@Leo Gura I hope your course is coming soon! I am hyped for this When I watched 'Annihilation,' I imagined alien consciousness in this way: highly intelligent sneaky strange alien being, autistic and playful in it's behaviour but at the same time in deep love for its own creation.

@Razard86 Thank you for your answer. May I ask you what states you are capable of maintaining and to what extent? Are you Awake to solipsism and to being God in your current experience? I have mixed feelings about this issue because I've heard a lot from Leo that it was really hard in general to raise one's baseline consciousness and that, by being a human and so being finite, our body gives us limits which prevents us from remaining extremely conscious. Some levels or some awakenings (like alien consciousness for example) would not be practical or possible to sustain while having a human life. However, I also heard him say from his experience with DPT that it felt that it would be possible to rewire the brain or heal the body in deep extents. In my second to last awakening, I had a sense of that. I felt like if I wanted to, I would have the power (as God) to do so. And that I would have the power as well, if I wanted to, to remain conscious of being God in my current body, and so function in my everyday life differently than how I do now with my ego (what you are saying). I think that there is some truth in both and I'm curious to explore. Hearing many times that it was hard to raise one's baseline state of consciousness and that it was better done with other practices than psychedelics, I've been thinking that there must be truth to that. But I actually don't know to what extent it is true or not yet. Thank you for the links! I've seen them a long time ago but I will rewatch. -

1. Enter an altered state. 2. Have studied the concepts of Non-Duality that you understand it enough that its not bullshit to you. You can't fake this shit. If you don't understand it, it won't happen. That is the whole point of the teachings. 3. Under the altered state start stripping away your beliefs that you have been educated into. Focus on what is true in your direct experience not on what the content of the dream has taught you through education and science. You can only do this if you truly understand intellectually that there is no difference between your dreams at night and what you call your regular life (waking dream). 4. If you follow the above steps, an existential fear is going to arise. Sit and allow it. This will be the MOMENT OF TRUTH. You will discover in this moment if you really want to awaken or not. 5. Now don't beat yourself up if you retreat back to the safety of your character identity. Because this is the hardest thing you can ever do. You are killing the dream of duality, of individuality, so it can be jarring. But the great thing is you got to experience the existential fear and now this process is REAL to you. That fear isn't an accident. It points to the fact that YOU as presently constructed will DIE. Your body will remain, but you will cause a permanent shift in your experience if you go further. The fear is there to test how badly you want it. If you want it, that fear won't stop you and you will do it again until you accomplish it. So how do you accomplish it? Do the steps, sit in the fear, and it will happen on its own. Your mind will deconstruct itself on its own since you sufficiently convinced yourself that you do not agree with your original construction of reality. This will start a several months long process of your body rewiring your neurological system to make the experience of Oneness PERMANENT. One of the parts of this process gave me a terribly bad trip where I felt like I was getting raped metaphysically. Why? Because I was becoming ONE with everything on such a deep level it was like everything was penetrating me and entering me. LOL. Talk about invasion of privacy. Now why did it feel like this? Because my sense of a body became everything around me. So it felt like the whole world was entering my body like someone trying to share the same clothes as you as you are wearing it. Anyway at the time I realize it only felt like a violation because in comparison to my normal experience it felt alien, and wrong. Now it's natural and normal. It's so obvious that reality is ONE because that is my lived experience, no different than you feeling like a separate individual. I both experience Oneness, and Duality at the same time. If you want an example how to do it. Watch this video by Leo. You can just listen to this video over and over with an open mind and if you believe what is being stated in this video as truth...it will happen on its own. Repeat this until it happens. IT WILL, if you want it. -
That's symbolized by how cats are really aliens and goes back to the ancient Egyptian alien God Bastet, who was also known in Ailuros (Koinē Greek: αἴλουρος, lit. 'cat') No it has nothing to do with the Masons but makes a good conspiracy theory though.

Wrote briefly about Leo's new blog post. I was originally interested in A.I & stuff due to fantasy & sci-fi themes within dysotopian anime culture as a teen. The point of ones mental capacity defined by genetics and beign able to change genetics is very interesting, for me especially as it's more a social issue at times, and I relate differently emotionally so that area of whatever is just not that activated at times. I dunno as I am "supposed to be gifted" I might test myself very late in life etc. It's an odd experience, especially if exerpience and training is missing that is the point of underachievers as a gifted person etc. I don't think Leo as a very stereotypical and classical overachiever comprehends this as much as he thinks he might does, yet he has compassion for limits, yet I don't think he realizes how this truely is if your gifts are not nutured or taken from you, as well as highly interconnected. Especially as a guy who most likely grew up without the more harder connection between intelligence and physicality and still beign a normal human etc, as it evokes directly drives for power, fame and beauty at best imo. And creates envy. For me this is odd as performance can dramatically suffer if there is inequality and often times that hardnosed rationalist perspective just sucks instead of non-judgement with empathy -> more loving people. That is also why I stopped giving my best as it's a very odd dynamic and I've seen plenty of highly intelligent minorities who have given up due to the "whiteness" of this area and just the social non, non-judgemental area etc. Especially if they are from countries with bias, it's very painful as they realize it, yet still have the social lense and want to break it while they are creating it. I'd say Leo is immune to this mostly, yet the energy of skeptecism can evoke it just at times casually as an inquistion to Truth so to speak which is not good. I dunno I stopped when I meet people who have excellent memory I often remember the very fine details they forget and holistic details if I care, and if I care I'll automatically remember what they remember, it just depends. I've never sort of trained my memory more as I've had to many arguments about this and I still don't remember pragmatic stuff as much, as my brain goes into default mode of I can look it up to save myself the stress etc. That is why doing creates very strong circuits usually a plateau reached is usually a plateau reached for me, I can re-learn it very very fast and this has been a thing that has been praised within my family. They can't really seem to be able to do that. That is why I choose re-creation as one of my strenghts for a part of my time etc. I am very good at finding alternatives that are useful, yet often take the extra mile to create and or even do. Which is still a high cognitive order, I really miss some classic schooling and the goodness of it. Sort of the deserved feeling of it etc. Right now I just sort of contemplate as my life has been a contradiction. I might take the mensa test sooner or later to navigate my career more clearly into a direction where I have mental strengths that suit me. It's still very unclear with high more feeling intuitives, if they don't have the social sphere, like my best classes usually have been biology/math (only maths)/cs/&languages&sports&music -> I was never good at chemistry, physics, (german language) etc. Everything that was alien and new sort if I still wonder what my true mental capacities are, and what I am good at so to speak. Even with a lot of personality tests, and indicators. My best abillity seems to be sequential thinking if that is a thing, and creative problem solving. So yeah that is that. Feeling somehow better today, had a real drive towards wholeness of merit and executing on a task. I am still sort of not really in the space of very good balance due to some stuff within my upbringing like my mother not beign career focused, and I don't have the drive for a career for example. It's very odd to contemplate, yet I get a lot of joy of getting things done and the feeling of freedom associated with it. I just notice the impatient & toxic persona when there is to much stuff & I am afraid of that. The point is I keep also having very high iq friends, it's just not good if you've suffered from some form of developmental damage that is not very much identifiable, as you contradict it with some other evidence, being in between two things yet not there can be quiet tormenting. Yeah that is sort of it, due to the bullying and beign more empathic, I just stopped beign more intelligent as other start feeling significantly inferior, which is an issue and I don't feel one bit like this I am just beign passionate. That is and has been a huge issue, not with my mother, yet with cynnicals skepticst where fear kicks-in for some reason.

There's something that to me feels quite relevant to this thread but no one has mentionned yet and it's this. Egos have diverging amounts of spiritual power, say manifestation will.. algorithms/modus operandi (to avoid the expression "lesser cheat codes") that are enabling them to perform in the way they do, take someone like Leo Messi (if you're a football fan) or Jacob Collier, these kind of people seem to have acheived almost unlimited potential (up to what can be done in human form) within their respective fields.. Their modus operandi, or "cheat codes" are simply skill, developed through countless hours during the span of decades, and at their level it's so aligned with flow that it becomes magical to witness. A subsequent question to what @Someone here has asked is this, There are in my view two types of understanding / skill / experience; * Local scope skill, i.e what pertains directly to their craft. * Global/Meta foundations: Unconditional Love for their craft, godly amount of confidence, and simply universal luck (them being who their are, and having lived the experiences they lived through... It almost feels like it was destined for them to be THAT good. Now the first set of skill is what can be targeted and worked on directly, but the second set almost feels like it can only be given to you by god (you). But why don't I (as god) give myself those keys? There is a very low ceiling that can be hit if we don't perceive life through a spiritual / Intergral lense. Hence the importance of following our intuitions, being atuned to synchronisities and opportunities, having the courage to follow our wildest dreams... But sometimes, no matter what one does, breakthroughs simply refuse to manifest... If we could just solve this one issues, I think we (as a species) would start tapping into infinite (alien) intelligence at a scale never seen before, and that would radically transform our experience on this plane. But how to do it if you are REALLY stuck ?? -
I don't buy it. Adyashanti is projecting his nondualist Buddhist view on Jesus. Jesus could have had Alien Conscioudness for all you know. You wouldn't even know.

Sounds like alien consciousness is just a hyper aware unlimited lucid dream to me. Accessed through collapse of all human dream limits.

Evolution and proteins are just a fiction at the level of Alien Consciousness.
-
Can you not just channel some Alien intelligence @Leo Guraand figure it out serious question though do you not have access to almost limitless levels of intelligence in your new “human jailbroken” alien state of consciousness. sounds silly but surely this advanced consciousness comes with advanced intelligence. Or is it that you do but anything that isn’t completely limitless intelligence will always pale in comparison to infinite intelligence by nature?

Yimpa replied to Someone here's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Not necessarily. As a human, you cannot comprehend what it would be like to be alien conscious. It’s like asking a human to transform into a donkey on command. If you enjoy identifying and being a human, then I recommend you stick to human stuff for now. -

Good question, this is something I actually gave it some thoughts. Since you asked, this are my most probably wrong conclusions about movies I believe that story telling is part of the human condition. One could consider movies an evolution of those tales around the fire from when we used to live in tribes. Movies (or stories in general) allow us to gain experience based on events that never happened to us. They can be based on real stories, or in hypothetical events. Sort of "what if". What if aliens want to invade earth. By learning from this exogenous experiences we learn how to react and behave. Sort of like a vaccine exposes us to pathogens we haven't encountered yet. Movies also provide us with moral values that are essential for a society and survive in a society as an individual. If one think about it, how many values have we acquired through movies? For example, we all know that cheating in a relationship is inmoral. I think personally I learnt that in movies (before it was the Bible). From ancient times, the dominant nation in a region will control the creation of art and thus imposing its values. This has of course been noticed by leaders and used art (and movies in particular) as a form of propaganda. As a non-American (maybe you can tell ) I can see how many of these Hollywood values are percolating into the European society. However, there is more to movies. Entering into a more spiritual approach, there is more to explore. For example, let's talk about scary movies. Some people, I believe mostly women, really like to watch them. It could be a way of facing our fears. Some sort of self-impose meditation. Really sitting there and allowing yourself to experience your fears. And talking about experience your feelings, we can generalize the above. If you went through a break up, you may want to watch a movie about that. If my memory serves me, I think during the lockdown one of the most watched movies on Netflix was about a virus pandemic (can't remember the name now) On the other hand, watching a movie is an identification process. If the movie is good, we will feel identified with one of the main characters. We forget about ourselves and who we are for a while. It is sort of a magical process. Having said all that, I wonder if there is any movie out there so different that we will feel completely disconnected. It should have these characteristics. It happens in a very different place. It happens to a very alien form. They have their own set of values. And they have feelings we don't know. I wonder if there is such a movie or what would be the closest to it. In sci-fi books, there is A Meeting with medusa by Arthur C. Clarke that I reckon it will qualify.

Alien from another planet? If you think you understand the infinite with your finite mind in a linear way, I would say you are wrong. It is not something linear, inside and outside overlap. Within your direct experience is the infinite, here and now it is, but you do not perceive it. and you are within each of the infinite experiences that exist, in infinite dimensions contained in each now. It is the problem of infinity, that its physics is not understandable...for now. Anyway, everything that appears in your experience, a fly, a piece of shit, is infinite, and inside it is the entire reality. A part of the infinity is the total infinity. You are sorrounded by the infinity, everything is the infinity total alive. that is awakening, and not the narrow and sick perspective of: only I exist and I am imagining reality. You do not exist, the infinite is, and it is unfathomable, it is not a you, it is the glory of total existence, in which you pour yourself out and mix when you let the self fall. Unless you prefer to be a miser who keeps it, and thinks everything is his territory -
vibv replied to Henry234's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Both are true, kind of. When I realized solipsism last time it was clear that everybody is my imagination BUT what they experience I experience, I'm usually just not aware of that. It's like if you sit on your arm and your hand goes to sleep, you don't feel it anymore but it's still your hand. You're kind of an alien intelligence that plays every human at the same time, but you cut off your awareness from all others, so it feels as if you're only this one. But in reality you're all of them. But still every one of them has a body, an emotional system and so on. Every pain and pleasure they experience you experience as well, but you will realize this only after you die or awaken. -
I think humans have been on earth since before Adam and eve . They were just animals and I think Adam and eve were the first genetically modified human by alien

"When I look around me at the things in my world and say, “Everything is alive,” what I’m really saying is that everything is consciousness in a process of evolution. Just as evolutionary biologists look at a human being and say, “Millions of years ago, you were just a single cell swimming in a primeval sea,” so I might look at myself and think, “Millions of years ago, my consciousness was a sofa in an alien’s living room circling Epsilon Beta IV in the Gamma Quadrant!” And who knows what far future David Spangler may be starting his evolution of consciousness as my easy chair right now? This is fanciful, of course, but my main point is not. We all participate in a universe of consciousness that is evolving all the time, from the dimmest flickering of sentiency existing in a dream state that is not even self-aware to the fabulously and unimaginably complex and radiant cosmic Beings whose lives embrace entire galaxies. And what we do affects that evolution, at least in the environment around us. I have encountered subtle beings in the higher-order realms in comparison to whom my consciousness is not much more evolved than the sentiency I find in my sofa. Their response to me is always loving, caring, considerate, and appropriate. They are like shepherds of consciousness, tending its evolution across vast expanses of life and energy. The light of my sentiency is like a shadow compared to theirs, yet they tend to it—as they do to millions and billions of other lives and consciousnesses within the field of their awareness—as if it were the brightest, most valuable flame in creation. This is the true implication of saying that everything is alive. We are each caretakers for the consciousnesses evolving around us, particularly those of lesser complexity and capacity than our own. When it gets down to it, I really am my sofa’s keeper!" David Spangler, Subtle Worlds, An Explorer's Field Notes I thought maybe that is interesting for some. The range of beings, from Sofa to human to beings embracing entire galaxies, towards totally alien realms beyond. And we as humans in the middle. Able to realize and live our True Nature of Infinite Consciousness/Reality itself. Until we do something else next life. Maybe develop towards that Galactic thing? Who knows... And endless wonderful path still ahead. What do we do while here on the planet? Preview being Galactic beings (or Alien beings/realms beyond) in certain psychedelic states this life with boosting consciousness? Or realizing and stabilizing our essence, that which we really are: Absolute Reality, Pure Impersonal Infinite Awareness in nondual Union with all that is arising? The blissfull Empty Infinite Centerless Timeless Nonduality of Awakened Awareness? And going previewing other possible modes of existence from that basis/realization, with or without psychedelics? Or not at all? Or tending our garden, hobbies, enjoying earth? Or both? That I don't know, and the answer is unique for each being. But one thing I do know and have realized, beyond any doubt or possibility of error: Going exploring before having stabilized the realization of True Nature/Enlightenment and access to ones True Impersonal Nondual Infinite Nature (and the blissfull states it brings resting in that can bring) can only mean regular suffering. By definition, like any other separate-self and its projects to ease the suffering. Because where there is not this realization, there is only the self-contraction/duality/separate ego and its cycles of suffering and fear and contraction. Which seeks easing its suffering by having the sublime experiences/states of higher consciousness/realm states, often of psychedelic nature. Having said & written that: Bon voyage on whatever your path may be. Walk it, but don't have the illusion that peaking and previewing divine and higher realms brings the permanent freedom from (psychological) suffering/resistance/contraction that only transcending the self-contraction/ego can bring. Preview it, peak into the bliss of divine higher realms, explore it and try it for as long as necessary, and then realize and stabilize the bliss of ones True Nondual and Pure Impersonal Nature/Being right here, right now, on this earth. Water by the River PS: 2nd thread started ever. Hope nobody is too annoyed by this one. -
Water by the River replied to vibv's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
That can be anything sentient. And since there is only Infinite Consciousness, any Holon/perspective/being, from atom, bacteria, ant, animal, human (individual Holons), Alien, whatever n+1, to large social Holons like a Planetery Consciousness/Gaia, Galaxy or whole Universes/Realms/Lokas/Buddhafields/Dimensions holding the individual holons/beings in their larger being/realm. Up towards other Realms that are so alien/"other" one can not even talk about them because they don't have the correlates of this Realm like space/time/causality and so on (see for example Jac O'Keffee, Stephen Wolinsky, David Spandler, David Buckland). All beings/realms have some kind of sentience/interiortiy/consciousness, and something that makes them individual from the Totality/Infinite Reality, and that "something/manifestation" arises within their perspectives. Ken Wilber has a nice desription of Holons/perspectives/beings (both individual and social Holons) and Holarchy in Sex, Ecology, Spirituality. An Infinite Mind/Consciousness, separates itself into infinite perspectives/Holons/beings that are aware of each other (Indras Net), and play hide & seek & grow back home, in all realms and dimensions possible. -
Water by the River replied to vibv's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
That is on the right path, because to BE the Pure Impersonal Infinite all of these ideas/concepts have to be transcended/seen as moving within IT/Oneself. Then, Reality = God, God = Reality. Reality/God/Infinite manifests/imagines, or just contains a manifested side in it in a nondual way. One understands IT by BEING it. And removing the clouds/lenses/filters of the separate self/I-thoughts/feeling interpreting Awakenings. There is nothing else, nor could be. Only Ones True Nature/Being. Forever. That is the difference between Enlightenment and Awakening, or the Deep Identity Shift after which the separate-self-arisings (I-thoughts, I -feelings, conceptual "Understandings") are seen fully and truly as moving WITHIN the Infinite Reality that one truly is. Afterwards, this Infinite True Being is accessible in daily life sobre. The Illusion-clouds are seen through very fast if one just "re"-intuits the Infinite beyond experience/manifestation/arising. All of these facet-Understandings of God/Reality/Elephant can be generated after Enlightenment easily. Just a view Koans more, if its not already clear with Enlightenment. It is just what one is. But the Deep Identity Shift of truly "getting/realizing" the Impersonal Infinite Always Here Reality, ones True Nature, makes IT accessible afterwards in daily life sobre. That is the difference. The Elephant is realized UNFILTERED/uncoloured, unfiltered by remaining ego-filters/lenses. Pure uncoloured/unfiltered Impersonal Awareness realizes itself and Reality in a truly nondual way. Not just merging/unity with it and later separating again into something separate, but truly becoming it. Not oil mixed with water and shaken and later separated, but ice molten in water. Ice = Illusion-clouds of being separate/ego, Being= ice molten in the water, only water again. Turning the oil into ice and melting it is the process of transcending and letting the illusion-separate-self/ego die/transcend it. Seeing them (fast enough) as objects moving within onself and cutting it off, just to see what happens. If that succeeds, the visual field turns nondual, boundless/limitless (nothing can be apart from it), eternal (always here), and the Deep Identity Shifts from ego to Infinite Totality beyond all experience by BEING it. Enlightenment in other words. Becoming the elephant in Enlightenment, and telling about BEING the elephant, or touching the elephant in Awakenings while not truly becoming It (but Unity/Merging with it) and telling about its trunk/feet/ears as facets of Awakening. For sure then it appears there are always higher Awakenings with higher/more consciousness. I can fully understand how that perspective looks like, and before the big shift there will be no deviating from that. Either the deep identity shift happens, and the separate-self lense/filter/cloud can be fully seen through sobre, or not. Chasing/Grasping the facets/Awakenings prevents dropping/letting-go into the truly impersonal pure Infinite Consciousness/Being. What doesn't happen necessarily/normally in becoming the Elephant/Enlightenment is visiting some far out Astral/Subtle/Alien realms, or detailed mechanisms of manifestation. But that is manifestation/form-stuff, not the Infinite Absolute. But contained by it. Fascinating, fun and even important for sure. What humanity will do until the rest of eternity (more or less). But not as important as truly realizing and being ones True Being, just because the grasping never ends this way. I also liked the posts of Osaid. That is all how it really is and works. Do certain species have a unique intelligence that can't be replicated by other species even if they are way more advanced? Humans the bullshitting animal might be so good at bullshitting that certain inventions only come from humans. With all the alien stuff right now I wondered that if alien existed on planet earth if that's what they are after. They might be way more evolved but our bullshitting behavior might be worth the study because its no unique it gives unique knowledge. Just like we study animal and plant behavior and learn from it even though we are more evolved.

Is just because my Sun is in Leo and also Thundercats was a cartoon I use to like a lot. Even the sword that gives vision is somehow symbolic to me. Apart from that I created the name without thinking to much. But yes, if I could choose an Alien universe to live it would be one where cats are people and they use swords. Hehe
