@Leo Gura, thanks for the "Falsehood Deserves To Die" blog post.

It helped me get through a difficult time yesterday.

I was having panic attacks for the past 3-4 days, induced by an illness and smoking a little bit of DMT one time without knowing I was becoming ill. My bad.

I thought I was truly becoming psychotic.

But I'm still recovering.

Hallucinations are great. Got a recent-ish excerpt from my notes on that matter below. Also my whole life I've had dreams that show the future, at a rate of maybe 5 a year or so. They're always some insignificant scenes, like a conversation, walking down the street, or browsing a website, but when it happens there's an intense and totally unequivocal sense of deja-vu as I clearly recall already having this exact experience in a dream months or even years ago. It was in fact these dreams that got me thinking that there is more to reality than everyone around seems to believe. Long before ever hearing of spirituality or smoking weed the first time, simply from listening to Datura horror stories as a schoolboy I seriously considered "what if drugs show true reality?". And here we are. Just a tiny example of the paradox of Will; it goes infinitely deeper but people 'willfully' 'avoid' it.
On a related tangent, deliriants have big untapped potential for our purposes, the only issue is how physically harmful they are.

[From the morning of November 1, 2025]
Last night I started watching a video on the psychology of conformity. Along the runtime I felt jolts several times, something between a mini-seizure and new waves of intensity you sometimes get on psychedelics, as though my genetics were being rewired in real time.
At one point I decided to browse the channel and stumbled upon a video that wasn't there before, called "Understanding Realization". It was posted on October 8, was 3h 02min long, had just 1 like and zero comments. Odd, but no matter. I watched it for maybe a minute and went back to the original as to not get distracted, saving this one for later. For the first time in a long while I managed to fall asleep without any medication. I woke up with a vague sensation that the video won't be there, and sure enough it's nowhere to be found in my history or the channel. Meaning I hallucinated the whole thing fully sober and lucid. I don't know what would have happened had I continued watching it then, quite possibly I'd have seen a full 3-hour exposition on a new topic entirely generated in my own mind, visuals and all.
For most people the implications of such an experience would be cause for concern, perhaps panic even. But to me it just reaffirms the amazing fluidity of Consciousness and the kind of creativity that can be had with an open mind. So, my goal in life is now clearer than ever: becoming a high-functioning schizophrenic whose hallucinations occur in a controlled manner and don't impede one's survival. The real value of this world is consistency, such that the laws of physics or of one’s country don't change on the daily. With that ground to stand on, one is free to explore true groundlessness. Although getting lost and attached to the ground is far more likely, hardening the mind to the point of being sparsely different from an animal.

Consciousness is that which is self-grounded. The ultimate strange-loop babyy. You can't get "something" out of "nothing" unless "something" IS "nothing"
