I wonder by what methods Giordano Bruno came to the insights expressed in the blog post "Profound Quotes #048".

 I wonder if Giordano Bruno did the best he could, or if he just acted naively. He confronted the inquisition not understanding the depth of their close-mindedness. If he had continued to teach for some decades, he could have enlightened many people who were close to understanding his teachings. So, a unique individual like him, all the work, all the consciousness he achieved, is 'used' by humanity just to...inspire us to stand firm on our worldviews? Come on...

Galileo, after he refused to become a martyr, gave humanity invaluable scientific insights. He literally laid the foundations of modern physics. Imagine if he were burned like Bruno.

A stage green activist becoming a splat under stage red tanks is not heroism, it's tragic folly.  I am not sure if I should see Bruno as enlightened stage Blue or stage Turqoise.  

Does 'sacrifice' have an ego aspect in it?

I had this insight connecting God's logic with Logistics. In Reality there is a way of being, to make a fried egg you have to follow a logic, to make things happen in reality, there is a mechanism so to speak.

I'm struggling to communicate the insight but it's really profound to connect Universal Logic with logistics.

See even in this case, there are logistics to communicate the insight.

That's pretty gnarly dude. 

I see what you mean but I can't quite put my finger on it. When you really take a step back and look at reality for what it is from our particular vantage point whatever it is, you notice how there is a way in which reality moves, works, behaves or just patterns that you just pick up. Like if you connect certain things with other things then you get something out of it, in this case you mentioned in order to fry an egg you have to go through a logistical process. 

Okay hold on... I'm getting a download from universal Consciousness. Stay on the line momentarily, something is coming through.

We are that mechanism of reality!

@Davino A more general formulation of what you're saying is: mechanics.

Logic, mechanics, structure -- these are interrelated. And of course Being. Being itself is logic and mechanics. Which is why science is so mechanical. Mechanics is God.

Then again, everything is God, so....

I've never seriously contemplated on the fact that Reality has all these intricate mechanics going on, it's quite outstanding. Universal flawless machinery at work.

Sacrifice is unabashed ego. I scratch your back and you scratch mine. God can't know sacrifice. God is a giver not a taker, a lover not a fighter.

When you wake up, you realize there are no people to be awoken. You are doing everything for your own benefit. And everything that happens to you, you asked for. The script is written and the question is, how soon do you want to get out of here. You get out of here by not letting ego have any say in what happens. That is what will prolong your stay namely your misery.

After realizing that there is a balleye octopus alien in the new Alien movie I think Leo is making a Satirical comment in how the quality of the Sequels of Alien got downgraded. Well, many other movies follow the same pattern.
