Deconstructing Rationality Coming Soon

My deepest epistemic content on deconstructing rationality is almost ready to record and release. It will be a 3 part series analogous to the Deconstructing Science series but focused on deconstructing rationality and rationalism.

Will be ready within a week or two.

Excited to share it since it has been in development since like March.

Questions that come to mind: when is rationality a right epistemic tool? When does it go too far? What are the limits and scope of reason? Why and how is reason co-opted by the ego to justify its irrational biases? Why is rationality so idolized? what the hell is even reason and rationality? Is reality rational, or is reason just an epistemologically useful endeavour but limited?

 

It would be great if you briefly talked about atheism as well in the series. Maybe it merits having his own independent episode, but not having an episode on atheism is such a gap in Actualized.org right now, you should hammer more on atheism.

Also in your trilogies you tend to have a very slow start and the first episode tends to be too foundational for my taste, do the founding work it's important but gift pearls as well and get over it, otherwise it becomes a different flavour of similar past material (good for new users but repetitive for the serious philosophers that contemplate your work).

The irony is that to deconstruct rationality you’re using rationality to deconstruct it, aren’t you? Meta-Rationality. It’s like trying to deconstruct thought with thought.

Also it was fun that you think survival must be handled through work, it can be hacked if you're already free from conformist bullshit, which is highly based on genetic ( and environment absolutely ), EU have it way too good and post survival already, indeed.

I think you're slightly delusional on the "it can be taught" conformity is probably entirely genetic and can't be learned.
Since I m young, my brain just never computed mainstream information and always switched on a side lined understanding, it was like this since I m 6.
I had 0 effort or practice to integrate to be far off the herd, it was just natural to me.
