Methods for becoming a millionaire

69 posts in this topic

@Hello from Russia  Yeah, it is convenient. Like I said, how the top 1% have increased wealth by 100s of Billions, as average folk go into economic despair, the wealth gap has only got bigger and bigger.

And, yes because more conscious people being wealthy, (hopefully) means more conscious businesses such as Actualized.Org but in all domains of life, and less 'Low consciousness' businesses like McDonalds and Co.

@Heaven  Exactly, go and listen to people who have made millions the right way, Leo is one example.

Yeah, you will care less about the money after a certain point (studies show 70k/ year, probably more these days) and more about the value you and your business bring to the world. As a side effect this will likely earn even more money.

@trenton Marrying a rich chick is one of them xD j/k

That is the advice my neighbor took. He is sitting at home and haven't worked for many years. He has a Ford mustang shelby, a motorcycle-scooter, a big lawnmower for his 30m2 lawn, a electric bicycle, a electric scooter and many more gadgets . The only time i see him walk is when he goes after the newspaper with his shorts on!

The key is too pick the right woman who won't look down or try to emasculate her man by leading that kind of life style. One of my neighbors is a home-stay dad, hands-on and seems like handling his responsibilities very well. Their kids seem happy, active, and well taken care of. The mother has a carrier that makes them good living. They travel together as a family, have family and friends over, do picnics, play tennis, basketball, walk outside, go to the beach, etc. The older kid is taking private piano lessons and art classes. I guess as long as all parties involved are happy and content with the arrangement, is all that matters. But I also realize not all men would be able to do this, so to each their own :D

The point of being rich is having it be a reflection of how much value and love you provide the world.

Being rich comes naturally once you turn yourself into a massive value provider. Then your riches are not about taking from others but giving to others.

Give so much of yourself that you never have to worry about money again. That is my attitude.

@Leo Gura This is perfect Leo, and is a great starting point for conscious business teachings.

Will you make any conscious business teachings?

I feel we need more conscious people creating amazing and value providing businesses that provide a foundation for

business of the future.

Also, most “spiritual” people have no idea how to market or grow a brand, and it’s often considered “dirty” I feel this is a huge issue.

@LfcCharlie4 I have a video called: Advice For Small Business Success, as well as How To Escape Wage Slavery and The Deep Problem Of Marketing and of course the LP Course which is all about that.

But detailed business advice is outside the scope of my work.

I noticed that the possibility of me being a millionaire feels unrealistic to me because I currently have an associate degree from a community in college in general studies.  My direct experience tells me that right now I am working at a grocery store for very low pay.  One reason I would want to become a millionaire is so that I can afford all of these retreats, travel around the world, or see if psychedelics actually do verify the existence of God where they are legal.  I am not attached to money, but my growth is seriously limited if my life is limited to my local area.  It is limiting my happiness and fulfillment, which is why money is a resource I may need to leverage in order seek truth.

Travelling is one of the major things I want to be able to do, but I can't realistically save enough by bagging groceries.  What sources would you use?

I see beggars at intersections near me who travel and do drugs/psychedelics all the time, and they definitely aren't millionaires.  They get enough food and survive too.  So are you ok with that? Or do you really want all that plus comfort too?  Or do you just want it all?

@Humanoid Making 100-300k$ a year with your job is not a definition of a millionaire. Millionaire is someone who makes 1m$\Year, it's not just saving up a million into your bank account, lol. By that logic, 90% of USA can be millionaires by simple means of saving up and waiting for 10-50 years until savings grow to 1m. It's clearly not just about doing that.

Huh?  No way.  About 6% of Americans are millionaires with 1 million in total net worth or more.  Lots of frugal/conservative spenders making 60-90k are millionaires by the time they retire - yet most americans aren't good with their money like that.

If you break down, "method for being a millionaire" it really means, "whats the best way of getting more stuff than everyone else".  The currency could be thousands, millions, billions...really you are just saying," I want more than my fair share, how do I get it?"  If everyone had a million, you would be asking how to be a billionaire...

No, not necessarily.

It's possible for you to generate a lot of value for the world using your labor and creativity.

Wealth is not a zero-sum game. Society is constantly getting wealthier as a whole.

You can invent a new product or start a new business which adds genuine value to mankind, thus generating wealth. This doesn't just benefit you, it can benefit mankind and your employees.

For example, if I didn't create Actualized.org, then it would not exist and people would not get the educational value they get from it. I would be much less wealthy and you guys would also be worse off. The wealth it generates for me is a fraction of the value is adds to mankind.

@SerpaeTetra  Has someone been reading a little too much Karl Marx... ;) Only kidding.

But, this is quite a naïve view to have, people who add more value to the world of course should earn more money, is the system corrupt as fuck as it is? Of course, it's Stage Orange, does it mean it's 100% bad? Of course not.

I think we discussed here or another thread about a personal cap on wealth, which I 100% agree with, nobody needs more than $1 Billion to themselves really do they? Especially when people are homeless and starving.

However, you can become a millionaire by creating/ doing something epic and then using that money positively and for good and the betterment of mankind/ friends/ family etc.

Of course, buy yourself a nice place to live, and enjoy the freedom that comes with wealth, but as people become more conscious we won't see as much of the 'Ego gratification' spending we see now, where people buy new cars every week for the fun of it and have 7 yachts, again I'm not saying one can't enjoy these things, but most Stage Orange people aren't sensible with this kind of stuff.

I would reword your

'How do I get more than my fair share'

to

'How can I provide so much value to my customers and humanity that in return I live in abundance and complete freedom.'

This is more and more the direction business will go in as we become more conscious as a society!

Money is simply energy/ tool, it can be used for incredible things, and for terrible things, so when conscious people have more money, well the possibilities become endless!

@SerpaeTetra good question here: ask yourself this, “what will increase the world economy the most?”

It’s almost as if capitalism isn’t entirely such an evil system after all...

@Joel3102  I think Leo's model of Economic stages is pretty accurate.

Stage Yellow would be a mix of capitalism and socialism essentially, a hybrid system and of course in a much more conscious way.

I mean that's simplification to the max, but I feel that would be ideal as a movement to a tier 2 society.

@LfcCharlie4 I would agree. Capitalism is the basic framework for all developed countries. But you can just limit its excesses with government ie social democracy. I don't think there's a need to demonize one particular system completely.
