In a certain sense it is easier to be happy as a pre-rational mind. Then again, if you think Muslims are truly happy, you are kidding yourself.

Why would muslims or christian or atheists they not be happy? Many of them seem happy. and that without doing any epistemology, meditation, consciousness work, philosophy, etc. 

Of coursem many of them are miserable and defensive as well. But people who are into philosophy/consciousness stuff can be just as miserable.

I’ve been listening to a book about Islam. Islam is more advanced than @Leo Gura is giving credit for. It’s right about god, self purification and many things. It seems self aware from this book, that there is a difference between the religion and the truth. I suspect not all muslims are as advanced as the author of the book I listen to. 
 

The core of islam’s understanding of God is essentially true. People have many views about Islam but we wouldn’t have modern science without Islamic scholars. 
 

There are many Muslim mystics which are great and an abundance of love and wisdom is Islam. 
 

Saying it’s designed for pre-rational minds is not the take away I’m getting from this audiobook..

Yup, that is correct. I wish I had something significant to add to that, but not really. Honestly all time spent discussing or even thinking about stage green is a time wasted (unless picking certain limited aspects of it, and implementing it to make stage blue and stage orange better), so my point wasn't about bashing stage green, but rather the point was broader; as mentioned above. At this point I am pretty familiarized with the entire stage green, and overall that whole stage is just enormous failure imo, from a societal standpoint. But stage orange and blue definitely can get better; billionaires, elites and goverments could be less greedy and not only focused on growth by any means necessary (which is a number 1 reason for the declining birth rate, the number 2 being wokiesm), etc. There are more ways in which these stages can be improved upon, but I'm not sure or I'm too biased to know for sure

ignorance is bliss. And I don´t think they are so happy. The just cope with life by getting together and keeping themsleves busy with nonsense. That is like me saying how well I smell because I put perfume on all my clothes and deodorant under ampits instead of having a shower.

The ancient scriptures are actually deep expressions of the human condition.  But they get turned into fomulas for the masses and become mechanical.   I find the rantings of some fundamentalist christians  similar in its shallowness to nonduality blabber.  We aren't improving.

I realized I look at religions through the eyes of a “multi-faith” or “Intregral meta theory” lens. But, I’m blown away by the quaran, Islam, Sufism, words of-the prophet peace be upon him. 
 

Islam is a beautiful religion. Its explanation of God is very accurate. 
 

Also, I discovered there is teachings of the heart in Islam that I think align with Qigong and findings of the heart math institute.

If you value Actualized there is a lot within Islamic teachings that are of value to you. 
 

Actualized is very similar to Islam in many ways. Actualized is more modern, advanced more individualistic and perhaps immature. 
 

The heart of Islam though glows brighter than Actualized. This I have felt.

So basically they are coasting on dopamine fumes most of the time?
