  1. Hey, I am going to this, dm me if you want to go with me haha.

Anyways, also wondering what people think of these events in general.

Very spontaneous for me but I feel like i don't have much to lose even if its not good. But I've been in a relationship since before i was 18 and now feel like i need to start cold approaching. I did for the first time 2 days ago and now have 6 times, its awesome.

  2. Just did my first cold approaches today. I had been in a relationship since 3-4 years ago, when I was still a minor so I never had a chance.

Now after 1.5 months of no contact I feel like I'm over it enough to start. Feels good.

The first one was a really nice conversation but she had a boyfriend. The second one just 10 seconds in said she was focusing on something and couldn't talk.

The anxiety melts away once you actually say the first thing. And even then it's really not that hard, but I have never been very scared of social awkwardness.

    Nice

I basically spend every waking minute of daylight outside, that's the minimum.

That amazing, so much better than what I was doing in Uni. You are inspiring and I am impressed. I assume you feel way better in alot of ways from a routine like this?

Yea I feel quite a contrast to when I took a break from the routine for a year or two. In high school I was doing 90 min strong determination sits every day for years, along with kriya. So I feel like im taking it easy now, but I am more busy and am working lots on life purpose, building a farm.

    @An young being

I do a couple exercises, mostly just shaking around my whole body while making vibrations from my deep stomach, or leaning back and doing deep breathing. I learned these from eliot hulse like 8 years ago. They are great.

@gettoefl That sounds very intense haha I could never sleep at 7.

@Anon212 Where do you hear that? I hope im not messing myself up haha. Wim hof draws from lots of yogic techniques so I wonder why that would conflict with kriya. For me I feel it helps build the kundalini in the 2nd and 3rd chakras.

  4. Ah yes that's true. Some days I don't get to them all but since its an exception I don't make a big deal of it.

Overall I think there are lots of traps to a list like this.

For a while I stopped but around 8 months ago I started again because I just became less conscious, as I didnt feel inspired to do these things as much when they werent part of a habit.

  5. @CARDOZZO What exactly do you mean by that.

Sometimes it becomes an ego thing and I feel like I need to get it done for the day, which is honestly better than not doing it at all.

I try to just use it as a guide for knowing what is good to do, and i don't set a time so that I can focus on doing it properly.

I don't really have a routine for when, except i forgot to mention, I do kriya and stretching right away as the morning routine.

  6. Hello,

I have a list of daily habits that's often changed over the years, but I'd like to share my current one in case it's helpful to anyone. Let me know if you have any questions.

Also very curious what other people do. I have this list on my phone calendar and delete each one after I do it, a to do list.

    -Kriya yoga

    -Wim hof method

    -Meditation

    -Stretching

    -Lifting (3-5 days a week)

    -Spend 5+ hours outside

    -Read

-Visualization (very important and effective for a quick practice)

    -Affirmations

-Physical therapy (such as working on joints, posture, muscular balance)

    -Gratitude

    -Bioenergetics

-massage chair (my university just got one)

-sun balls (I also have a rash that the sun helps and so I make sure to get sun where the sun doesn't usually shine since it's worse there (thighs))

-Love gratitude and meditation can work towards this, but I make it a practice to just feel gods love directly.

Ecological destruction is not so hard to reverse in the future with all the resources mankind will have.

nature regenerates itself very quickly too. But ecologies are very sensitive and it's not so easy to restore native habitat the more it's gone. Eventually we need to do it before it's too late, and I don't think technology is the answer, we have the resources to do it now.

  8. very curious what permanent damage you have incurred especially since you advocate for them. It's very challenging mentally but physically I haven't had any issues.

The other day on DMT I lost the need to breath  and didn't breath for a very long time and just eventually did even though I didn't feel the urge to. Like while doing wim hof but for 5 minutes. And after that I just didn't feel the need to. It was so strange. I met god, realized it was myself, and once I decided to come back into the ego I felt the urge to breath again.

  9. hm I've been having this exact question

I found one that does mushrooms with me and is very into being healthy and devleopment and stuff. For a while she said that she never wanted to go that far with spirituality but last time we did mushrooms she realized an ego death might be worth it.

I'm 21. Over the last 3 years I've influenced her a lot, I think you just need someone who is openminded and wants to grow, stage green is a good place to start.

  10. Idk man.. I've experienced total breakthrough transcendence of boredom and addiction on psychedelics. and I was still in this physical body. Even had peak experiences where I thought, 'this it it, i've cured all my addictions forever'

No reason one couldn't theoretically attain that level permanently, pretty sure Jesus or Buddha was mindful enough to not get sucked into tiktok.

  11. I had no idea it was a conspiracy theory, I thought anyone who cares about their health and looks into it would surely realize EMF's are harmful. I don't even know how to argue something so clear.

I'm really not trying to have a study war. there are thousands, to decent standards. Look at the sleep studies if you want the highest standard of cause and effect scientific method stuff.

"A number of studies have reported that RF-EMF exposure of animal models increases blood-brain barrier permeability, impairs intracellular calcium homeostasis, alters neurotransmitters, and increases neuronal loss and damage in brain tissue4,5,6,7,8. Epidemiologic studies have linked RF-EMF exposure from mobile phones with neurological and cognitive dysfunctions"
