@Cudin This forum is so valuable. I can't disagree with you more. Of course theres a lot of content here that's masturbatory, like this thread lol, but there's gems everywhere too. If you're an enlightened stud then maybe this forum is a waste. But many of us aren't there yet, so in the meantime this place is great.

I mean more about specific techniques. Like for example, in Leo's video about unconditional happiness, he mentions the need to uproot limiting beliefs about what it takes to live a happy life, but he doesn't go into detail on how to actually uproot those views. So, that missing link would be an example of a criticism i'm talking about.
But. I think this thread is definitely a distraction, I can feel the hammer of the mods coming down very soon LOL.

@CreamCat So i just watched the video, and Leo doesn't really explain how to go through and dissect the beliefs that are preventing us from being happy. Can you explain what you did, and how you dealt with your self limiting beliefs?

For those of you who have strong understanding/embodiment of advanced personal development and spirituality, what are some substantive criticisms of Leo's recent videos. Where do you think he is off, or what do you think he missed in his presentation.
Leo's content is amazing, and he's the biggest reason i'm even on this spiritual path. But no body is perfect. There must be something he's missing with his content, and I assume people here can fill in some of the wholes.
Please don't turn this into a thread where we critique Leo, and project all of our nonsense onto him lol (:

Meditate. Sometimes I feel like someone is prying my third eye open during my meditation, it is an interesting feeling.

I am going to start meditating for 2 hours every morning to begin my day. I believe this will have MAJOR impact on the quality of my life. It's on the board. I'm pumped.

Hey @Yahya. It seems you are going through a very difficult time in your life right now. I recommend beginning a meditation practice to help cope with some of your problems. You are still young, and sometimes being young is hard and you have to find a way to just cope with your situation. Also, I would recommend just trying to avoid the bullies or find a way to get them to leave you alone. Fighting is a bad idea, and if you can find a way for the bullies to get off your back that might dramatically improve the quality of your life. Good luck man, feel free to message me if you need advice.

@Swagala I have the same problem with my breathe. Whenever I feel like I let go to direct experience, I always feel like i'm holding my breathe and I need to do something or else I won't breathe. It's very annoying. I think we need to realize that even when it feels like WE are doing something, if we actually look and pay close attention then we will see that it is all happening and we are doing nothing.
