE ENTIRE GALAXIES, You created time, past, present and future. I watched myself reconstruct the entire universe INSIDE ME!!
So how it works is everything is inside you and you PROJECT it onto reality which is just an infinite mirror. Now everything in reality is made up of small building blocks of infinity and they HAVE EMOTIONS. Everything in your reality mirrors your emotions. And you create the STORY through your ego which creates the past, and then you predict the future with visualization. The illusion is that everything is other when all you are really doing is playing an imagination game. So for example when you have sex with a girl as a guy and she is riding you, you are actually just masturbating and imagining her and sensations within your mind. When your consciousness is high enough you can realize this.
Reality is as Leo put it a LOVE SIMULATOR. Your body is a biological program, it is made up of your UNIQUE localized infinite perspective WITHIN infinity. You are literally made out of your ego as a human. But the irony is the ego is NOT in control.
So the truth is and Leo mentioned this before.....reality is a hallucination, a TRIP. How it works ....is your project onto realities infinite mirror to create reality. Then your ego rides shotgun during the trip. The driver of the trip is YOUR TRUE SELF. And the ONLY thing the ego has control over is which destination it chooses, and how it chooses to experience the ride to the destination. As anyone on psyedelics will tell you, if you house negative emotions during your trip it can become a "bad trip." Well life works the same way because of what I stated earlier. Everything in life reacts to you in real time based on the thoughts and emotions you have. When you frown at reality it frowns back, its lack frowning in the mirror and getting mad that your reflection doesn't smile back.
The Law of Attraction is also real and the secret to getting it to work is based on how accurate your visualization ability is, and how good you are at generating the feelings of what Nevill Goddard says "wish fufilled."
God also showed me when you get insight it is just god communicating with your heart (Your heart is literally made out of your feelings and emotions)and then the brain processes the insight and attempts to make sense of it. This is proof that copyright and trademark is blasphemy and of the ego because all inventions are of God.
Reality is LITERALLY technology. It is a simulator, every human is a biological robot, and their task is to awaken and become sentient. The closer they get to this the closer they are in dispelling the transparent barrier between the ego and the true self. All feelings and emotions is just biological divine data being transmitted.
God is constantly trying to communicate with you, and you have to raise your awareness to receive the data. To receive it you have to submit to God's love and if you do God will communicate to your mind through insertion.....literally God has sex with your mind.
And through that you create insight and creation happens. So your mind is the womb of the Universe, and your true self implants its seed and instantly brings it into realization.
There are some more insights I got...but too many for me to remember at the moment.
Just keep these cores in life.
The only control your finite self has over life is the destination you choose to go toward, and how you choose to experience the journey there emotionally.
You DO NOT control the events that transpire to that journey your true self has that covered.
DO NOT JUDGE LIFE. The TRUTH is you are ACTUALLY IN HEAVEN!!! And everything is perfect JUST AS IT IS.
You live in a reality where you can create the life you want WHENEVER YOU WANT IN YOUR MIND RIGHT NOW. If you raise your consciousness and are good at visualization you can experience living in a mansion filthy rich and eating and having as much sex as you want. You can choose to take on the form of any creature again if you have mastered visualization. It is hard to do it as a finite form but your true self has mastered it.
Then at your choosing whatever you visualized you can choose to get it and your true self will drive you to it and all you have to do is enjoy the ride no matter what happens and submit and appreciate whatever happens throughout the trip.
Separation from God and ignorance of the Non-Duality is the cause of all suffering.
So humans are literally in heaven creating hell. If they knew the truth....they would just enjoy heaven. And live their life how they want in the waking dream or what we call reality.
Also the reason you have to sleep, is God literally organizes all the data you receive during the day so you can make sense of it, and God heals you (and makes you grow if you are young).

  3. Words are magic spells, you create your reality
Why did God make this hellhole?
The irony of this entire thread. He said why did God make this hellhole....and yet me reading all the responses to this thread...all the variations...was literally heaven!!! Without variety, without contrast, there is no meaning. The distinction, the hate, the greed, the pain, the pleasure, the love, the holy, it all creates the unpredictable, the brand new day. All of these infinite loops are amazing, and unique.
Here is a secret you may not realize....words are magic spells powered by love. Its one of the greatest secrets out there, raise your consciousness and you will notice this. So tell me....how is something a hell hole when by your choice you can CHOOSE to make it heaven or hell?
If you live in hell its because you have CHOSEN that for yourself. Remember words are magic spells, so by your thoughts, emotions, and words you CREATE your reality. Don't react to your environment....consciously create it by speaking and feeling the reality in the present that you want. It takes discipline and practice but if you do it you will get it....or you can just unconsciously create your reality through reaction and live in hell. YOUR CHOICE!!! Choice by the way is HEAVEN, and Heaven is LOVE!!

  4. Sick of the way I live life but how do I stop now?
Sick of the way I live life but how do I stop now?
The thing to do is to start releasing emotions that keep you in aversion towards change. And start to become inspired and turned on for who you want to become, instead of making it about who you do not want to be. The apathy is usually caused by other negative emotions you are not willing to face in your process of change. You have to work on releasing those. What and how is difficult to say because we do not know you.
The truth is, change is the result of taking small consistent steps on a daily basis. It is compounding interest that gets you the big leaps over time. Change is unnoticeable if you look at it from a day to day perspective. You just want to identify what you want and take the next step. You do not have to have all planned out. You just have to know what you want, and take the next step. Each day. And your life will change over time. But do not wait for the big leaps and aha moments.
The other important thing is to become your own container. Being your own container means that you hold yourself accountable. You need to build self-trust in order to change. Being your own container in practice means that you make a decision and you commit on the decision. That is how your life changes. The reason it does not change is because you are not making decisions, and following through on those decisions no matter what your subconscious tells you. You have to have a strong framing around your day. You have to do it in relationship to the goal you have.
In anything you want to change in your life, you have to start with small weekly goals that will build momentum. Small goals are more easy for you to follow through on. They make taking action easier. And if you complete them, each time, you build more self-trust that builds you up to be ready for the next goal, bigger goals each time. Progressively. You want to build a subconscious habit of succes by following through. The issue is that most people want to change their life of night and do not understand the natural laws of have change works.
These things can be applied in any area you want to change. Dating, business, money, relationships, health, other goals.
Another concept is tension. In order to change, you have to step into tension. Most people are not growing and changing because they avoid tension. A lot of people resist emotional tension because they have embodied shame and fear in relationship to the experiences they need to have in order to grow. If you are reactive to this tension, you will want to avoid and get into apathy. When you start to work on a goal, your limiting beliefs, stories and emotions are going to come to the surface. You have to understand those things for what they truly are. Becoming detached from your subconscious patterns is important. Your ego is trying to keep you limited and wants to reinstall balance. It does not value your expansion. So it will force you in all kind of ways to keep you from taking the right action. And the more you break those barriers and push through the resistance, 100 000 of times, the more effortless your life becomes. All the magic happens when you push through your stories. So make it a life goal to keep stepping into tension and making the decisions to support that. Use the weekly goal setting process.
Make decisions, face tension and commit fully. Build a strong vision, become emotionally turned on for the vision, etc. That is the basic steps.
You may want to do some somatic therapy as well. If change does not happen, it often is because our body is not in tune with our desires. Resistance in the form of emotions are stored there, we have contractions in our energy flow and this is limiting expansion. So you may want to do this in parallel with the goal setting process.

  5. The Best and Worst of Stage Blue (Japan)
The Best and Worst of Stage Blue (Japan)
I have a love-hate relationship with Japan. Japan embodies the best and worst of Stage Blue. The country's extreme collectivism provides a few of the most beautiful things in this world; peace and harmony (people on the streets are very respectful to you), safety (you can leave dop your wallet on the train or leave your bicycle anywhere), beautiful and feminine women, cleanliness and organization (the streets are clean and all activities are strictly scheduled and followed), unity (everybody shares the same values), etc.
But it's the same extreme collectivism which results to completely dumb and ugly things. A Japanese (just like any Stage Blue person) values "following the group" than "doing than right thing". How perverted is that? That was the exact worldview which resulted to Germany's Nazism. It's the same worldview which produced the Divine Wind (kamikaze), the crazy, senseless act which horrified the American soldiers during WW2. How could anybody fly a plane only to intentionally crash it into an enemy ship or plane; shattering everything, including the pilot's skeleton? It must have taken tremendous devotion and blind loyalty to the "divine" emperor (Naruhito), and, priority and importance of the country and countrymen (above the self) to pull it off.
I have experienced both the best and worst of Japan's extreme collectivism.  I have experienced the good things I already mentioned. I was also given tremendous respect and importance because of my job (considered as authority). But because of my innate tendency to stand up for my principles, I also experienced the worst. I chose to quit rather than being forced to change my teaching style from being dynamic and creative to being dumb and robotic. I chose to resist propagating abuse to my juniors. I stopped my mother-in-law from bullying me and everybody in her immediate family. I was considered as crazy and problematic for destroying the harmony and established traditions. So, I lost everything (my Japanese wife, home, school, money, and Japan and its beautiful nature and 4 seasons).
It was very mentally-emotionally painful. And I questioned myself many times whether being integrous and uncompromising was worth the tragedy and lost. But at the same time, I knew I still had the most important thing in my life; myself and me honoring my principles. Now I'm crying; not only because of the suffering as a result of the persecution and the big losses; but also because of the intense love and admiration I feel for myself because of the bravery and integrity I displayed and maintained until the end. I'm not out of the woods yet. But regardless of where I go from here, I won't regret my past actions. It was worth it.
    I'm not bullshitting.

  6. Full Summary: “How Your Mind Interprets Reality”
Full Summary: “How Your Mind Interprets Reality”
-This episode is ? whoa ?.  It feels like a gypsy curse has been lifted from my psyche.
-The following is the full version of the summary.  It’s looong.  It has all the examples.  The condensed version has about half of them and fewer explanations.  External links were selected by me, for better or worse .
    _______________________________________________
    481. Summary: How Your Mind Interprets Reality
“There are no facts, only interpretations." —Frederick Nietzsche

-The condensed version of this summary can be found here in the Summaries thread.
-Interpretation is core to how you make sense of the world.  It’s going to take you a good ten years to fathom the significance of that.  This is a foundational epistemic episode.
-Every situation has multiple interpretations.  People fall into the trap of treating situations as though there are only one or two interpretations.
-Seeing Only One Interpretation.  The worst case scenario.  If you only have one interpretation it becomes your reality.  It’s absolute truth.  It’s not even an interpretation; it's taken as fact.  This is what most people are doing.
-Seeing Two Interpretations. You get a taste that interpretation is going on, that the mind is not just receiving “raw facts.”  But, now you get caught up in this tug of war, duality, tribalism, partisanship.  You see reality in a black and white way.
This is all part of a larger theme of Self-Deception.
-You have to think very deeply about anything you call a fact.  Your mind doesn’t question “facts” so they become your reality.  You think a “fact” is something objective that exists independent of you, but they’re actually constructed by your interpretations.
It’s important to notice that what most people call facts are actually interpretations.  By people I mean you.
Facts alone have no value and no meaning.  They don’t tell you what's worthwhile or what you should do.  That requires interpretation.  So, the set of facts you choose to focus on is highly biased.  You cherry-pick facts to bolster your sense of reality, to confirm your worldview and to advance your survival.
The tricky thing is there's always more than one way to make sense of facts, but people like to act like there’s only one way or “the right way.”  Epistemic blunders mostly lie in how you interpret facts and which facts you focus on, not in the facts themselves.

    Going Meta
-This is an important concept.  Going meta means to step outside the frame of a thing and observe it.  To go one level higher in abstraction.  (clip: Going Meta (8 min). ep: What it Means to Go Meta).  eg: Deadpool embodies going meta.  He’s the only superhero who knows he’s in a superhero movie (clip comes from an R rated movie).
-Don’t get lost in the content of these examples.  The examples are here to make the concepts concrete.  (ep: Content vs Structure)  The danger here is that you’ll focus on which of these interpretations is the “correct one,” but that's missing the point.  Leo’s trying to communicate something meta to you.
Be aware if you’re getting stuck in the content of the interpretations and failing to go meta.  The larger, meta point with these examples is that there are multiple interpretations.  The need to have one right and the rest wrong is part of the problem.  See the structure, stay meta.

Why did the United States invade Iraq?
1st POV: to defend against terrorism. 2nd POV: because of greedy executives running giant military companies and defense contractors and oil companies for whom this war was beneficial. 3rd POV: because Dick Cheney was a war criminal and George W Bush was an idiot who was easy to manipulate. 4th POV: it was a collective psychic backlash to 911, a fear response. 5th POV: there were weapons of mass destruction or at least that's what people believed at the time. -That’s five very different interpretations.  In politics, most people pick one interpretation and act as if it represents the situation in it entirety.  If someone believes that Dick Cheney is a war criminal and George W Bush is an idiot they don't see it as an interpretation, but as reality.  They don't see deeper levels of interpretation, like with the 4th and 5th options.
There are different levels of quality to interpretations.  They're not all equal.  Some of them are very simplistic, some profound, some even go to a spiritual degree of understanding.  How you interpret the world powerfully affects how you feel, notice that.
eg: The idea of “a collective psychic backlash to 911” is a very powerful interpretation.  Instead of looking at the US government as a group of evil people, you see the situation from a more compassionate, understanding and conscious place.  Mistakes were made because of fear and fear is such a powerful emotion, especially at a collective level.  You can empathize because you know what it’s like to act out of blinding fear.            Fear tends to become a self-fulfilling prophecy.  If you fear terrorism, invading the Middle East with a poorly thought out war leads to a destabilization of the region that creates more terrorism.
-With the 2nd POV, if you believe the US invasion was because of some greedy executives who wanted contracts, that’s a whole way of seeing the world. It's an adversarial “they’re evil and corrupt and not good like us normal people.  They're manipulating us, those damn globalists…”  That way of looking at the world leads to certain consequences.
It leads to you feeling and acting a certain way. If you think the world is run by a cabals of globalists does that make you feel empowered or like a victim?  Is that motivating you to be constructive, creative, and follow your life purpose?  Or does it make you feel you're being exploited and manipulated?  Ultimately you don’t care about facts.  You care about how you feel.
-Start to see the whole situation in a multi-perspective, multi-faceted way with multiple interpretations, seeing that each interpretation captures some element of the situation, but not the total thing.

-Even more importantly, you want to see how your mind is constructing these interpretations. Become aware of which interpretations you're missing.  There are different qualities of interpretation.  Saying some group of people does evil because they're monsters or idiots is one of the lowest quality kinds of interpretations.
-Even though there are low quality and high quality interpretations, we shouldn’t squeeze out all the lower quality povs.  Every interpretation contains some sort of partial truth even though it might be very twisted and distorted.
Also, if many people are suffering from low quality misinterpretations, you need to understand that pov to address it effectively.  Their opinions might not be accurate, but they could be valid.  (eg: Just because there are a lot of Q-Anon people doesn’t mean their ideas are true.  However, the rise of so many angry people is important to know about and understand.)  Ideally, you want a compound perspective of interconnected and intersecting interpretations.
    Religion exists because…
    a) it's a holdover from superstitious ancestors who weren't scientifically rigorous. b) it’s a tool to control the masses. c) it’s not scientifically or literally true, but these myths contain deep psychological lessons without which you can go astray in life. d) it points to absolute truth which is incommunicable because it's infinite and therefore it can never be articulated in a literal scientific sense. -Do you see how different these interpretations are?  Notice the last two are more nuanced than just saying “all religion is bullshit.”  You’re going to react to religion and religious people differently depending on which pov you believe.
-Remember, we’re not interested in which interpretation is “right.”  We’re interested in the meta point of seeing how many different ways there are to interpret what religion could be.
    Islam is…
    a) the highest religion and truth. b) evil barbaric and violent. c) used in both constructive and destructive ways.  How it’s used depends on how it’s read and who cherry picks which parts. d) contains profound truths that are more advanced than science.  However, its truths are corrupted by being taken too literally.  It also uses many archaic cultural customs from fifteen thousand years ago. -a) is a devout Muslim interpretation.  This perspective probably thinks it’s “reality” instead of just a perspective.
-b) many Conservatives and Christians in the US feel this way.  They’re fearful and uneducated about Islam.  Also notice they don't hold that as an interpretation, but as reality.
-Notice that c) & d) are more nuanced perspectives.
    Donald Trump is…
    a) is a true patriot, a secret genius.  A secret systems thinker who acts buffoonish to subvert the elite globalist media. b) an opportunistic grifter and con artist. c) actually God acting out of the highest good and love from his point of view.  All his actions are the seeking of love. -Notice how radically different each perspective is.  How you frame Trump and how you behave politically depends on which of these interpretations you take.
    Psychedelics are…
    a) drugs, which are bad and dangerous. b) just creating hallucinations in the brain.  If you experience some mystical truths they don’t mean anything. c) great for expanding consciousness and seeing higher truths. d) an immature shortcut.  Fake spirituality because it’s not permanent. e) the future of spiritual work.  They haven't caught on because they've been so stigmatized. -Notice how some of these interpretations will exclude you from exploring psychedelics.  That's how powerful interpretation can be.  Also contentious issues often cause people to get close-minded and stuck in one interpretation.
    Actualize.org is…
    a) a cult. b) not a cult, but self-deceived and teaches misinformation. d) offers some advanced perspectives and insights about the nature of reality, but is still partial.  It's not a complete picture. e) seems like a cult because it’s teaching advanced things that most of mankind finds threatening.  Therefore the most convenient thing for the ego-mind to do is just to call it a cult. f) it’s a communication from God. g) it’s you teaching your own self how to awaken.  It’s also the universe teaching itself how to awaken.
    Quine’s Gavagai Example
-Imagine an American explorer finds a remote tribe that has never made contact with the outside world.  He tries to learn the tribe’s language.  No prob, right?  Actually, Quine says this problem is much deeper than it seems.  How would this actually play out?
Let’s say you’re sitting with a tribesman around the campfire and then a rabbit runs across the field.

The tribesman says, “gavagai gavagai” and points at it.  What does the tribesman mean?  What is “gavagai”?
    a) a furry, living animal with long ears. b) the name of this particular bunny who is the tribe pet. c) God manifesting itself as the rabbit. d) a hallucination of a rabbit, which means the psychedelics at the campfire are working. e) a rabbit’s foot, which the rabbit’s using to wave hello, awwww…. f) a rabbit’s foot, which the tribe thinks is the most delicious part ?. g) a safe, timid brown bunny, as opposed to those demonic white bunnies, thank goodness. -If you think, “Leo, this is a silly problem.  What’s the difference between a furry living animal with long ears, and God manifesting itself as a rabbit?  That's just some fluffy, mystical superstition…”
Quine’s point here was very deep.  Your notion of rabbit will be defined by your entire sense of reality.  Is it valuable?  Is it good or bad?  Is it made of atoms or consciousness?  There is a significant difference between seeing that rabbit as food, as a biological creature, or as consciousness.
eg: Buffalo Wasn’t Just Food (2min) Native American tribes view Buffalo differently than…many people today view cute buffalo at the zoo…or bison at the butcher shop.            Your notion of anything is metaphysically and epistemically loaded.  You’re not conscious of those frameworks, but they shape how you relate to that rabbit.  So, your mind's way of holding the concept of “rabbit” is not the same as the tribesman’s or Leo’s or Alice in Wonderland’s or anyone else’s.
-The gavagai example shows that most situations in life are deeply ambiguous.  Quine’s point is that we will never fully resolve this problem within language.  We're basically guaranteed to have different ways of interpreting that rabbit because of the underdetermination problem.
eg: an episode of Star Trek:TNG demonstrates this: Darmok and Jalad at Tenagra (1 to 6 mins)
    The Underdetermination Problem
-The Underdetermination problem says: evidence available to us, at a given time, may be insufficient to determine what beliefs we should hold in response to it.  The facts of the situation alone are underdetermined because our way of interpreting and seeing the facts go way beyond merely what is there in the facts.

-There’s a problem within science, philosophy and the philosophy of science known as the Underdetermination problem. That’s what we're facing here.
“Underdetermination is a thesis explaining that for any scientifically based theory there will always be at least one rival theory that is also supported by the evidence given, and that that theory can also be logically maintained in the face of any new evidence.
Quine’s Non-uniqueness thesis: For any theory, T, and any given body of evidence supporting T, there is at least one rival (i.e., contrary) to T that is as well supported as T.  This is a result of our inability to completely understand or gain access to the whole set of empirical evidence for any one particular situation or system, and therefore our acceptance that new evidence could be made available at any time.  This thesis maintains that since there is no method for selecting between our two (or more) valid solutions, the validity of our conclusion is always in question.”  —Colin Merna
“Under determination refers to (Willard Van Orman) Quine's assessment that evidence alone does not dictate the choice of a scientific theory, as different theories —observationally equivalent— may be able to explain the same facts.” —Wikipedia
-We can also look at the same “facts” and perceive different things because of biology.
eg: Yanny or Laurel.  The White and Gold or Black and Blue dress pic.
    Science is Subjective
-The mistake here is to think the tribesman is being "superstitious and unscientific.”  Quine's point is that there is no such thing as scientific, because how you define “scientific” is part of the problem. (ep: What is the Nature of Science)
Science is full of interpretation.  It’s not an objective, singular thing.  Can you use science to find the right interpretation of what science is?  That’s like a heart surgeon performing surgery on himself.  This is a meta-scientific problem.  Many atheists and materialists don't grasp the depth of the epistemic problem here.  Stop naively mistaking the constructions of your mind as reality itself.
Science doesn’t just discover the facts of reality.  For each piece of data you gather you can come up with multiple alternative theories.  You can never have one theory that perfectly matches all the facts because every theory is underdetermined.  So this creates a an open-ended, infinite problem for science.
eg: Seven of Nine uses the same facts to accuse Cpt. Janeway and Chakotay of crimes that contradict each other.            There are always hundreds of theories that could fit the existing set of data.  (This doesn’t even include invalidated theories that comfort your ego.)

    Just a Word Game?
-“But Leo, isn’t this just a word game?  There's no difference between seeing a rabbit through a materialist lens versus an idealist lens.”  That's wrong.  There are ways to decide between them, but not at your current level of consciousness and not using materialist methods.
An idealist will consider something like direct experience of absolute truth as possible.  The materialist is shut off to this because it doesn’t validate his worldview.  So it’s not just a “word game.”  Those words carry a lot of unquestioned baggage.
-The lesson here is that most situations in life are deeply ambiguous.  So, increase your capacity for handling ambiguity and a variety of perspectives.  Profound self-deceptions can be life-threatening.  It's not just empty philosophy.  We could destroy civilization if we don't get this right.
Your mind wants reality to be one particular way that serves your survival.  The mind abhors a vacuum because it’s threatening.  Leaving things open-ended is a lot of work for the mind.
It's stressful.  It's overwhelming.  It can make you question your sanity ?.  “Is the bunny real or not?  Are other people real?  Are you real, Leo?”  You might reach that point in your investigations and that's the whole point.
-With all these examples keep asking yourself: how would you know the difference between these interpretations?  Notice how many different povs fit the same “facts.”
Also, Leo’s not trying to justify any action here, so don’t get lost in the content of the interpretations.  Focus on the larger, meta point: seeing each situation from multiple perspectives.  These examples show how ubiquitous the problem of interpretation is and how many real world implications there are. (49:20)

    Situations & Multiple Interpretations
    What is God?
    a)  God is a fiction created by irrational people who don’t or historically didn’t know about evolution. b)  God is a state of higher consciousness. What is Mysticism?
    a) Mystics are wishful-thinking, loose-minded fools who just don't want to face death. b) Mystics have figured out how to access higher dimensions of reality. -When you’re presented with these different interpretations, seriously consider this one as being possible and then seriously consider this other one as being possible.  If you can do that it will open your mind (ep: How Openmindedness Works).  None of this work works if you don't understand radical open-mindedness.
    Science is…?
    a) truth. b) a set of mental constructions that help people manipulate reality for survival. -How would you decide the difference between the two?  After all, if what you care about is survival and nothing else, you could easily conflate survival with truth, which of course you do.
Senator _____ won't vote for gun reform because…?
    a) he’s corrupted by the NRA gun lobby who bribed him. b) he believes gun rights are important and guaranteed by the constitution. -A lot of liberals and progressives make this mistake.  They accuse certain senators or politicians of not supporting their policies because they've been corrupted, bribed or influenced.  That’s definitely true in many situations, but that's not the only reason.  Progressives overlook how many senators and politicians genuinely believe the Conservative worldview.  Many Conservatives grew up with the gun culture.  The NRA wouldn’t be so popular if a significant number of people didn’t love guns.
-If you want to be a good progressive you should care about getting this right.  There’s so much partisan polarization because each side strawman’s the other instead of stepping outside their own interpretation to truly understand a different pov.  That's the meta problem.
Also, our financial interests are always deeply entangled with our worldview, our metaphysics, our values, our epistemology.  There’s never a clean division of these two things.  (Which is why it’s important to get money out of politics.)  Money is the distillation of survival.  Your world view is your world view because it helps you to survive. (ep: Survival I, Survival II)
    Bill Gates is trying to…?
    a) control the population and get rich via vaccines. b) help humanity in the best way he knows how, but those ideas aren’t good. c) help humanity using good ideas, but his ideas aren't perfect because of limited knowledge and the complexity of humanity’s problems. -Truly put yourself in Bill’s situation.  What’s the best way to help humanity if you had billions of dollars?  It's hard to help everyone in a way they agree with.  Everyone has different ideas of what kind of help they need or want.  The help you need is probably different from the help someone in Africa or Norway might need.
    Person x is…?
    a) insane. b) understands something you don’t. -It’s easy to demonize someone who understands something that’s not popular in mainstream culture.  Then again, there are some people who are truly insane.
So how do you distinguish these two things?  You have to deeply study epistemology and do contemplation for years, decades.  If you don’t do the research you won’t figure it out. (1:00:00)
    Hitler was…?
    a) evil. b) trying to do good, but because his worldview and consciousness was so low he ended up doing a lot of bad. Person X is…?
    a) evil. b) doing things for a greater good, using her higher vision that you are too narrow-minded to see. -Mystics, sages and saints operate on such a high playing field that it’s easier for mainstream society to demonize them than understand them.  Some of the wisest, most conscious geniuses were put to death, jailed, tortured or crucified.  (Christ, Socrates, Gandhi, Joan of Arc, Martin Luther King Jr, Giordano Bruno, and so forth.)
    Consciousness is…
    a) just a product of the brain. b) imagining everything, including the brain. -Don’t just believe it.  Open your mind to that possibility of it.  Can you see the massive repercussions if it’s true?
    Someone who criticizes science…
    a) is unscientific and likely a religious nutcase. b) might be religious, but is definitely deluded and attacking from below because science is truth. c) could be criticizing science from above in a meta-scientific way that’s more epistemically rigorous than science itself. -Science often refuses to do epistemology and metaphysics.  They’re so attached to science they don't think there's anything above it. (The pre/trans fallacy by Ken Wilber)  However, there are things in reality which are meta-scientific, which science cannot understand or access.
    People who talk about God…
    a) are dumb, superstitious ideologues. b) could have had direct experiences of God that are more genuine than science. -That’s a radically different interpretation because most materialistic and atheistic people are not open to the possibility of having a direct experience of God.  To them, all experiences of God are just hallucinations in the brain.  So they are forever cut off from truly mystical experiences unless they open their mind.
A lack of proof for God means…
    a) that God doesn't exist. b) God is a type of thing which cannot be proven because God exists prior to proof. The earth is…
    a) moving around the sun. b) the entire universe is moving around the earth -That sure flips the situation on its head doesn't it?
    Other people…
    a) exist. b) don’t exist because this is all a dream, like the people in my dreams at night. -Remember, how would you know the difference?  Notice how many options there could be.  Really try them all on.  Stay meta.
    Love is…
    a)  a mammalian emotion produced by the brain with no metaphysical significance. b)  a core metaphysical aspect of universal mind and consciousness. Evolution is…
    a) solid proof that God doesn’t exist. b) the process by which God creates. Cop X…
    a) is racist because he did so and so. b) is not racist, but his actions appear that way because he's acting under extreme pressure. c) could be racist.  Although the entire police system is affected by culture and both explicit and implicit racism, and being a cop is difficult in ways that cannot be appreciated by people who aren’t cops. The Buddha didn't talk about love…
    a) so love can't be the truth because the Buddha taught the truth. b) because he realized that love is truth, and what he called truth was actually love. c) because the Buddha's nirvana is actually metaphysical, existential love.  Not just emptiness. Obama's drone strikes…
    a) were evil war crimes. b) saved ground troops from going in, thus saving many American soldiers. c) were ugly but necessary.  They killed 90 civilians but also killed 10 hard core terrorists who were planning to kill 1000 American civilians. d) were still evil because 1000 hypothetical Americans don’t outweigh 90 Somalis and Yemenis. e) well, they do if you’re the American President. -Leo’s not trying to justify drone strikes.  The meta point is to try on each perspective and appreciate the complexity of the situation.  (Btw, numbers in the example were made up to illustrate a point)
The calculus is very complicated and so hairy that most people at the Pentagon probably don’t even know the answers definitively.  Most people take this simplistic attitude that drone strikes were evil war crimes.  You're not considering the greater evil of sending cruise missiles or even a nuclear weapon.  How many civilians are acceptable to kill with drone strikes in order to prevent destabilizing the region, or even nuclear war?
-This also shows the Underdetermination theory at play.    These are realities you would actually face if you were the leader of any major nation.  How do you weigh those variables, especially when the stakes are so high?  This shows the importance of having a variety of nuanced interpretations rather than black or white thinking.  We're dealing with uncertainty and incomplete information and yet we have to take action.
Good leadership is not about knowing everything perfectly.  It’s about having principles and integrity and taking decisive action in the face of great ambiguity and turmoil.  Leo’s not justifying Obama’s actions, just pointing out there are no easy or good choices.  They’re often the lesser of two evils.
    Absolute truth is…
    a) impossible to access even if it exists. b) possible to access.  You simply haven’t done enough work to access it. -If you haven’t done the work it’s easy to confuse your personal laziness with something being impossible.
When Leo says absolute truth exists and he’s accessed it personally he’s…
    a) being arrogant, narcissistic and egotistical. b) lying. c) telling the truth. d) self-deceived. Witchcraft is…
    a) silly ancient superstition. b) absolutely real.  Some people are born with supernatural abilities that have been demonized by mainstream society because it's threatening. Liberals…
    a) have a mental disorder, like the bumper sticker says. b) are more conscious than you. -Whenever you think you're more conscious than someone else, always consider that they're more conscious than you.  Maybe you're just projecting your unconsciousness onto them?
    Conservatives are…
    a) racists. b) more prone to fear, survival and xenophobia than Progressives because of their neurology. Leo said that ⬆️ because he wants to…
    a) whitewash racists. b) provide a more nuanced interpretation that could be true. Capitalism…
    a) exploits workers. b) is not yet sustainable in an ethical way because humans aren't selfless and conscious enough to not exploit each other. -Do you see how different a) is from b)  It changes your whole orientation towards capitalism.
Leo said that ⬆️ because he…
    a) is a capitalist shill. b) believes humanity isn’t conscious enough to sustain a higher, more humane system. Because animals suffer…
    a) I must not eat animals. b) it has no relevance to what I eat. -How would you know the difference?  Remember, Leo’s not trying to justify any action here.  He’s just trying to get you to see the meta in the situation.
-The following are very common views within the pickup community:
    Women are…
    a) gold diggers who only want Chads with money. b) attracted to your money because you have nothing else to offer them but money. c) not attracted to you because your personality sucks and you’re too lazy to develop yourself. d) not attracted to you and aren’t even attracted to your money because you have none. e) attracted to qualities you could develop within yourself that have nothing to do with money, but you can’t see that. Women are…
    a) cheaters. b) called cheaters by PUAs because they’re projecting their own lack of integrity onto women.  They expect women to cheat because PUAs are themselves cheaters. Women are…
    a) selfish for not giving me sex b) not selfish.  You are selfish because you think women owe you sex and blame them because they have free will. Life has no meaning so I…
    a) should kill myself because meaninglessness sucks. b) could construct whatever meaning I want.  This paradoxically gives life the deepest meaning possible. c) I am free from death because if life has no meaning, death has no meaning. Solipsism is…
    a) bad and depressing. b) profoundly beautiful, you’re too busy ranting and denying solipsism to see it. God’s son is…
    a) Jesus, and only Jesus. b) everyone.  We are all the son (and sum) of God. Those who reject Christianity are…
    a) working for the devil. b) rejecting Christianity because it was co-opted thousands of years ago and corrupted so that now Christianity is literally devilry. -How would you know the difference?  Remember, don’t get lost in the content of the interpretations.  Notice how there are multiple ways of looking at a situation.
    To be happy I need…
    a) lots of money b) to find a new mode for happiness -Think about how this changes your entire approach to life.  Needing lots of money (or success, or babes, or validation) to be happy is not a fact, but an interpretation that you could change. It’s a lot easier to change interpretations than facts. That would be the wiser course.
    Life sucks because…
    a) life is unfair. b) because you haven't been living by the right principles. c) life actually is fair.  It’s fair to those who follow the principles.  There's natural consequences and suffering which is what you're experiencing and then you call that unfair. -Maybe life sucking is just a consequence of following the wrong principles.  It’s like when an idiot hits his toe with a hammer and then experiences excruciating pain, he blames that on the hammer and God and other people.  He doesn't take responsibility for his own decisions.
    Black people’s IQ scores are…
    a) lower due to genetics. b) inaccurately perceived as lower because it serves some people’s nationalist identity. The Middle East is…
    a) less developed than the West because the people there are savages with an inferior culture. b) less developed because the Middle East was a harsher environment to survive in.  So historically those people have required more time to develop than those civilizations that arose in Europe and elsewhere. -They will eventually develop to the standards of Western culture and beyond.  So it’s not some inherent, genetic inferiority or some cultural problem.  (“Guns, Germs and Steel” by Jared Diamond)
    Winning a debate means…
    a) the winner knows the truth! Because he won! ? b) the winner might know the truth or might not, because winning debates has nothing to do with truth. Women have vaginas and Men have penises…
    a) it’s a scientific fact. b) it’s not always the case.  The idea of penises, vaginas, men and women are abstract categories created beyond and outside of empirical science. -Remember, how would you know the difference?  Really try on all options here.  Stay meta.
    Logic is…
    a) what reveals truth. b) a rationalization mechanism co-opted by the ego-mind for the purposes of your survival. The Constitution must be…
    a) followed because it’s the Constitution. b) updated.  It was written over 230 years ago and contains outdated ideas which need to fit with modern times, otherwise the nation will stagnate and perhaps even collapse. I can't get laid because…
    a) I don't have a square jaw and a big dick. b) I don't understand female attraction, have cripplingly low self-esteem and don't socialize. c) I don’t understand that a not-big dick is better at hitting sensitive spots inside a woman, so I can drop my “big penis envy” and focus on technique.  Bigger isn’t always better.  That’s like assuming the tallest guy in the room is always the best slow dancer.  It depends on the size of the girl too. -If you've never seriously tried to fix yourself how can you know your dick and jaw size are holding you back instead of self-esteem issues, fear of socializing and ignorance about female attraction?
    I can't get laid because…
    a) of feminism. b) I blame feminism.  I've never done the hard work of approaching women and I play hundreds of hours of video games.  I also talk on incel forums who promote victim ideology. Feminism is…
    a) the reason I can't get laid. b) a scapegoat you invented because of your unwillingness to take responsibility for your results. People think Jordan Peterson is a fascist because…
    a) his haters are snowflake SJWs who are threatened by manly greatness!!  Hail ?!! b) his detractors are attached to the Progressive worldview.  They don’t look at his work with nuance because they misunderstand the Conservative mind and feel attacked by stage blue. Person X is a…
    a) lying hypocrite grifter. b) is just weak.  Like all of us are.  He failed up to live up to his own ideals and has been corrupted by money. Person Y criticized me because…
    a) he is projecting his own shadow onto me.  I'm feeling guilty because I'm failing to distinguish that. b) I actually did something wrong. Landing a man on the moon proves that…
    a) science is true. b) it's possible to land on the moon with limited and even untrue science. CEOs…
    a) are greedy capitalists b) have crazy pressures put on them for survival of the company. I'm poor because…
    a) capitalists exploit me. b) I haven't taken responsibility for developing highly valuable skills. Slavery is…
    a) evil. b) only evil relative to today's cultural norms and level of development. -Remember, how would you know the difference?  Really try on all options here.
    Walls are…
    a) real, because I can't walk through them, which proves their reality. b) might be real, or I could be imagining walls that can't be walked through. The number of stars and galaxies in the universe means that…
    a) life is very common. b) life is extremely rare. -See how significantly different that interpretation is.  It just flips the whole thing on its head.
When Leo calls Trump a corrupt fool, he’s being…
    a) biased and partisan. b) accurate.  You just don’t want to hear it because you’re biased. If the paranormal was real…
    a) science would say so, but science doesn’t so it can't be real. b) science would discredit the studies and outcast any scientist who dares to prove it. God…
    a) will punish you for your sins. b) will not punish you for your sins. c) will love your sins as much as your goodness.  However, sins naturally produce their own suffering by disconnecting you from loving consciousness. e) sinning against another is just you punishing yourself. Stage green socialism is…
    a) dangerous. b) being conflated with stage red and blue communism, which are not the same things at all. Government regulation is…
    a) socialism. b) necessary for the harmonious balance of a society.  You can’t have a government without regulations. Taxation is…
    a) theft b) makes the military, the courts, infrastructure and many other things you enjoy in a democracy possible. -Remember, how would you know the difference?  Notice how many options there could be.  Really try them all on.  Stay meta.
    Democrats want illegal immigration because…
    a) it gives them more voters. b) Democrats are more compassionate and less fearful because they actually care about the suffering of immigrants and don’t think it will destroy the country. -To most Conservatives that interpretation doesn't even enter into their mind.  When you can't compute that possibility the only alternative is to come up with some idea that Democrats are doing it for their own selfish gain.
    Communism was a…
    a) failure b) success that led to the greatest growth in living standards in the 20th century both in Russia and in China.            -If you actually look at the GDP growth and rise in living standards percentage-wise in Russia and China over the last century, it rose way more than in non-communist countries.  Leo’s not saying communism is good.  There are many problems with communism.  He’s just showing how these interpretations are much trickier than they seem.
    Guru X…
    a) is a rapist and an abuser. b) had consensual sex with a bunch of groupies and one of the groupies got mad because the guru wouldn’t marry her. c) took advantage of his role as a teacher and confidant and used that to abuse and coerce girls who wouldn’t otherwise date him. -This is a very common problem in spiritual communities.
    Guru X is a rapist therefore…
    a) he cannot be enlightened. b) he could still be enlightened because who says enlightened people can’t be rapists? -Remember, how would you know the difference?  Really try on all options here.
    People voted for Trump because…
    a) they were racist. b) he appealed to their spiral dynamic stage blue and orange value set, which is the majority of the US. When Leo says that he's God…
    a) he’s being narcissistic and unspiritual. b) he actually is God. c) he is God, and so are you, but you're not conscious of it yet. Supernatural healing is…?
    a) delusion b) real, but only accessible from exceptionally high and rare states of consciousness that you haven't accessed yet. The miracles of Jesus…?

    a) are just differences in word and style, not in substance.  They’re basically word games. b) are differences in underlying substance, and consciousness.  Some teachers are actually more awake than others. c) are a blend of a) and b) There is no proof of paranormal phenomena because…
    a) it's all bullshit. b) the methods of proof you're using are too limited for measuring paranormal phenomena.  After all, your method determines what you're going to get back. I’m bad with women because…
    a) I'm short. b) I’m insecure about being short. -You might spend your entire life thinking you're bad with women because of something you can’t change (your height) when the true cause is something you can change (your insecurity).
One of the best guys Leo knew from pickup was a 5’5 Pakistani guy.  He would crush it.  He would do better than a six foot tall white guy.  At the club he was one of the most secure, brash and confident guys, the exact opposite of insecure, and his results reflected that.
    Women…

    Examples from Leo’s Life
Leo said something in a video that I also said, which means…
    a) he stole my work and didn't give me credit for it. b) that people can develop insights independently and still overlap with other people’s insights.  Not all ideas have one origin point. c) deep universal truths can be discovered by many people. d) he totally stole from you, and got away with it too!! The backdrop of Leo’s apartment means…
    a) Leo’s purposely sending secret Illuminati messages to his followers who 100% carry out his every command (unless those commands include mediating, exercising, reading or delousing the clutter in their mind) b) Leo’s bad at decorating his apartment. The symbol of 666 is…
    a) deeply significant. b) completely meaningless. c) the molar mass of the high-temperature superconductor YBa2Cu3O7, which makes it satanic. Youtube/Influencer fame is…
    a) the most profound and fulfilling experience a human soul can have. b) a stream of babes and compliments, with maybe one troll every five years. c) a nonstop flood of people projecting their egos at you. -Leo has experienced constant projection on a daily basis for the past decade.  It’s especially difficult because he stays open to feedback and valid constructive criticism.  However, it’s difficult to distinguish that from people’s projections.
It underscores how everyone is projecting all the time and of course Leo does it to others too.  When you experience other people’s projections so strongly it makes you more aware of your own projections.  (It also shows fame ain’t all it’s cracked up to be)
Leo deleted my youtube comment because…
    a) he doesn't like me and he's censoring me. b) youtube has automatic comment filters to get rid of spam. Youtube’s spam filter is…
    a) proof it’s part of a globalist conspiracy to suppress free speech. b) trying to counteract bots and spammers that would make websites like youtube unrunnable. Leo filters out comments based on….
    a) opinions he disagrees with.  Critiques of his work. b) slander, racism, extreme vulgarity, disinformation, conspiracy theories, spam, and so on. Leo’s work is…
    a) a copy of other spiritual traditions and presented as his own truth. b) a result of discovering these insights independently on his own. c) triggering to people who are attached to their particular lineage or guru as the source of truth. d) fun to play in the background while you’re cooking. -If that original yogi or mystic could discover the truth for himself, why can’t other people discover the truth for themselves too?
Leo doesn't want to debate others because…
    a) he’s afraid of being exposed as a fraud. b) he has become too conscious to be interested in debating anyone. c) he’d rather spend that time making videos for us ?! Leo denies he is leading a cult because…
    a) he isn’t leading a cult. b) denying you're a cult leader is exactly what a cult leader would do, which proves Leo’s leading a cult! -That’s circular logic.  I can play this game on you.  I can call you a cult leader and as soon as you deny it I'll say, “Ah ha!  According to your logic if you deny your cult leader that's exactly what makes you a cult leader!”  (Speaking of which, Kanye West says his greatest accomplishment is that he is the greatest)

    a) stage yellow with a green shadow. b) stage orange with some yellow capacities.           -Spiral dynamics has very interesting interpretive problems because it also suffers from the Underdetermination problem. (ep: Spiral Dynamics)  It takes a lot of experience, study and application of spiral dynamics to be able to start to distinguish between these things.  Even the developers of spiral dynamics suffer from this problem.
    Don Beck and Ken Wilber…
    a) are right about pushing towards stage yellow because we’ve already exhausted stage green. b) are seriously overestimating how evolved politics and culture are.           -In the US, green is only prevalent in advanced universities.  The majority of society is still in blue and orange, even in developed countries.  We've got to move through green for many years before we can get to yellow.  We don't even have a green economic or political system.

Absolute truth is…
    a) not real, because if it was everyone would know about it and talk about it. b) so radical that almost everyone is in denial about it. All spiritual teachings…
    a) are just different paths up the same mountaintop, leading to the same peak. b) are not different paths leading to the same peak.  There are lower and higher places along the mountain and it's not a single mountain.  It's a mountain range with many different peaks and not all paths lead to the same peak. -Remember, how would you know the difference?  Notice how many options there could be.  Really try them all on.  Stay meta.

    a) wrong, because he hasn't considered whatever point I want him to consider. b) maybe right.  Maybe Leo has already taken that point into account and seen beyond it to points you have yet to consider. c) not perfect, but his epistemology is better than most people's epistemologies.   He’s spent decades doing the work.  Can the same be said for you? -The notion of raw facts is a naive myth.  Your mind does so much interpretation and confirmation bias that your relationship to reality is less than one percent. The other 99 percent are your projections, interpretations, assumptions, metaphysical and epistemic frameworks.  Your “facts” are actually biases, beliefs, fears, emotions and justifications.
-Your interpretations are are deeply distorted by your survival needs and insecurities.  They’re not objective or arbitrary.

-Key point:  Notice your interpretations.  Even deeper, notice yourself denying that your interpretation is an interpretation. How are you trying to retcon your interpretations as fact or science or “just the way it is”?  Also notice how rash and unconscious interpretations lead to self-deception and misunderstanding the world.
-Start taking alternative interpretations more seriously. Reality is a lot less obvious than it seems. The ability to go meta is crucial for Spiral Dynamics Tier Two.  Stage Yellow is interpretation aware and holds multiple perspectives at once.
-This work takes cognitive development and consciousness. Be aware that most knowledge, opinions and reporting you see in culture and media is actually an interpretation, but you’re not treating it as such.
You unconsciously swallow culture and media and their implicit frames which leads to deep self-deception in your life.
-The meta point here is notice all possible interpretations of a situation, rather than looking for the “right one” and defending it.
This will make you a better human, a better creator, more effective in business and relationships, with your health, with your wealth.  It'll make you happier.  It'll make it easier to do spiritual work.

    Tips for Application
    1) There’s always dozens of interpretations.  If you can only see one or two, you’re being epistemically irresponsible.  That's your clue you're not being mentally flexible and curious enough, that you’re just fooling yourself.
    2) Realize that your first interpretation is usually the worst.  Unless you're extremely spiritually developed your initial gut interpretation is going to be very crude, foolish and wrong.  The more contemplation you do of epistemology and metaphysics, the better your interpretations will get.  Overcome your self-deceptions.  Notice the ego games and the blaming in your mind (ep: Self-deception I).
    3) Get in the habit of looking for alternative interpretations.  Make it a little game you play with yourself.  This requires exploring multiple perspectives with an open-mind, without bias.  Even seeking a high quantity of interpretations is good.
    4) Seek more nuanced, high quality interpretations. The examples above have both crude and nuanced interpretations.  Notice the differences between them.
    5) Generate novel interpretations for all sorts of situations.  For your relationships, your children, love life, sexuality, views about men, women, the government, and so forth.
    6) Reinterpret your own self.  You have tons of negative interpretations of your capacities that you consider facts.  How compassionate and empowering are your interpretations about yourself?
    7) Seek more charitable and loving interpretations.  Some interpretations are very fear-based, us versus them, tribalistic and polarizing.  Other interpretations are more compassionate, more inclusive. Steel man other interpretations instead of straw manning them.
    8) Seek interpretations that understand and can accommodate other perspectives.
    9) Question and discard fear-based interpretations.  These are robbing you of your vitality and ability to be effective in the world and to see reality truthfully.  Fear is the smog that clouds up your vision.  It sneaks into so many of your interpretations, in ways you don't detect.  If you want to reach truth give up your fear-based interpretations.
    10) Question and discard toxic, disempowering interpretations and victim mentality.   When you start to interpret yourself as a victim it becomes your reality.  You’re constantly drilling that into your mind.
Notice how conspiracy theories and incel ideology use fear, hatred and judgment to make you feel like you're being empowered by the theory, but you’re actually not.  It dismisses compassionate interpretations that could jailbreak your mind and truly improve your life.
Notice that incels and conspiracy theorists hammer your reptile brain.  They lack the ability to self-reflect and go meta.  Their epistemology is very poor.  That’s a surefire sign that their ideology is limiting and toxic.

How is interpretation different from Recontextualization?
It's a difference of degree. (ep: Recontextualization).  Recontextualization is about how the context of a situation changes what the facts are and how you perceive the facts.  Recontextualizations are pretty rare, happening maybe once a month or once a year.  Reality pummels you with something and then you're forced to change your interpretation.  Interpretation is similar, but happening on a much more fine grained level. Interpretations are always going on in your mind.
Be careful about how you interpret these teachings
The gavagai bunny also shows up in Leo’s work ?.  There can be double, triple meanings to the words Leo uses.  Unfortunately unconscious people who need these teachings the most are the most prone to misinterpreting them.  Also the more advanced a teaching is, the easier it is to misinterpret.  His concept of, say, ego death isn’t the same as your concept of ego death in your mind.
Leo’s 3 hr episode about Relative truth means…
    a) Life is subjective, relative and full of interpretation, therefore Absolute truth does not exist. b) misunderstanding Relative truth causes a lot of suffering, and it co-exists with Absolute truth ?! What you think he said might be the opposite of what he actually intended to say.  That’s the difficulty of communication.  So be very careful when listening to these videos.
-Epistemology is at the core of all of your problems in life
When you don’t take that seriously you misinterpret everything, everywhere.  The finite thing you believe you are is itself a gross misinterpretation of what you actually are.  You have fundamentally misinterpreted infinity as something finite.  You've misinterpreted consciousness as material substance.  Mind and body as atoms and science as truth.  Culture, government, politics, your own capacities as a human being, you've misinterpreted all of these.
-The real work is correcting the misinterpretations in your mind.  Fixing your epistemology fixes the foundation for your life.  The sturdier the foundation, the higher you can build your skyscraper.
With most spiritual development teachings you get flimsy houses of cards.  At least when you're done with a three hour Actualized.org episode it will change something about how you see the world, and over time that changes your life.

  7. Understanding Relativism and the Validity of All Perspectives
Understanding Relativism and the Validity of All Perspectives
In the Absolute sense, nothing is higher or lower. But in a relative sense, things are higher and lower.
Relative to survival and your personal well-being, you don't want to be QAnnon supporter. Being a QAnnon supporter is a problem relative to the QAnnon supporter's own worldview, because a QAnnon supporter's worldview holds that certain things are true and certain things are false. And one day the QAnnon supporter will discover that QAnnon violate his own standards of truth. It is not Leo who says QAnnon is false. It will the QAnnon supporter himself who will realize QAnnon is false. So the problem with QAnnon is that it is incoherent by its own standards -- it's just that the QAnnon fanatic hasn't realized it yet. When he realizes it, he will be in pain.
Any perspective which is selfish, unconscious, hateful, and fear-based will ultimately be incoherent by its own standards.
The only perspectives which are coherent are conscious, selfless, and loving ones.
Now you could argue: "But what's wrong with having an incoherent perspective? It's that okay?" To which the answer is: it's okay so long as you're okay with the suffering that incoherence results in. If you are okay with anything no matter what, then there is literally nothing wrong with anything. But then you're also awake. So the problem is that you are definitely not okay with anything on matter what. You are triggered so easily.
The perspective that you have two ass holes is not equally valid to the perspective that you have one ass hole. Because eventually you will have confront the reality that you only have one ass hole. So it does matter how truthful your perspective is. The less truthful your perspectives are, the more you will struggle and suffer. But if you are okay with massive struggle and suffering, then there is no problem.
What you need to realize is that it is you yourself who is judging the results of your own perspectives. If you didn't judge your results, there would be no problems. But you judge your results very much, hence you literally create your own problems. A wrong perspective is not wrong because others say so. It is wrong by your own standards!
For example, you might adopt the perspective that rape is good. But then when someone rapes your mother you will realize: rape is horrible. And thus you yourself will violate and condemn your own perspective. You will realize that your perspective was selfish and foolish. In this way you evolve. It is your own internal contradictions that lead to your ruin.

  8. High quality diet on a budget
High quality diet on a budget
So I'm looking forward to cleaning my diet a bit, but also upping my overall calorie intake. I'd say I'm still not eating enough as of now. I've been struggling with this for a while.
I know there are plenty of highly educated people when it comes to nutrition here, so I'd appreciate any advice. I wanna do this right and give my body the best I can at the moment.
I live in Europe. High quality food ain't that cheap. If I was to aim for the best; it would easily cost me twice as much or more. I'm looking forward to spending max 250€ on food per month. That should be more than enough. If I manage to do it for even less that food be awesome (pun intended).
In the past; I'd eat out or order in pretty regularly. And I also ate at work (restaurant). So I rarely cooked at home. But I do like cooking. I'd say I have some nice cooking skills. Anyhow... My point is; I was spending more money unnecessarily + I wasn't eating the healthiest food. On top of it all; I'd often skip meals or go without any food the whole day.
I move quite a lot at my job and I also intend starting a gym routine any day now. Looking forward to working out 5x a week (60-90min).
So yeah. I guess I'll need to eat quite a lot if I aim to gain weight. I'm 183cm, 70kg btw. I'm not a picky eater. I eat pretty much everything. But I'd like to keep things clean and simple.
So far my ideal meal-plan for a day looks like this:
Breakfast: oatmeal/muesli (rice or coconut milk) + a spoon of peanut butter and honey + 2dcl green smoothie (some minutes later)
    Snack; some fruit
Lunch: Meat (chicken or turkey... occasionally some high quality red meat) + side-dish (potatoes, pasta, rice etc) + a nice, big bowl of mixed salad
Snack: peanut butter + jelly toasts (or something along those lines) + protein shake
Dinner: Fish, maybe some eggs, fine mozzarella, veggies... occasionally soup
(Every once in a while I'd still like to eat out or order in some higher quality food. Just for the sake of the experience... Say once or twice a month)
What do you think? Am I missing anything essential? Can this be considered a healthy, clean and rich diet?
I know food prices vary from country to country, but hopefully you understand where I'm going with this. Looking to eat quality, quite a lot and for a mid-range price-tag. Is it doable?
    Thanks!

  9. the nature of attachment :)
    The Joy Journal
I also found this great video on non-attachment that really resonated with me. To add onto this video, I believe that non-attachment is the opposite of not caring. By caring deeply and being present in the moment, once the moment passes, you won't feel upset. It will be easy to let go because you derived as much joy, or any other emotional experience or validation from that event in the moment. In those cases that event has done its part and you can move on. When it comes to joyous things we missed, it is often because we didn't cherish it enough in the moment. When it comes to painful moments, its often because we have yet to heal fully and derive lessons from that moment. We only feel attached when we feel that there is something left not experienced.

  10. labeling oneself to feel lovable and desired (insight)
    The Joy Journal
Shadows and the Cobwebs of My Mind Pt.3
Okay this is the last part.
When it comes to analyzing the different labels that was used to define me, I also decided to look at how positive labels were slapped on to me as well. I don't think it's bad to have positive labels slapped onto oneself. In fact I think it can be beneficial in integrating those positive parts of yourself and then act them out as a self fulfilling prophecy.  However, the ego still needs to be transcended and I think it's more sustainable to transcend a healthy ego than to deal with an unhealthy ego because with an unhealthy ego, there is an extra step. You have to undo the conditioning, build a healthy ego, and then you finally have a good ego to transcend. Nevertheless, in both cases transcending the ego can help one become more expansive since you are now integrating numerous parts of yourself. This is all kind of vague so I'm going to pick one of my positive labels to articulate what I'm trying to say.
Being labeled as smart: From a young age I was labeled as smart. It was not a conscious choice, just a label some people slapped onto me like some of the more "negative" labels on top (I say this in quotes since no one label is completely positive or negative and have both light and dark aspects that one needs to integrate). A lot of the reason why I was labeled as smart is because my mom took an extra initiative when it came to my education. She made sure that not only I did my school work but that I was also being introduced to material that was a couple grade levels higher. Then when I got to school, everything came easier since I was exposed to the material previously and because of that people continued to label me as smart. There wasn't anything inherently smart about me. It wasn't nature, it was nurture.
I went on to healthily integrate this notion of me being smart. I took more challenging classes, well because I had the confidence knowing that I could. That enabled me to meet my own standards by working hard. I also had the confidence to get involved, to try new things, to challenge ideas because I knew that what I had to say had some type of value. Those experiences then turned into a self-fulfilling prophecy. I thought I was smart, I took on challenges based on those assumptions, and then i became more smart through experience.
However, I didn't integrate the notion of me being dumb until I got to college. Integrating the notion of being dumb, or any other more "negative" labels shouldn't be done in a self-deprecating way. That won't happen if you effectively integrated the more "positive" notion.  Yes it hurt my ego that I wasn't the smartest in the room once I got to university. Things didn't come as easily. But that isn't because I'm not smart, it's because I didn't have previous exposure to a lot of the subjects I have had to take (mainly business and social science classes, most of which I never encountered in high school things like political science for example). Smart wasn't even a thing from the very beginning. It was a label that was slapped on to me.
Again, this integration wasn't done in a self hating way. I tried not to fall into the trap of going on a spiral of how I'm stupid as it it were a bad thing. Instead of getting consumed in it, I tried to take a more of an awareness approach without judgement. Every time I did something stupid, instead of getting up into a twist because this doesn't match my ego, I said to myself "hey this happens, it's okay to recognize it. I am still worthy of love even if this doesn't match my ego. I accept this part of myself" Accepting something sometimes just has to do with acknowledging it without judgement or resistance. Because ultimately, shadows are made when we don't accept ourselves. Getting defensive about something is a part of resistance.
Now what used to happen before I integrated this shadow. Well, I would beat myself up or feel a twinge of shame for every stupid thing I did. I was hesitant to recognize my wrongs, and therefore I was reluctant to rectify my wrongs, which then put me in a self fulfilling prophecy. If a smart person always thought he or she was right and never acknowledged their short comings because they didn't want to hurt their ego, they wouldn't learn much would they? They wouldn't be as smart and recognize the nuances in their thinking would they. See it's rather counter intuitive. It does come full circle
You could replace this analogy with any other positive label such as being kind or being beautiful to name a few. If a person was dead set on their identity of being kind all of the time, that isn't very compassionate of the times when they don't feel too kindly upon others. They might be harsh towards people who are unkind and make it into a dogma instead of doing the actual kind thing and empathizing with those people to find out what is causing them to act the way they do. If a person was dead set on their identity of being beautiful, they might beat themselves up for days they look less than perfect and then lose their confidence or sense of life in their eyes which actually does have to do with one's beauty. Someone might go to the extreme, think there is terribly wrong with them because of their shadow and then get plastic surgery that messes up their face and body even more than what the previously perceived to be their flaw. Instead, to truly embrace one's beauty is to go beyond one's external looks and be genuinely comfortable in oneself, and therefore still be okay with themselves when they feel they look ugly, thus transcending the label of being beautiful.
Ultimately, what I realized with shadow work so far is that a lot of it does root back to the notion of being unlovable (which is why I'm not surprised that this particular shadow was a linchpin for me). We accept these labels because we believe that there are certain metrics that we need to achieve in order to be loved instead of thinking we are love, awareness, and consciousness itself.  We tell ourselves that we are smart, kind, and beautiful not because they are true but because they have positive connotations that make us feel desirable. While it is good to internalize those beliefs, we also need to know that even when we are dumb, harsh, or ugly, we are still worthy of love. In fact, regardless of the labels the ego likes to clothe itself in, we are underneath all love. Sometimes that love is in a more rigid sense in which it creates the ego and carries out egoic motives for the sake of survival and sometimes love is expansive and fluid with one's higher self. Either way it is one.
I know this video is taken out of context and there is no real intention of being deep here but i still found something (I think she was supposed to be dragging people) But, I always found this strangely comforting and empowering lmaoooooo
Then again, depth isn't something that is dependent on the object, rather it is determined by the oberver and what kind of meaning he or she derives from it . The object is just what is.
Some of us are fat are ugly and are unattractive. That is okay, just be who you are because either way you're still worthy of love lol
    So get it together

  11. Conquering fear through dreamwork
How to Conquer Fear Forever Through Dreamwork
@Vaishnavi I think using this method you can be free from those.
    a. The answer is rage. Rage overcomes fear. Give yourself permission to feel righteous rage....then summon more of it and "set it aside" to use for the next time you encounter the beings in your dream. The more, the better.
The reason you are not in control is because you are controlled by fear. Accept pain and death in the dream if its inevitable but make the decision that you will make those beings pay dearly in the process. Run the scenarios of what you are going to do to the threatening beings when you encounter them in your dreams. Allow yourself to FEEL the rage and your determination to bring destruction to them, no matter what the cost. Decide in the deepest part of you that you are going to put an end to their harassment once and for all. Keep running it through your mind when you are awake. Picture vividly how you are going to exact your rage on them and show them they better think twice before messing with you again. Picture it vividly over and over again until it becomes a part of "you". Keep picturing this in your mind: When they run towards you, you run towards them.
When you start picturing yourself vividly doing this, your breathing might speed up and you might start to shake. That is adrenaline and its OK. Embrace it. Keep picturing yourself destroying them and eventually that is what you will automatically do that in your dream.
    b. These beings feed off of your fear; specifically your fear of death. Work on fully accepting your eventual death and turn your fear into rage and determination directed at the hostile beings.
Many people will reject this process because of the vibrations they must raise. Some people think it is "unspiritual" (according to whom?). Notice that people that are very averse towards this are weak, passive and fearful in their lives. It is a lack of balance between strength and love.
If you do these things, you will win. Not only will you be free from these nightmares, but your life will be empowered on a level that you cannot imagine right now. Other people I have helped with this told me it radically and permanently changed their lives.

  12. on cutting-edge models
How do we test Spiral Dynamics?
The kind of stuff we are interested in cannot be outsourced to some robot logician in a white lab coat. Such standards are totally inapplicable when we are talking about consciousness and holistic understanding of the human condition.
There's never going to be some simple, brute-force, binary test that you can run on these kinds of models. These models require a deeply intuitive mind to comprehend. You have to be able to intuitively connect hundreds of dots using a deep intelligence.
It's like proving evolution. There's not a single simple fact which can prove it. Evolution is a holistic model which requires connecting thousands of dots to see a bigger picture. The only reason people accept evolution today is because some geniuses connected all the dots for them and then a hundreds years later, once there has been a massive cultural shift, people think of it as obvious and factual. Likewise, it might take 100 years before Spiral Dynamics is taken seriously.
Never forget that we are talking about the cutting edge of human knowledge here. So it will all be denied by the status quo, as usual.
Take a look at how Ken Wilber's work has been treated by academia. It's basically been ignored, even though it's some of the most brilliant stuff that exists. But it's so advanced academia has no way of handling it so it ignores it.
The mistake here is expecting academia to validate cutting edge advanced wisdom. If you want the highest wisdom and knowledge it's YOUR JOB to validate it yourself. Stop sucking on society's tit and learn to chew your own food. Nobody is going to support you in your search for Truth. No body! You will either do it all yourself, or you will not do it at all.

  13. pick-up motivation
    Pick Up Material Mega-Thread
Don't act like women are not looking to score with the top 5% of guys.
It's just that since a woman's survival agenda is different, her standards for what "top 5% of guys" means is different. It's not about looks, it's about all the other factors relevant to a woman's survival.
Really, what the best form of pickup does is turn a guy into the top 1% of guys, making him highly desirable to women by default, without any tricks.
For example, after all the work I have done on myself, I know I'm in the top 1% of what women want. And a woman who sleeps with me will know it and fall completely in love. This didn't happen by accident. This happened through 20 years of constant labor. But you ladies care nothing about the labor that went into it. You just want the end result and never to wonder about how the sausage was made.
Pickup is NOT about tricking women into sex. Pickup is about becoming an exceptionally valuable man.
In a sense, pickup is about outshining all the other lazy wolves.
    Here's a story:

  14. don't personify hate
How to Release Anger/Hate of Somebody?
Do not personify your hate. If a tornado hit your house and destroyed it would you hold anger towards the tornado? No. That's just how the tornado is, you can't blame it for that. The ego always likes to put blame on something and once it puts blame on something that's where anger cultivates. This effectively diverts attention from your ego onto something else.
You wouldn't get mad at a crocodile for trying to bite your arm off because that's all it knows how to do. That's how it survives. It is too ignorant to understand morals or even consider empathising with you. That's just how they are.
The people who do low-consciousness things literally don't know any better. If they did, they wouldn't be doing those things. It is not accurate to look at what they are doing from a high-consciousness perspective. It is like expecting the crocodile to know morals and not bite your arm off and then becoming morally outraged at it when it does do those things.
Leo's forgiveness episode is also amazing if you're really struggling

  15. blue/orange resisting transgenderism (informative)
    Colleges are leftist indoctrination centers?
This is one of the best examples of Blue / Orange resisting Green that I’ve seen. These are just some observations in general, they are not directed to anyone on the forum.
Notice how the Orange position (JP) is about physical biology, practicalities and his personal freedom. It has no interest in understanding of relative experience and inclusion. There is a position of wanting to protect “my individual right to freedom”. Arguments that only cis-genders biologically exist, impracticalities of transgender / nonbinary pronouns and individual freedom of speech are all exclusivatory from an Orange orientation.  Although this position may say “I am not against transgender people”, it is resisting progress of understanding and including transgender / nonbinary people. That resistance against inclusion and equality IS against transgender / nonbinary people. Saying “I’m not against transgender people” is often used as a veil toward efforts to exclude and marginalize trans people. This is Orange resisting Green. It is Orange in the sense of trying to use a logical argument against trans / nonbinary inclusion. However, there are often underlying Blue shadows that the person doesn’t want to reveal as it may jeopardize their credibility. For example, if someone introduced the idea that transgender is immoral, unhealthy, disgusting etc.
Of course there can be some Green excesses. For example, perhaps a nonbinary group asks for 174 new personal pronouns. Of course this is an excess. However, there is a distinction between criticizing this excess from below vs above. Criticism from below would deny the relative experience of transgender / nonbinary and reduce things to physical biology. As well, orange would criticize the 174 personal pronouns as impractical and an imposition. However, orange is oriented toward saying “you get ZERO personal pronouns. Go back to the margins”. Exactly as JP is expressing here. These resistances are blocks toward understanding relative beingness and inclusion. A mature green or yellow position may say “174 personal pronouns is excessive and impractical. As well, it would create a massive Blue / Orange backlash, delaying inclusion. In terms of the value of inclusion and upward evolution, it would be better to only introduce 1 or 2 new personal pronouns”. Notice how Orange is trying to resist the inclusion, while mature green / yellow is trying to facilitate inclusion and upward evolution by a mature mechanism.
Also, trans dynamics are new to society and I know a lot of terms of new. . . The proper term is “transgender” or “transgender person” . . . “Transgendered person” is derogatory and a trans slur.
As well, for those at Green and Yellow. Education and evolution up the spiral toward greater awareness and inclusion cannot just fall on the marginalized group. In this case, the burden of educating Blue / Orange of transgender / nonbinary dynamics cannot be placed solely upon the transgender / nonbinary community. That serves to keep the status quo and marginalization. Green / Yellow cis-gendered people also play a role in the education of those at Blue / Orange.

  16. quitting addiction by releasing emotions
What is the key to quitting addiction?
    @Someone here
Let me tell you, how I managed to quit all of my bad habits. My theory and I found some videos about that as well, is that, all addictions are just ego mechanic, that ego uses against you not to confront emotions, that you label as bad.
Until you don't let those emotions to express themselves, you will go back to addictions, over and over again.
That's how I managed to quit smoking, playing video games, drinking coffee, eating junk food, all in once.
Not sure how to go about that practically, in my case it was just that life put me into a situation, where I was shown who I really am and it hit me like a truck. It made me super fucking angry, furious is a better word. It was all so much that I started to hit the wall, screaming, swearing to all the fucked up people in my life, without giving a single fuck, you name it.
And as a result that made me quit all of those bad habits, tons of anger, Goggins type shit.

In other words - Leo's video about addictions says: "The key to quitting all addictions is to become conscious about a thing, that you are doing". In a moment, when you see what the fuck you are doing with your life, how you are spending it, knowing, that it is a one and only chance you got given to live you just stop doing stupid shit.

  17. don't be cheap!
    Pick Up Material Mega-Thread
Not a scam. There are many good teachers, coaches, and products around that will change your life.
Deliberately trying to not pay experts who can help you is beyond foolish.
I invested a lot of money to get better with women. Don't regret it at all. I once paid Adam Lyons $200 to pick his brain at a cafe for a few hours.
You guys here are way too cheap, and it only hurts you.

  18. starting with small things :)
I'm having huge depression/zero motivation after a lot of shadow work
One thing that helps me is to start with really small and seemingly insignificant things that make me happy and feel good to plan, do or think about. Buy a new houseplant, make a new recipe, look up a long lost favorite comic strip, that kinda thing.
Sometimes we put too much weight on our dreams and sometimes they can actually hinge on something that seems very small and insignificant. Because really it's inseparable.
“We can do no great things, only small things with great love.” -Mother Teresa
Of course there are no great things or small things, just great love.

  19. how to become an intellectual
I feel shame and that I don’t deserve happiness
Hehehe.... one day you will look back at the importance you placed on grades and test scores, and just laugh. It's complete pointless nonsense.
If you want to really be intelligent, simply start doing the practices to explore and investigate your own consciousness. That will be true, embodied intelligence -- the only kind that really matters.
The only thing that's required to be an intellectual is to read books and contemplate the material deeply for yourself. That's it! Everything else is distraction and nonsense. If you can read and contemplate, you can be an intellectual. It's actually very simple, but it must be done consistently over years. You cannot become an intellectual in a month or a year.

  20. most important facets to pickup
Question about Tripp from Leo's Interview
You can get very technical about game.
But that's not good for newbies. When you're just starting out you want to focus on the bare basics like your dress, grooming, approaching consistently, building decent state, eye contact, smiling, body posture, physical escalation, never running out of things to say, and leading.
    The most important things are:
Going out at least 2x-3x nights a week, consistently Approaching consistently Putting yourself into a good mood while you do so Smiling and laser eye contact Getting good at never running out of things to say. Becoming good at holding conversation Communicating with her man-to-woman, with clear sexual intent Immediate physical escalation Leading her That will get you 90% of your results. Getting decent at all the above will take you several years of full time work.

  21. how to get a gf xdd
If everyone here watched this video this sub could be deleted
    How to get a girlfriend:
Step 0: Stop fucking whining and making excuses.
Step 1: GO OUT and talk to girls in real life. And keep fucking doing it regularly.
    Step 2: Snuggle after sex.
    - - - - -
Also works: become a successful leader who offers massive value to the world, and girls will come to you begging. This is actually the most powerful way. But most guys are too lazy and incompetent to do it.

  22. maximizing love, reincarnation
Consciousness is waking up to itself
I think that depends on whatever is best for the maximization of Love.
Basically God cannot not do whatever maximizes Love, because Love is what it is. So if you leave the dream and then it is determined by Infinite Intelligence that it would be best for you to incarnate as some guru who helps others awaken to Love, then that's what will happen. Or if it is determined that it would be best for you to incarnate as a terrorist in order to maximize Love, that's what God will do.
What you're not understanding yet is that God is so loving that it will not hesitate to incarnate as a terrorist/rapist/murderer/racist/etc if that will maximize Love. So all this "evil" stuff is actually the highest sign of God's Love. Imagine how much Love and selflessness it takes to willing to become Hitler because your intelligence has enough vision to see that this would maximize Love for others. The hardest thing is not being a victim, it's being an oppressor. The hardest thing is not being a saint, it's being a devil.
The paradox is, to be the greatest devil requires the highest selflessness and love. Because God becomes a devil CONSCIOUSLY! It is not an accident that devils exist. They serve a higher Good which they themselves cannot see while they are incarnated as devils.
Imagine for a moment that Hitler was a good guy before he incarnated. In fact, he was the most loving and selfless soul. And it's because of that that he consciously decided, "Okay, I will take on the role of playing Hitler because I see that this will be necessary for the benefit of others. I will be evil for the good of others because I am that Good/Selfless. I am so strong that I am willing to be a devil for you, to serve in your awakening to Love."
That's how evil actually works. It's the exact opposite of what you think it is.
So when you judge an "evil" person, that is actually a test of your Love. You think you are being good and loving by judging Hitler, but actually it's the opposite, you are being tested by Hitler to see how strong your Love is. Will you pass the test? Most people fail. And that is precisely Hitler's role: to weed out the true lovers from the false ones.
None of this is random or accidental. The highest and most loving intelligence is running the entire show for the benefit of all.

  23. the point is Love
Question on infinity and perfection of reality
    The point is Love.
Love cannot be coerced. Love cannot be made into a should or a must. Love is something you do willingly.
You do not become Good by trying to follow shoulds, you become Good by becoming conscious enough that you see Goodness as the only thing that will make you happy. And then you act out of Goodness even when others are imaginary. You can be Good to imaginary people. In fact, you imagine all people so that you can share your Goodness with them!
The point is to spread Goodness and Love to as many living beings as possible. That's what God is doing. It's the only thing God desires to do. God shares its love by imagining an infinite number of living beings and then killing them so that they merge back into God. This cycle is Eternal. This cycle is what God is. This cycle is Love made manifest.

  24. awakening vs fear
Consciousness is waking up to itself
God is never going to force you into Full Awakening, as that would be evil. You can take all the time in the world to surrender the illusion. It will not happen against your will. Infinite Love & Goodness must be freely chosen. Not under any coercion. If you think that you will lose something by choosing Infinite Love, you fundamentally misunderstand Infinite Love and so you will not get it.
Your consciousness and understanding must expand so much that you choose Truth without reservation, without fear. Any bit of lingering fear will keep you from it. If you think to yourself, "I want to be God, but I don't want to lose X. Can't I get it both ways? What if I will regret becoming God?" << That's fear. That fear is something you'll have to surrender before you can become God, because God has no fear of himself.

  25. awakening vs liberation
    Liberation (Thank you, Leo)
Here is an excerpt from an interview with Tony Parsons. He puts it so well--all I can do is nod and agree. This probably doesn't really make a lot of sense, but hopefully someday you will see it does.

Question: You make a distinction between awakening and liberation.
Tony: In liberation there no longer is a sense of there being a separate individual. Liberation is the complete end of the sense of separation. But there’s still a body mind organism that has conditioned memories, and has responses and preferences. That’s aliveness. That goes on.
    Q. Emotions still keep popping up.
Oh absolutely. Anything can happen. Nothing is denied. The difference between the liberated one, or rather: liberation, and individuality is that when an emotion like anger arises, it just arises for no one, but all the time there’s an individual who thinks it’s his anger; that happening to him, that he owns it. In individuality there’s always an ownership of everything. In liberation there’s no one that owns the anger, but still the anger can arise, as it did before for no one. In individuality the so-called person keeps thinking it’s happening to him. In liberation it’s simply anger, happening to no one.
    Q. Isn’t there still a subtle duality present then, because on the one side there is ego-related anger, and on the other hand there’s something witnessing this.
Well, that’s how it feels, but in liberation there is no witness. That’s over. In awakening there can be a witness, and even before awakening there can be a witness, but in liberation there isn’t even something that is aware of manifestation. There is just being, whatever is.
    Q. And this is not comprehensible . . .
Tony: No, it’s a total mystery. And of course it goes against most teachings, which teach that in enlightenment there is no anger, there is no thinking.
This is ignorance. This is an idea of what perfection should look like. In liberation, nothing is denied.
    Q. Everything is perfect.
Tony: Everything is perfect, but it isn’t happening to anyone any longer.”
