1. Not learning to deal with failure

2. Not taking life serisouly

3. Half assing life

4. Letting yourself be distracted

5. Not being willing to really look at how your behavior is shaping your life

Not looking after your health in your earlier years. Not keeping fit and eating healthily in your later years. Not keeping an eye on your health to catch things early.

Doing things that will affect your prospects of getting work or getting finance: convictions, prison time, upsetting influencial people.

Getting into debt by living beyond your means.

All stories and explanations are false.

It's actually a stoic technique.

But that is true on one hand.

If we don't look out for dangers we can easily fall into traps.

Millions of people do...

Yeah, the "what's the worst that could happen" question to let go of fears around something we already know we really want to do can be helpful sometimes. But you've been making threads just like this frequently for months on end.

  1. Believing in failure as a concept
  2. Believing that one's life is (or can be) ruined
  3. Never getting to the bottom of why one doesn't take his/her life seriously (I'm glad I did)
  4. Rather being right than being happy
  5. Not accepting advice that feels uncomfortable
  6. Not getting out of one's comfort zone
  7. Accepting limitation
  8. Not learning to take pleasure in suffering

All mistakes I have personally made by the way. Stopping them un-ruined my life and made it awesome again.

No, it’s not to only let go of fears but to avoid catastrophe.

The last year has been a building/ limbo phase after a catastrophic failure. I’m working through a lot of fear. Not gonna take judgment from you.

not gonna feel bad for having fears in a world and reality as harsh as this. I make threads sharing my fears so I’m not alone in them. You can take your judgments elsewhere. Maybe you don’t have fears and that’s cool bro. Not gonna be shamed for my fears or trauma.

we all have unique fears and survival needs. I express this stuff… because I’m literally processing a lot of pain, fear, and uncertainty because that’s where I am in my journey. Which, is totally fine. I’m not into spiritual bypassing or building some false spiritual identity that everything is okay when… frankly I’m still working through fears that seem very real to me given what I desire in life.

the fact that I’m trying to build something in my life and hold myself to higher standards, for me at my current level of development means fears.

People literally screw up their entire lives… so, I’m gonna share my fears and process them and work to avoid those mistakes. There are more ways to screw up life than to make it work. Frankly, I won’t be happy with some half assed life of just accepting what is. I need some success.

if you lived my life experience you’d be here too.

soon I will have worked through and integrated my fears. But I’m not competing to put spiritual anyone.

it’s my own path.

All my emotions are worthy. They are a part of me and… I’m embracing the Tao of fully feeling and developing myself.

don’t make it out that I only share threads about worry. That’s false.
