Implying that all Trump supporters act a certain way seems to be a very broad generalization for someone who claims to be so conscious? Trumpists act all in certain way... Republicans not so much... Posted November 7, 2020 How many Republicans on the national stage have publicly repudiated and broken ties with Trump? I can think of a few offhand (Mitt Romney, Arnold Schwarzenegger of all people); but it's far from being even a sizeable minority. John McCain, Lindsey Graham... https://www.politico.com/story/2015/07/john-mccain-donald-trump-immigration-phoenix-120216 Quote McCain, a longtime friend of Senate colleague and Republican presidential candidate Lindsey Graham, praised the South Carolina senator for being one of the few in the party to blast the multibillionaire’s remarks. In a Sunday interview on CNN, Graham called Trump “a wrecking ball” for the GOP’s future, adding that Republicans “need to reject this demagoguery” or face the consequences. Sam Harris is actually describing why the reaction against Stage Green is a problem --> Leads to Trump And at the same time he is demonizing Green The classic struggle between rightly acknowledging green’s excesses, which are problematic because of the ego backlash they incite in lower stages, VS validating that lower stage backlash and demonizing stage green. Very tricky line to straddle, in terms of communication. Or maybe not, I don’t know haha maybe it just depends on the audience’s place on the spiral. It’s clear Sam’s audience is the common orange-green split. Edited November 8, 2020 by Matt Skinner
Posted November 7, 2020 (edited) Trump should concede... the gap in Pennsylvania is widening more and more, Biden now leads with 28,833 votes. There's no way that they will find so much votes "illegal" as they say... not even with the "best lawyers" in the world... That's crazy In Nevada Biden is leading with 22,657 votes In Georgia 7,248 votes Arizona 20,573 votes Edited November 7, 2020 by abrakamowse The simulacrum is never that which conceals the truth—it is the truth which conceals that there is none.
