I used Leo's advice and now I'm heartbroken

Greetings.

So recently, a week ago, I came back from a trip abroad. I first was in Serbia, then in Montenegro, then I flew home.

When I was in Serbia, I cold approached two women sitting on a bench outside. It was late into the night and the nightlife was amazing, but I approached them and it was really fun. We went on our merry ways but it was a good experience. 

After that, I went to a bar/club alone. It was a strip club and I paid for a lap dance. Good lord...

That was quite the experience. Serbian strippers are definitely wild.

But after that I flew to Montenegro. I was in an AirBNB with my family, and another family. We knew this family quite closely, they were from Russia. The reason why we chose to bring them with us to Serbia and Montenegro was because those were the only places they could travel to due to the current sanctions. We actually linked up with them first in Serbia, where we shared a hotel room. But this time, we shared an AirBNB.

But anyways, one faithful night, I committed myself to cold approach. I was walking along the beach and I found a woman setting up a chess board. I walked up to her and asked her if I could play. She said yes and we played chess together. Afterwards, she played chess with another guy, while I spectated and continued to talk with her. The conversation went so well that she asked my for my Instagram. I didn't have Instagram, so I gave her my Telegram. 

I messaged her the next day, and we chatted about philosophy. I told her that I was super into the works of Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh, and she actually knew about him. Then I messaged if we could meet up tonight for drinks, for which she agreed.

We met at a beach side restaurant, and she brought her friend. It was a beautiful café, restaurant, and ice cream parlor that was right on the beach, all of the tables were on the sand. She sat next to her friend, for whom she brought. Afterwords we walked around the boardwalk, then walked into the "old city", where they met up with their friend. So it became four of us, me and three women. 

It was an amazing night, for which we concluded by sitting on the beach at 11PM, almost 12, drinking cheap bear, and smoking European Marlboro cigarettes. 

We liked it so much, that from the day I met them, to the day I had to fly home, we were meeting every night. One of the nights, we went to a nightclub. This was my second time in a club, but first time attending a proper nightclub with music, dancing, and all that. The first time I went to a club/bar all on my own was the strip club in Serbia. 

I didn't "get laid", because I was sharing an AirBNB with two families, including my own. And the two women were both roommates, and lived with their parents. But I have a job and am incrementally working up for the money to return to Montenegro this winter, and maybe next summer. But I did kiss one of them.

The reason why I was heartbroken, was because I had grown so attached to the group that I had met, that when I had to leave I was basically in tears. I'm fine now, but my new friends are all the way in Eastern Europe and I live in America. We video call on Discord at least once a week. 

Damn you Leo, bastard, your advice left me heartbroken. 

I'm of course joking. I actually want to thank Leo for his videos on cold approach, this would not have been possible without him.

Cool story, travelling is fun I wanna do more of it. I wanna make a point that's talked against a lot of here and its money and game. People criticize it in terms of using it to attract women but although I think it's part of it, it's mostly about being able to afford the lifestyle you had. If you had a profitable online business you could move to Montenegro tomorrow if you wanted to, date one of these girls and either stay there or fundamentally do whatever you want. 

Which is why I don't see how money isn't the #1 factor that foretells the quality of your dating and overall life. Even if you say social skills are then I would say with money you can buy time off work to practice them and pay for a bootcamp so it always comes back to the options and freedom that having more money(especially on your terms) affords you.

There's a good lesson to learn from your experience. Notice how attached you became and how much it hurt you to detach. Experiences like this can facilitate you becoming mentally stronger, or they can just as easily facilitate the opposite. It's nothing to shrug off. Contemplating what was going on with you internally is a great growth opportunity.

Happy you had a good time and sharing your experience. But maybe not everything needs to be shared?

Do they know they get presented here als "women you met"? Maybe they are ok with it I don't know just wondering

Upon reflection, I have deleted the selfies I took.

That was a bad idea, and I am sorry. But for full context, I posted group selfies I took while in Montenegro.

I thought it was harmless, but people in this thread have criticized me for privacy concerns, so as a result I took down the selfies. 

But that's what is was, group selfies, nothing else.
