The Soul's Pain

I feel this pang inside -
Is it my soul trying to break out,
Or the world's soul trying to break in?

Not sure about the source.

You are loved.

Your existence here is possible through love

and love makes you complete & perfect

coming from selfless goodness.

Beyond thoughts
judgement,
interpretation,
past and future
is love omnipresent,
unlimited & unconditional.

This is being grounded.

This is peace that is only found at home.

"Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.”

TODAY

Today I am creating

My movement, my vision

My mood, my DNA

I am making it

By Being

Today I am expanding

Integrating the collective

All the possibilities

Loving whatever

There is

Today I am reflecting

As pure Consciousness

On the beauty around

Always present

As is within

Today I am celebrating

Giving thanks to wisdom

The lessons learned

Experiences

So many

Today I am not alone

Observe the connection

To both seen and

Unseen, the all

Really feel

Today I am carving this

Reality by what I imagine

The infinite dance of

Shadows and

Mystery

Today I am expressing

What seems like life

My person, story

Only to realize

It's illusory

Today as on any day

It is what it is, here now

Known by no one

Alive, aware

I AM

I PAINT

I would like to paint

The way a bird sings

In colors vibrant

So joyful

I would like to paint

The way breeze dances

Kissing my skin

So gently

I would like to paint

The way music flows

Through my being

So magic

I would like to paint

The way flower smiles

At the sunshine

So fragrant

I would like to paint

The way laughing sounds

Till come tears

So healing

I would like to paint

The way ocean smells

Rolling waters

So playful

I would like to paint

The way words caress

When spoken softly

So soothing

I would like to paint

The way day unfolds

By each moment

So peaceful

I would like to paint

The way living tastes

Savour goodness

So grateful

I would like to paint

The way Being feels

Now and here

So real

I would like to paint

The way Love beams

Touching deeply

So freeing

I will paint though

The brushes may wear

Not so

My iimagination

Could ever

Die To Self

I gave my light to you
I gave my breath to you
My time to erode
Your time to be born

My blood in yours
My word; your voice
Unsee me in this light
Shine through me
End the night

In Love we are One
Forever with you
Now that I'm gone

I’d simply like to share one by Rumi. Here it is:

                                                                           Wander into the world

                                                                           Wander gently my friend

                                                                           Wander into the world

                                                                           With nothing to fear

                                                                           Wander into the world

                                                                           Without despair

                                                                           The spirit of God

                                                                           Is already here.

Please Call Me By My True Names

Do not say that I'll depart tomorrow
because even today I still arrive.

Look deeply: I arrive in every second
to be a bud on a spring branch,
to be a tiny bird, with wings still fragile,
learning to sing in my new nest,
to be a caterpillar in the heart of a flower,
to be a jewel hiding itself in a stone.

I still arrive, in order to laugh and to cry,
in order to fear and to hope.
The rhythm of my heart is the birth and
death of all that are alive.

I am the mayfly metamorphosing on the surface of the river,
and I am the bird which, when spring comes, arrives in time
to eat the mayfly.

I am the frog swimming happily in the clear pond,
and I am also the grass-snake who, approaching in silence,
feeds itself on the frog.

I am the child in Uganda, all skin and bones,
my legs as thin as bamboo sticks,
and I am the arms merchant, selling deadly weapons to
Uganda.

I am the twelve-year-old girl, refugee on a small boat,
who throws herself into the ocean after being raped by a sea
pirate,
and I am the pirate, my heart not yet capable of seeing and
loving.

I am a member of the politburo, with plenty of power in my
hands,
and I am the man who has to pay his "debt of blood" to my
people,
dying slowly in a forced labor camp.

My joy is like spring, so warm it makes flowers bloom in all
walks of life.
My pain is like a river of tears, so full it fills the four oceans.

Please call me by my true names,
so I can hear all my cries and laughs at once,
so I can see that my joy and pain are one.

Please call me by my true names,
so I can wake up,
and so the door of my heart can be left open,
the door of compassion.
