@Leo Gura As someone who grew up in a cult, I don't think this helps your case. I understand you want respectful discussion but banning the label is going to make people who are undecided more suspicious..

I don't care. Such people cannot be reasoned with anyway. They are not who I work for.

Why does it matter if people call you a cult leader or not?

If I wasn't interacting with it, it wouldn't much matter. But I am not interested in interacting with intelligence so low.

At the end of the day I have to be here consuming garbage that causes me to lose IQ points just reading it.

You don't get to go to MIT and accuse them of being a cult. They will just kick you out. And rightly so.

This idea that I am supposed to tolerate such behavior is itself wrong. No serious person would tolerate such accusations. It is like calling your profressor a rapist and then expecting him to still speak to you. No. That's not how life works.

You think Actualized.org is a cult? Great! Then I have nothing more to teach you. We have nothing further to discuss.

Anyone who thinks Actualized.org is a cult has no clue what I teach and will never grasp what I teach.

As I said in the other thread I think the issue was their approach, it was abusive toward Leo and others, unnecessarily.

Please note that it is okay if your views differ from mine on issues. I am not looking for only yes-men here.

But this cult stuff is my red line.

How come you didn't just address their concerns directly at the time ?

1) Claiming to be the most conscious being on the planet

2) Making definitive claims about the awakening of others. (without saying that you could be wrong)

(There was a point nr 3, but I don't remember the details,

Found it: I'm quoting Zurew here:

3) If you add to that that he wont impose a false dichotomy on people who disagree with him on things he cares about (meaning giving room for people to disagree with him on things without them having to be self-deceived or dumb or not understanding etc) ,then that would significantly lower down things for me and that would be sufficient for me.

@Leo Gura Honestly I think it’d be best if you just cleared up the air about the alien consciousness recording. „I was wrong, I don’t think now it’s possible” or „I still believe it’s possible”. Whatever. For the sake of transparency.

People who do listen to you, listen to you - and it’s double edged, in that they take under consideration both the pure (true) and the unpure (wrong) from you. So if you think now that what you said then was unpure (wrong), clarifying it heals the teachings and clears up confusion.
