Okay, but how does that change anything? Trump having a stroke does not do anything in deprogramming his cult followers to come back to reality. After the Charlie Kirk incident, I learned that conservative, stage blue folks will martyr someone even after their demise (metaphorically and literally). It doesn’t matter if trump gets ill health, goes to jail, etc. His followers have been so deluded into thinking this man is some savior that they will venerate him well after he’s out of office. The  political spectrum right now is moving to the extreme right, and unfortunately that won’t change whether or not trump exists in the political spotlight. Trump simply enabled stage blue to hold onto and protect their worldview, and at this point we are seeing that stage blue is willing to use stage red to protect their own worldviews. At this point we just need to transcend the spiral and wait until the country reaches spiral dynamics stage orange/green.

You are never going to predict if it happens again. The current one seems minor.

He might live for another 15 years, or go next year. No way we will predict that.

It's no guarantee that happens, right? Russia seems to have been stuck in their red/blue/orange stage for a very long time in comparison to other countries that rapidly evolved, like say, Germany.

There is a chance this could also be Bell's Palsy - I had this years ago.

They key differences are the quadrants of the face effected - see below.

NB I haven't had a good look at the videos to really check which quadrants are effected, or any other symptoms that have been noticed

The face he has been making is strange. It does appear to be a sign of a stroke or Bell Palsy.

However, we don't know what kind of stroke he may have had and/or how severe it was.

We would need to know a number of things that might have been impaired including his speech, comprehension physical capabilities, etc.
