@Meetjoeblack just say you are taking a sabbatical year to do personal work, that have been saving some money to do it. And if they keep asking tell them more specific detail. You need to feel confortable being weird, all of us feel the same.

@Neph similar to crying, dreams are purifications. You maybe are repressing some feelings while awake, but you can't repress bad dreams in sleeps. When you have a nightmare you have energy liberation. We should be grateful for nightmares ☺️

@Cocolove idk. This food topics are a delicated thing. If you feel prepared go vegan, but be honest if you star feeling bad, or maybe you can thrive.
I try veganism 2 years ago, gone bad. Then follow a regular diet. Now I can't tolerated chicken and eggs, and pork is becoming such a powerfull food, is like the taste is so strong.
My advice is to try for yourself and be mindful. Every body react different, depending on body awareness. ☺️

@MrDmitriiV are there other sounds that may trigger negative responses while in house? For example you named the guy in work making noises with their mouth. Is happening this in other places, what other sounds trigger this response?

If you go vegan mostly for animal compassion you're gonna suffer vitamin deficit.

@ROOBIO but have you been in India before? For I know you can get sick pretty quick, is a dirty place (I'm not being pejorative) I think is a radical move, maybe you can testing visiting a couple of weeks, see how things really works there.

@Elham thanks, really apreciate your answer. I always thought that women cover their body and faces so men can't feel desire towards them. It's like 'these women are creating this desire in my, so lets cover her bodies and faces' In way of externalizing the problem. And the religion and violence just get things worse...
Let us know if you leave Iran. What places are think of, what country. You must feel alienated living there, disable to do the things you like like drawing ?
Lately in my country happend something similar but just lasted 2 months. Can't imagine living like that.
