  1. Fear Of Christian Hell
    Fear Of Christian Hell
You are not afraid of hell. You are afraid of the idea of it. That is why you are also afraid to let go of the idea of Catholicism. Catholicism and hell are both the same idea. Liberate yourself.

  2. Understanding Relativism and the Validity of All Perspectives
Understanding Relativism and the Validity of All Perspectives
In the Absolute sense, nothing is higher or lower. But in a relative sense, things are higher and lower.
Relative to survival and your personal well-being, you don't want to be QAnnon supporter. Being a QAnnon supporter is a problem relative to the QAnnon supporter's own worldview, because a QAnnon supporter's worldview holds that certain things are true and certain things are false. And one day the QAnnon supporter will discover that QAnnon violate his own standards of truth. It is not Leo who says QAnnon is false. It will the QAnnon supporter himself who will realize QAnnon is false. So the problem with QAnnon is that it is incoherent by its own standards -- it's just that the QAnnon fanatic hasn't realized it yet. When he realizes it, he will be in pain.
Any perspective which is selfish, unconscious, hateful, and fear-based will ultimately be incoherent by its own standards.
The only perspectives which are coherent are conscious, selfless, and loving ones.
Now you could argue: "But what's wrong with having an incoherent perspective? It's that okay?" To which the answer is: it's okay so long as you're okay with the suffering that incoherence results in. If you are okay with anything no matter what, then there is literally nothing wrong with anything. But then you're also awake. So the problem is that you are definitely not okay with anything on matter what. You are triggered so easily.
The perspective that you have two ass holes is not equally valid to the perspective that you have one ass hole. Because eventually you will have confront the reality that you only have one ass hole. So it does matter how truthful your perspective is. The less truthful your perspectives are, the more you will struggle and suffer. But if you are okay with massive struggle and suffering, then there is no problem.
What you need to realize is that it is you yourself who is judging the results of your own perspectives. If you didn't judge your results, there would be no problems. But you judge your results very much, hence you literally create your own problems. A wrong perspective is not wrong because others say so. It is wrong by your own standards!
For example, you might adopt the perspective that rape is good. But then when someone rapes your mother you will realize: rape is horrible. And thus you yourself will violate and condemn your own perspective. You will realize that your perspective was selfish and foolish. In this way you evolve. It is your own internal contradictions that lead to your ruin.

If you are low on money and just starting in investing/business, then I recommend Rich Dad Poor Dad and Rich Dad's guide to investing by Robert Kiyosaki. These will be fundamental for building the right mindset to building assets and business.
If you are looking to fully manage a portfolio for the best returns, then I recommend The Intelligent Investor by Benjamin Graham. This is probably the best investing book of all time. It will teach you a aggressive, defensive, mixed approach. It will be a fundamental tool for value investing.  If you were to really want to go deep into it, then get the Security Analysis by him too. This is the guy who taught Warren Buffet. This is by far one of the best possible resources. I would say a must read before even buying a single stock on your own. This book alone has made me a 124% return in one year in my Roth IRA.
There is one book on Leo's book list that is fantastic for a defensive portfolio. It also helps with building a proper mindset around money in general. It has all sorts of advice for what to do before selling, when to sell ,etc. I would highly recommend buying the booklist even if just to get this book. The tips in this book have helped me get rid of my anxiety around investing. As well as help me have a more balanced portfolio.
If you are investing through 401k plan, then Speculator Vs Investor By John C Bogle (Founder of Vanguard) would be a great read. I feel like this one did not have any of the most hard hitting stuff however, if you are just an aggressive stock picker, then I think this would help balance you out.
For someone who is really a novice and not looking into it much, then go for Money Master the Game by Tony Robbins. That will be good for just anyone with a 401k.
All of those books are stage orange. The one from the book list is quite stage green/yellow though.

    What is peace?
Then you will not be at peace.
Trust me, if the pain gets high enough you will automatically surrender. Extreme pain actually destroys the ego. Pain is actually something that ego creates, so when the pain gets too high the ego cannot keep creating it any more.

    A) You should have broken up with her years ago.
    B) Make sure you never get back together with her.
    C) You need to screen girls harder in the future and cut them off immediately if they are this toxic. You can't cure people like this. Cut them off ASAP before you get too attached. You need to be more ruthless here rather than practicing idiot compassion.
    D) Raise your personal standards. Why are you dating someone this broken? Have some respect for yourself. Set stronger and clearer boundaries, and if she crosses them more than twice, dump her.

Went soft during my first time having sex
Need to learn to get out of your head and be focused enjoying her.
The best advice for having sex with a woman is that once the clothes come off, you throw out all your doubts and hesitations, you grab her, and do whatever you want with her. Don't be meek here. Fuck her how you want to fuck her. She wants you to take her without any reservations. Take her in your unique and authentic way.
Put 100% of your focus on that process, and you will find yourself not in your head any more.

  10. LSD Trip Report - Profound intellegence
LSD Trip Report - Profound intellegence
    2/21/2021 (During Trip)
The dream-like thing we call reality is flexing its intelligence. These words might as well be an arrow pointing directly back at you. I love to look for the secret in the words, or to try to figure it out by piecing concepts together but no matter how accurate the words and ideas are, they are a complete and total joke. They utterly fail and conveying the Truth because the fullness, and the essence, of what's really going on can never be conveyed. It simply is. It's right here. It's right now. You can try to capture it and jar it up for the future but you'll never be able to. It is what you are right now. It is this happening. All of it. It's all one perfectly calibrated flex of infinite intelligence, to itself, by itself, and for itself. You can't think your way into it. And you can’t think your way out of it. You are it. The only thing left to do it accept it. If you can. But it's so amazing that you can never truly accept because acceptance is only a thought. So in trying to accept, you may find love, joy, and peace. If you can't find it there, then surely, the only way to find it is by letting go. And perhaps to let go is what it really means to love.
Today I learned that what I am is utterly unfuckwithable. I am literally infinite dreaming that just appears out of nowhere. These dreams are an eloquently designed, perfectly calibrated flex of infinite intelligence and love. I am experiencing the dreams while simultaneously creating these dreams on the fly through my will. All logical expiations utterly fail to encapsulate the essence of what I am. Words and logic are elementary school level means of understanding myself. The best way to know what I am is just to notice. I prefer to "think" in imagery combined with knowing or intuition. I can know things that I can't put into words. I can cling to any identity that I create within these dreams but at the end of the day, the identity is just a story, and a false one at that. My true identity is as slippery as a dream. Any time you choose one form or concept within the dream to be your identity, you create that story as if it were reality, or, you make believe play as this identity. When you identify with something, there's a lot of baggage that comes with that. First, the claim is false, so it's fundamentally unsustainable. So, in order to sustain that false story of identity, we have to play the game of maintaining that identity, or, survival. This game of survival once bought into, basically requires that you feel fear in order to maintain the belief. The longer you want to maintain the identity story, the more delusions you have to buy into. Over time, one original delusion of separation becomes twisted into a whole web of beliefs and concepts. As you accumulate these beliefs, you naturally buy into them more and more deeply and the fear necessarily becomes deeper and more complex to maintain such a complex false story. As you accumulate all of these delusions, you also create delusions of unworthiness, shame, guilt, apathy, and anger. We can also choose to go into a dream believing the false story to the point where we've completely forgotten who we actually are. At this point, breaking down this illusion becomes a process of remembering who you are. And who you are is not something that can be identified with. You are the dream, the dream experiencer, and the dream maker, and yet, these are just more concepts that utterly fail to encapsulate the infinite expanse that is you.

Yesterday, I had the deepest awakening of my life. I became aware that everything within my awareness was made of an unfathomably intelligent material. Any surface I looked at was covered in these gorgeous, intricate mandala flower patterns. At one point I wasn’t sure if the patterns were actually there, meaning I wasn’t sure if other people could see them too. In truth, the patterns were there. They were as real as real gets. I could study them with close observation and the patterns did not waiver. However, reality is not defined by consensus, but rather, subjectivity. Each conscious being is one access point of this infinite source of intelligence. Each access point in connected to the whole and has their own unique reality which is not directly determined by consensus reality. Each being is living in their own dream, experiencing it while simultaneously creating it. Everything within my consciousness is literally me, the true me that is. Even "other people" are truly not other than me. They are simply me appearing in the form of a another person. Any pain I inflict on others, I am directly inflicting onto yourself. Any time I ignore others, I am ignoring myself. Any time I judge others, I judge myself. This not only goes for other conscious being but also for inanimate objects. Objects are equally a part of me as anything else. I am the entire field of consciousness. Anything that arises is me. There is nothing but me. I am everything I experience within this dream. I am the dream itself and I am the source of the dream. These identifications, of course, are not actually true because they are concepts or symbols. These words can point to but not encapsulate or even aptly describe what I actually am. What I am is constantly in flux through changing form yet at the same time is unwaveringly steady and ever-present. Anther concept which points to what I am is Infinite Dreaming. I am seemingly unlimited. As an unlimited creator, I seem to be able to impose limits upon myself as part of my limitless expression. In fact, creation fundamentally must be the expression of limits, without which, form would be undefined and therefore non-existent.

Words began to feel very strange during this trip. Words (spoken and thought), or course, are symbols which point to some sort of experience. Even objects are experiences. For example, If I say the word, bread, I'm pointing to the experience of seeing, smelling, tasting, feeling, or hearing bread. Outside of these sensory experience of bread, the bread does not exist, so again, the word points to an experience. Seeing this, I started to think of words as "reality portals". By "going into" and word, you are giving reality to the experience to which the word points. That experience becomes your dream (reality). We can experience realities without using words but we cannot use words without "knowing" the experience to which the words point. If we don’t "know" an experience, which includes the experience of conceptualization, the words would be empty and meaningless. They would be pointing to something that doesn’t exist. From the human egoic level, we use these reality portals as a means of survival. For example, we might enter the reality portal of "should". This experience will create and experience of guilt and fear which will manipulate our behavior to better serve our survival needs. Simultaneously, from the perspective of '"god ego", which is a false conceptual identity designed to mimic True Self, these reality portals are more like games. Each experience is like a computer game which we run for the purpose of experiencing, itself. Words are like the app shortcut which we use to easily run these programs.

I wouldn't call this a true ego death experience because I was still clinging to both human ego as well as god ego through the trip, however I felt like I could see through the false story of identification with a high degree of clarity, relative to previous awakening experiences. Thanks for reading!

  11. List Of Enlightenment Exercises
    List Of Enlightenment Exercises
This thread is meant to be a concise list of exercises pointing to the truth of enlightenment -- the truth of no-self.
All of the exercises listed herein are PRACTICAL! They are NOT philosophical or theoretical. They are not to be debated or pondered intellectually. They are to be actually done! Do each exercise carefully and notice what direct experience reveals. Often times direct experience will reveal something counter-intuitive, something that goes totally against all common-sense and any models you have of how reality works.
Feel free to contribute your own exercises to this thread. But do so in a concise and practical manner, so whoever is reading this thread can focus on LOOKING or CONTEMPLATION versus debating or asking theoretical questions.
This document is a work-in-progress. I'll keep adding more exercises to the list.
Here are some of my favorites so far:
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Exercise #1: Drawing An Imaginary Line

Exercise #2: Noticing Space As Unitive

Exercise #3: Noticing That All Phenomena Is Democratic

Exercise #4: Noticing Objects Exist Only Where They Are

    Exercise #5: Sensory Field Connection

Exercise #6: Noticing There Are No Objects

    Exercise #7: Noticing The Self-Image Isn't You

Exercise #8: Noticing You Are Not A Point-Camera

Exercise #9: Noticing The Gap Between Thoughts

Exercise #10: Noticing The Source Of Thoughts

Exercise: #11: Noticing That Sound Occurs Exactly Where It Is

Exercise #12: Noticing The External World Doesn't Exist

Exercise #13: Noticing Other People Do Not Exist

Exercise #14: Noticing That Nothing Is Hidden

The above exercises are true enlightenment work. This is where the rubber meets the road.
Keep practicing all of these exercises diligently, for months, until all your imaginary paradigms of reality break down and you are left only with direct experience. When you start to feel like this silly creature below, you're on the right track:

    Enjoy

  12. The Key to Being Aware of Being Aware
The Key to Being Aware of Being Aware
Sup people?  I'd like to share the key to being aware of being aware, for those of you who may be struggling with this pointer.  I struggled with it for nine whole months, practicing in futility every day for hours, until finally a fellow seeker came along and pointed me in the right direction.
It's actually ridiculously simple.  Here is the key: Notice the fact that you are experiencing anything at all.
That's it.  Simply notice that you are experiencing anything at all, and rest in that experience.  After a certain period of time has passed, you will begin to experience the peace of your true nature.
If anyone has any follow-up questions, I'll be happy to help if I can.
Peace, and much love to you all.

  13. Learn This, and Your Life Will Change Forever
Learn This, and Your Life Will Change Forever
I’d like you to imagine a garden.
In this garden, the soil is always rich with nutrients and what you plant, it will grow. There is rain and sun so you don’t have to worry about anything.
You can plant anything. There are no restrictions.
You can plant roses or you can plant poison ivy. You can plant tomatoes or you can plant nightshade, a deadly poison. What you put in, as a seed, will eventually grow into something much bigger.
This garden is your mind and the seeds you can plant are your thoughts.
Your mind is a fertile place where the thoughts you plant, will grow and make up for what your life is.
Or as the old passage from the Bible goes, from the book of proverbs, chapter 23, verse 7:
“As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he,".
Your thoughts, your convictions, manifest the surrounding reality.
Your life, good or bad, is nothing more than a reflection of the thoughts you’ve planted in your mind and nourished. These thoughts became behaviors. Behaviors became results.
You are where you are right now because deep down in your heart, this is where you wanted to be, no matter how sad or unfair this may sound.
This principle is one of the oldest spiritual laws in existence. It’s also one of the best known. You may know it under a different term.
This is “you become what you think about”.
And you can find this in all of world’s religions.
Some variation of this exists in Hinduism, in Christianity and in basically every other major religion. It’s found in all belief systems, as the one used by the Chinese. It’s as much of a universal law as gravity. Long before books existed, wise people understood that our thoughts manifest our reality.
    It works on two levels.
First, your beliefs are connected to the universe on a quantum level. We manifest what we really believe.
Let me make this clear though.
You don’t manifest what you think you believe. You manifest what’s in your heart. If you believe you deserve unhappiness and pain, then no matter what you say, this you’ll get.
A great deal of people believe they have positive thoughts when their inner voice is always negative and destructive.
That voice will always win. Maybe this is why LoA fails for so many people - they’re trying to grow trees of prosperity and success while planting seeds of doubt and pain and suffering.
    It doesn’t work this way.
You get what’s in your heart. The universe will manifest it. But what’s in your heart is the truth and we may not always know of this truth.
Life doesn’t give you what you intended.
Life gives you what you ask.
And while many people intend for wealth and joy and health, their thoughts are of poverty and sadness and despair. Since this is what they’re planting, this is what the universe is manifesting.
Second, your thoughts lead to beliefs.
    Your beliefs lead to actions.
    Your actions lead to outcomes.
Your outcomes leads to your destiny.
The thoughts you plant in your mind will determine how you act, on a level that’s so subtle that you can’t even perceive it. Who you are, is the consequence of the thoughts you’ve adopted.
    It’s hard to realize this.
It’s on the same level of breathing.
You realize your breath only if you pay attention. You realize your behavior and where it comes from only if you analyze it. But everything you are comes from the thoughts you’ve once planted in your mind and then let them become a part of you.
So when you plant positive thoughts, you get positive results.
When you plant love and happiness, your behavior will reflect love and it will create happiness for yourself and for others.
When you plant thoughts of prosperity and wealth, your behavior will create wealth and prosperity in the world.
Think of this like the captain of an airplane. An airplane is huge, carries hundreds of passengers and weighs tens of tons. Yet, you will find just one or two pilots in the cockpit, controlling this huge machine.
    So is with your life.
Even if your behavior is infinitely complex, there are just a few thoughts that control all of it and if you replace those thoughts, everything will change for you too.
The thoughts you plant in it will both manifest reality as in creating reality itself and shape your behavior to create the results you want.
    Both are important.
    This world is a 50 - 50 place.
The universe can manifest the opportunities you require at this moment but you must act to take advantage. If luck knocks at your door, you still need to open the door.
It’s like in this old joke.
A fisherman is caught up in a storm. His boat is sinking. Desperate, he prays to God.
“God, please save me, I’ll be good, I’ll repent, just save me”
A few minutes later, a boat shows up.
“Hi there, do you need any help?”, the good Samaritan asks him.
“No, no, God will save me”, the fisherman answers.
    Perplexed, the savior leaves.
Ten minutes later, the same things happen. Another boat shows up. They offer to help him. The fisherman refuses saying that God will help him.
Eventually, the boat sinks, he dies and goes to heaven. There, face to face with God, he asks …
“God, why did you left me to die? I prayed to you and I promised I’ll repent for my sins”.
God looks at him and says “What are you talking about? I’ve sent you two boats”.
This is a joke, but this is how life works too.
We manifest opportunities but you must take advantage of these opportunities. If you are a real estate agent and you want to close a huge deal, your thoughts will manifest this opportunity. The universe will align the people, places and circumstances for this to happen.
But these people, places and circumstances won’t come to you in your living room. You must still act and do something.
Or maybe you want to find the love of your life.
Thoughts of love and appreciation will manifest your ideal partner but your partner won’t knock at the door and ask you for a date.
The universe is like a tree that offers you the fruits you need, in infinite abundance, but you still must grab those fruits from the tree.
And it all starts with your thoughts, with your beliefs.
Make a commitment now to fill your mind with positive thoughts. Make a commitment to think only thoughts of love and joy and wealth.
At first, it will be hard.
If you’re used to plant only poison in your mind, it will take a while until you take it all out. But once you do, you’ll notice something incredible happening. You’ll see how you’ll walk into the right circumstances. You’ll find yourself in the right places, at the right time, to get what you want.

  14. The Power of Positive Thoughts
    The Power of Positive Thoughts
Specialists keep on discovering proof that our thoughts — positive and negative — don't simply have mental impacts, they likewise affect our body. The pros of positive reasoning incorporate less pressure, better overall physical and emotional wellbeing, longer life expectancy, and better adapting aptitudes. Don’t give up. Remember, you are worth it!
A positive mental self view is critical to carrying on with a glad and solid life. Study shows that individuals who feel sure about themselves in terms of confidence would be able to problem solve and settle on better choices, face more challenges, advocate for themselves, and endeavor to meet their own objectives. Indeed there is a whole field dedicated to it called Positive Psychology. Here are a few plans to assist you with being positive AND feel good.

    1. Focus on Your Thoughts
One procedure that will help you think all the more positively is to get mindful of your negative "self talk" and supplant negative contemplations with positive ones. Some of the time we envision the most exceedingly terrible in circumstances or about ourselves and regularly are ignorant of the negative contemplations.

    - Positive thoughts are those that give us a positive outlook on our ground. Set aside effort to applaud yourself for the easily overlooked details.
    - It is essential to effectively consider what you are feeling and how it is depicted in your life. Attempt to discover yourself thinking a negative idea, and state "STOP" to divert yourself to positive musings.
    - Work on supplanting negative self-talk with positive words. For instance, supplant "I hate getting up in the morning," with "I am appreciative for another day."
    - Record negative thoughts. Carry around with you a little journal consistently and write down negative musings at whatever point you notice them.
    - Assess connections in your own and work life, and encircle yourself with the individuals who are likewise positive and backing you.
    - Create positive articulations to supplant negative ones utilizing words, for example, upbeat, serene, cherishing, excited, and warm.
    - Keep away from negative words, for example, stressed, terrified, annoyed, drained, exhausted, not, never, and can't.
    - Make sure to smile, it's infectious!

    2. Support Your Body and Mind
The fundamental human longing is to feel adored, and here and there that affection comes from the inside. What's more, to cherish ourselves completely, we should fuse healthy habits into our lives for a supported body, mind and soul. A couple of ways you can sustain your body are by working out, eating a healthy diet, and associating with others. A couple of approaches to feed your mind are to do a brain puzzle, think, breathe deeply, and enjoy a good laugh. These exercises combined sustain both the body and brain all the while to improve positive reasoning and a positive outlook.

    - Each day when you awaken, thank your body for resetting and restoring itself so you can appreciate the day.
    - Be your body's closest companion and ally, not its foe.
    - Wear comfortable clothes that you like, that express your own style, and that vibe great to your body.
    - Remember your good fortune, not your flaws.
    - Before you hit the sack every evening, expound on how you treated yourself well during the day.

    3. Give Back and Help Others
Offering back positively affects your body and will cause you to feel incredible. Studies show that when individuals gave to good causes, the bit of the mind liable for sensations of remuneration were set off. The cerebrum likewise delivers feel-great synthetic substances and prods you to perform more kind acts. Offering back can likewise improve your confidence, feeling of having a place, and cause you to feel more grateful and energetic about what you have.

    - Volunteer at a food bank or neighborhood local area administration project.
    - Give old apparel or family things to a neighborhood drive, Goodwill, or Salvation Army.
    - Offer to help a neighbor or relative out of luck.
    - Perform one purposeful and thoughtful gesture.
    - Give blood.
    - Cook for somebody out of luck.
    - Partake in a neighborhood stroll to fund-raise for a foundation or condition (e.g. Diabetes walk).

    4. Fabricate Your Inner Confidence
Having a low confidence or feeling awful about yourself may keep you from doing the things you love. Furthermore, low confidence may impede the advancement of sound associations with your loved ones. Individuals with a helpless confidence are bound to encounter declined physical and emotional well-being that influences their everyday lives prompting pressure and nervousness.

    - Supplant the word 'can't' with 'can.'
    - Supplant the word 'attempt' with 'will.'
    - Zero in on the present.
    - Make a rundown of your present needs and wants and how you will deal with accomplishing them.
    - Put aside a particular time every day for you.
    - Put resources into yourself – pursue a class or workshop.
    - Search for the positive qualities in things.
    - Make signs that state positive musings and spot them in spots where you will see them frequently.

    5. Make Affirming Lists
Make records, rehash them frequently to help you feel more positive about yourself. Compose confirming records into your diary or a bit of paper, as:
    - 5 of your qualities, for instance, constancy, boldness, amicability, imagination.
    - 5 things you respect about yourself, for instance the manner in which you have brought up your youngsters, your great connection with your sibling, or your otherworldliness.
    - 5 biggest accomplishments in your day to day existence up until this point, such as recuperating from a genuine ailment, or figuring out how to utilize a PC.
    - 10 things you can do to make yourself chuckle.
    - 10 things you could do to help another person.
