@The Monk btw I am having a similar struggle with finding truly resonating tribe. My intuition is that the moment the lack of companionship within my being is healed, I will naturally create that situation for myself. And even if not, it will be still blissful.

Groundlessness is a phase, it will pass. 
Spirituality makes you transition from acting out of egoic motivations and desires to act not seeking a particular result but as an expression of love for existance. 
Why does God, totally complete and perfect by itself, creates reality? Becouse of love.
Why does a person who has trascended desire act? Becouse of love.

Sure, that is common at lower stages because lower stages often refuse to grow until forced into by massive suffering or external conditions.
The more conscious and developed you become the less suffering will be needed to force you to grow. You will grow more from conscious desire than necessity.

Be aware that a 5mg pharmaceutical pill contains 5mg of the drug plus a load of fillers which bumps up the weight. So  5mg (or any mg) pill will weigh more.
Microscoops are hit and miss depending on the compactness of your 5 MeO DMT.
If using a scale such as the Gemini, which is pretty good if used with a couple of things in mind, educate yourself on the concept of "percentage errors". Such a scale will be more inaccurate at the lower doses (<10mg) but if you place a cigarette paper (small size=49-53mg) on the pan, note the weight and how it differs if at all between 3-5 weighings and use the average (mean) as the baseline weight of the paper ("X"mg), then add small amounts of 5 MeO onto the paper to get to the dose you want ie X+10mg if 10mg 5 MeO is the dose chosen.

I wish we could get more information on the nature of the metaphysical part of reality, and less about the end goal (Godhead) itself. How is the Illusion structured? How does the architecture of the Dream look like? Where does Karma/reincarnation fit it? How to become better at manifesting material success by manipulating meta-aspects of reality? I'm sure psychedelics would allow access to these bits of information, that model helped him before, I don't see any reason it wouldn't now.
