what are your experienced and opinions on binaural beats ? when do you pay them ?
i find them mega relaxing and i have a better ability to stay in the moment when i play them, but i feel like it's sort of a bad thing because i "need" to be dependent on the beats in order to feel good, can you guys relate ?

one of my goals is to play a piece from Paganini on the violin flawlessly, I love playing violin I genuinely love it but sometimes I feel like I get more motivated when I get extrinsically motivated.
