    Cheating happens very rarely.
    The issue here is not cheating, it's just a fundamental insecurity and scarcity. It's an inner game problem.
    This girl didn't even cheat on him, yet he's already acting butt-hurt as if she did.
    I don't care if my girl cheats on me because if she wants to do that, she clearly isn't meant to be with me. So there is no reason to care. Besides which, I feel high-value enough that the idea that a girl would cheat on me is just silly. It would be like throwing away a lottery ticket. If she wants to do that, let her. I have no need for such a dumb girl.
    This is the mindset a man needs. Literally do not care what she does. Let her do whatever she wants. What you'll find is that she senses this and becomes even more loyal. And the ones who don't appreciate you just go their own way.
    Women can smell security and insecurity from a mile away, like bloodhounds. Eliminate all your insecurities. Do not allow thoughts of cheating to even enter your mind. If it ever happens you'll just find a new, better girl.
    The reality is, once you build yourself into a high-value man, thoughts of women cheating on you will not even cross your mind, because you know you're the prize every girl dreams of.
    So the solution here is to build yourself into a high-value man. Your life needs to be so good and full that girls are just the cherry on top.

    For those interested in exploring Breathwork for mysticism, insights and emotional healing, I would recommend trying online breathwork sessions with a facilitator and group. There are expert facilitators that offer some free sessions. Nearly all resources also offer classes and one-on-one private sessions. Some resources that I am engaged with:
     A facebook group that posts lots of Breathwork events (both free and donation). 
    Breath Church: Sundays at 6pm (New York Time) at this zoom site. They employ various breathing methods. 
    One Breath Institute: Facebook page and website. Led by Lisa McNett and Debbie Shirmann. They offer free breathwork sessions every Tuesday at 8pm and Sunday at 11am (New York Time). They are more into using breathwork for healing. They employ conscious connected breathing. 
    Angell Deer at the Sanctuary: Saturday nights at 8pm. He employs Shamanic Breathing. 
    Make Some Breathing Space: Offers free online sessions: Tuesdays 9:30pm (New York time) registration, Thursdays 8:30 pm (UK time) registration, Thursdays 8pm (California Time) registration and Fridays 1pm (UK time) registration, 
    Rebecca Llewellyn at Divine Roots. Rebecca is perhaps the highest level facilitator that I've breathed with. She goes into realms of Divine Feminine, Mother Nature, Mysticism, Shamanism, healing, Native Tribes, plant medicines, Tarot, energetics etc. She employs a combination of conscious connected breathing and Shamanic Breathing. She only offers one free ceremony per month online, which is listed on her website events.

  5. Approaching advice
    Handling Confusion During Day Game
    Yes, this is all about how you carry yourself and make your approach. There are right and wrong ways to approach and set the proper first impression.
    You need to make sure your body language is non-threatening. You also need to be very chill and casual about it. You need to start off immediately by treating her as your girlfriend, not as a stranger. Whatever you feel will transfer onto her. If you are nervous, she will be nervous. If you feel awkward, she will feel awkward.
    After I stop her, the first thing I do is I immediately say something to take the edge off. Something like, "Hey, I know this seems random and weird, but I just saw you and thought you were cute. Don't worry, I'm not crazy or anything." And then YOU must carry the conversation. Don't just stop a girl cold and then look at her silently, expecting her to carry the conversation. You gotta start moving your mouth and engage her attention with interesting talk, not awkward silence nor peppering her with boring questions.
    It's also super-important that you SMILE on open. Be smiley.
    If you open her without smiling, that's your #1 mistake.

    Tyler's free YT videos circa 2010-2014 were the shit. Total game-changer.
    Some other coaches I liked:
    David Wygant (daygame) Mehow (he had some of the earliest in-field vids in the industry) David DeAngelo (solid dating theory that's less hardcore than pickup) They are rather old now, but their material was very helpful for me when I started out.
    Also research Mystery's original Kino Escalation ladder. That's gold.
    You can basically piece together a master map of pickup by studying every coach under the sun. Watch a couple hundred hours of material, take notes, and piece together your own personal map of female attraction.
    But be careful. Pickup theory is addictive. You need to go out on the streets to really learn how the theory applies.
    Each hour of theory requires like 10 to 100 hours in-field ACTION to learn.

    But that's not good for newbies. When you're just starting out you want to focus on the bare basics like your dress, grooming, approaching consistently, building decent state, eye contact, smiling, body posture, physical escalation, never running out of things to say, and leading.
    The most important things are:
    Going out at least 2x-3x nights a week, consistently Approaching consistently Putting yourself into a good mood while you do so Smiling and laser eye contact Getting good at never running out of things to say. Becoming good at holding conversation Communicating with her man-to-woman, with clear sexual intent Immediate physical escalation Leading her That will get you 90% of your results. Getting decent at all the above will take you several years of full time work.

    That's such a huge topic.
    Here's a few things quickly off the top of my head:
    Laser eye contact Learning to create a genuine smile on a dime Firm, commanding tone of voice. Slowing down your rate of speech. Being relaxed and at ease in your body when talking Simply lots of socialization and conversation experience (doesn't even have to be with women). The stuff I talk about in my video: How To Be Funny The ability to talk about yourself endlessly. Dressing sharp. Get all of your clothing tailored for slim fit. Groom yourself well. Upgrade your whole wardrobe to be stylish. Develop a sense of style that suits you. The ability to be playful and laugh at yourself and life Handle your sexual neediness so that you aren't sexually needy Develop charisma -- I have a good book about charisma on my book list. Passion for life. You must be building an awesome life for yourself aside from girls/sex/relationship. The girl should be the least important part of your life. Your life should be so awesome that anyone who comes into contact with you would feel lucky. You must be in love with yourself and your life. Self-Love. Accept yourself as you are, completely. Be thrilled to be you. Treat yourself as God's gift to the world and to women.  
    You feel the pain of it fully. You cry. You pull your hair out.
    Some nights I had such failure that I literally drove home crying. And that's what made me stronger. The suffering grows you.

    @moon777light Good. That was a nice newbie intro. Your mind is still very chaotic and random, which is why you had all those wacky visions.
    As you do more, you must learn to focus your mind and contemplate the nature of reality rather than just going on joyride visions.
    Visions are fun, scary, and interesting, but what really matters is getting down to understanding what consciousness is, and what YOU are.
    So far you got a tiny taste of what consciousness can do: it is infinite imagination -- which is why you're able to have all those wacky visions. But you don't yet comprehend what consciousness in itself is and why it is here, or all of its many facets. You also probably don't understand how conscious in the trip connects with consciousness in "material reality". You have to build an intellectual bridge between your trips and "real life" until you realize that your "real life" is just another trip.
    Keep your future doses low. You have much more to learn at these lower doses. Mushrooms can be extremely challenging at the 4g range and above. At 4g+ your old life and reality will start to completely disappear and you will enter the phantasms of your mind. Since your mind is chaotic and impure and lacks nondual understanding, you will encounter all sorts of horrors of your own imagination and you will start to go insane. 2 grams is a good solid dose to do lots of work with without totally freaking yourself out.
    Try contemplating questions next time like:
    What is consciousness? What is reality? What is God? What is time? What is "other"? What is self? What am I? What is awakening? What is love? What is evil? What is the brain? What is death? What is nonduality? What is awakening? What is Oneness? What is intelligence? What is Will? Etc. The next time you trip, realize that whatever your mind imagines gets materialized. If you start to think of elephants you will see elephants on the carpet. Wonder why does this happen? It happens because you are God imagining the world and the psychedelic removes the shackles on Infinite Mind.
    Finally, turn your gaze directly inwards and ask, "What am I?!"
    Be prepared for epic strange loops, paradox, and mindfuckery.

    Unconditional Love definitely has a feeling to it, too.
    You're simply missing a mystical experience of Love. Try contemplating what love is on a psychedelic. You're disconnected from Being, and thinking about love in the abstract is not going to be enough to reconnect you. You need a direct experience to jolt you awake.
    You might also want to optimize your brain health, mental health, nutrition, energy, etc. to make sure that some chemical imbalance or energetic block is not obstructing you. Get blood work done. Check for vitamin deficiencies, heavy metal toxicity, etc. Dial in your health because it is the foundation for everything else.
    For example, if you have too much lead or mercury in your brain, you may not be able to feel love the way you otherwise could.
    If you can't feel anything, that shows me some deeper underlying chemical or health issue. Or possibly some energetic blockage. That is not normal. Start researching your symptoms.

    LSD is so freaking powerful you don't need audios to produce samadhi or enlightenment. Just sit and contemplate, "What is consciousness?" or a similar question. In fact, the videos and audios are distracting you from that. Don't consume media on psychedelics. That's like watching porn while you're having sex.
    Crank up your dose and you will have a full awakening. Just be careful what you wish for. Can you handle the Truth?

  13. Socilizing advice

    Sounds to me like you just need much more experience socializing.
    Socialization is just like tennis. To get good at it you must have many opportunities to practice.
    So very practically you need to change your life around so that you have more socialization opportunities on a regular basis. The rest will mostly auto-correct.
    You can't get good at socializing if you're alone most of the time.
    There is no specific way that you must be when you socialize. You can basically be totally natural unless you're some kind of psycho, in which case you'll have to reign that in. Be chill, friendly, pleasant, playful, honest, expressive, and relaxed. That usually works best.
    You'll be amazed at how often people just accept you exactly for how you are. Perhaps the biggest mistake of learning to socialize is to try to act a certain way to please people or meet their expectations. Just be you. Not everyone will jive with you, but that doesn't matter.
    Be comfortable in your own skin. Act with strangers the same way you'd act with close family. Assume everyone already knows each other. Don't try to act cool or impressive.
    As simple as all these things are, it can take years to learn. Especially if you've developed bad habits.

    Before you go spending a lot of money on that, I would doing a comprehensive blood work, check your hormone levels, and get a heavy metal provoked urine test using DMSA and ALA.
    Heavy metal toxicity is one of the leading causes of ADHD and other issues like that. You need to test for mercury, lead, arsenic, etc. If these chemicals are in your organs/brain they can serious decrease cognitive performance and cause all sorts of other problems.
    Blood testing for heavy metals is not good enough. A provoked urine test is necessary using DMSA and ALA.

    Get your blood work done. Check your thyroid and hormones. Many people have thyroid or hormone imbalances. Low energy is often associated with under-active thyroid.
    Of course cleaning up your diet is very important. If you eat shit you will feel like shit. Stop eating all wheat products and all junk food. Carb heavy foods make you extra sleepy.
    You should also do a urine test for heavy metal toxicity. Heavy metals like mercury and lead cause all sorts of energy problems. There are detox protocols for detoxing heavy metals if you have them.

    That's not entirely correct.
    Goodness beats out badness. Badness only arises when one isn't conscious enough and resists.
    So it's not just random. As you become more God-like and pure, the bad trips will become less and less frequent.
    Of course it's important not to overdose or trip in the wrong settings. Taking 10 grams of mushrooms at a noisy music festival is a recipe for hell.
    The best way to trip is with small and moderate doses. Until you're very comfortable there.
    I have a feeling that 90% of all problematic trips could be eliminated simply by dosing lower and sitting in a quiet safe space free of people.
    Simply do not take high doses of anything. It's stupid and it will not grow you as much. Only take what you can handle.
    1-2g of mushrooms or 125ug of LSD is plenty for most people. Spend a couple of years working those doses and getting all the growth you can from them.
    People who take 5g of mushrooms or 400ug of LSD are being foolish. So of course they end up getting wrecked.

  24. Contemplation Advice
    Leo Please Help If You Can
    @Ashlyn I see. Sounds like you're resisting something.
    Have you tried contemplating what the root issue is? As in: why do you feel the need to do that?
    Ultimately what you want to do here is to become conscious that all the above is something that YOU ARE DOING. Right now you're not conscious that you are doing it, in the sense that it feels like something that is happening to you. To change this, you must take ownership of it. So step 1 is: "Okay, I suspect I am doing this, but I'm not sure how or why", and step 2 is: "Okay, now let me get to the rock bottom of why I am doing this. What does it get me? How is it serving me? What is it protecting me from? What bad thing would happen if I stopped doing it?"
    Sit down with a journal, set aside a couple hours, and really bore into this. You want to get to the rock bottom of it so that you're clear and conscious of what it is and why it is. It's clearly serving your survival in some fashion. As you investigate this, the goal is not to go back into your past and find justifications or causes. It doesn't really matter what happened in the past. What matters is why you still feel the need to keep doing it today.
    If you are able to reach the rock bottom, you should feel some release. But you have to actually reach the true source of this, not just some ideas or opinions. You need the actual source. And the source may not be what you think it is. It is often something counter-intuitive like a belief such as: I am fundamentally unlovable, or, I am afraid I will die, or, I am worthless, or, I am afraid that if I give my love freely it will kill me, or, I need money to be happy, etc.
    If I were you I'd contemplate this deeply sober. Then I would take some mushrooms or LSD and contemplate it again during the trip until the issue because very clear. Psychedelics are perfect for this kind of self-reflective work.
    Fundamentally what's happening here is that the ego is sabotaging itself because it has a deeply flawed understanding of itself and life. The ego is stuck in some sort of unconscious survival pattern which it feels it needs.
    You could also try to address this issue from a somatic perspective. See my video: Shamanic Breathing and use that technique every day for a week and see what comes up. That should open up various blockages in your body.
    Practices like Hatha yoga might be helpful for you. Also see my video on Body Awareness. It sounds like you live too much in your head and are disconnected from your body. Body awareness practices can reconnect you with your body.

    A "who am i" question
    Well, nothingness is not something. And also it is (sorry for the Zen-speak)
    Nothingness is existence itself. If you just sit with a quiet mind in silence you can sort of "feel" existence. Although feeling is not quite the right word. You can be conscious of existence.
    Try this: just sit and focus your attention on the raw fact of existence itself. I don't mean on the existence of any particular object, but existence itself. Try to "lock on" to existence itself. Notice it has no shape. It has no form. It is not an object. Yet here it is! But WHAT IS IT? What is existence? Try to just sit and be "locked on" to that for 15 minutes with a very open mind. Don't theorize or speculate. Just observed what existence is. Have a very open mind free of any ideas, models, images, or theories about what existence is. Whatever existence is, it's right there in your direct experience. if you can't realize what it is using your direct experience, you will never realize it (not through books, videos, or teaching).
    Can you sort of "feel" that existence is nothing? It is empty. Good. Now just sit with that. Focus on that emptiness. That is enlightenment, that is the True Self, that is the I AM, that is the Godhead.
    Also notice that anything you say about pure existence itself is not accurate. Any description or qualification of it is not true because it is empty. It is so empty that even calling it "empty" is untrue! So what do you do? You just sit and observe it silently without too much thinking. Let it captivate you. Rather than being human, become it!
