Conservatives will not allow a good-faith attempt to improve society because they are attached to the corruption. They love the corruption. That's key to understand. That's why they are do stubborn. Blaming that stubbornness , closedminededness, and attachment on a fail of the left is gaslighting.

I’m not saying resistance won’t always exist. But the point is resistance is less if the transition is done smoother.

Saudi Arabia is a good example, outside pressure to liberalize it has faced much less resistance than say when it was done to Afghanistan.

Another example, in the US there was always resistance to immigration, but it dramatically increased when images of huge amounts of people streaming into the border illegally circulated.

@Inliytened1 Something like this, but a virtual world. Maybe if VR technology got advanced enough it is possible, but I dont know lol.

I like the idea of burning through karma via virtual worlds… I feel like I went through A LOT of my karma by being a young teenager capable to play all sorts of war / fighting games. I always had a desire to brutally dominate others in combat… so… the gaming sort of helped me scratch that itch in a non-life threatening way.
