How do I enter into a new reality?

I want to create a reality where there is branching narratives through space and time and such things. Kind of like Doctor Who but in real life. 

How could I possibly enter into a reality like that? Or is there no say into what reality you get?

I am honestly tired of living in this boring life and boring planet. I want something interesting. I don't want to watch a movie. I want this to be a real life thing. Does the ego have any control in this? 

Is it like Russian roulette and if I die. I enter into a completely random reality? Or how does it work?

Sometimes boring is better than interesting. 

In fact thats what you want, you just need to appreciate all the space you have been given right now. Its only boring because you are not aware enough to appreciate the space and all the possibilities within it

You can check out the idea of reality shifting where guys claim that they, in their dream states, are going to realities of Harry Potter and MCU, etc.

The weirdest part about it is that it isn't supposed to be like dreaming. You supposedly leave a "clone" that is a piece of your consciousness in your current reality that can do things you normally should be doing, while you are in experiencing the reality you shifted to. So your body isn't going to be asleep for all of that time, you can supposedly spend days in the shifted reality. You can even script exactly what kind of reality it should be. Even reality checks (which tell you that you are in a dream) are supposed to pass in the shifted reality. 

Honestly it's one of the more unbelievable things I've heard about, and what's even more surprising is that there are a lot of people claiming they've done it on the subreddit for it. It's weird how popular it actually is, given how unbelievable it all seems.

Yes, they say, for instance, that in 10 minutes here they can be experiencing, like, 5 months there. It claims clearly that time and space truly are illusions. And yes, they say that it is as real, in the experience, as this "real" reality, mhm.

Take a plane to see some African tribes. 

On a cloudy night, try to find a tiger and stare him dead in the eyes. 

That should provide sufficient entertainment.

Become every dare I use the word conceivable thing, Of course it will be infinitely more than you can individually conceive, But still expand your feeling of self to encapsulate every thing.

Try to start by toying with the idea that you every animal you have ever met was yourself. And then go through that exercise with every category of thing you have experienced, So you literally were every cartoon or movie you watched and you are the author so what you do now determines the dynamics of the whole game.
