  1. Hi guys, I've been following JC Stevens kriya guide book and I don't understand what he means by pulling the energy up to ajna chakra during maha mudra. He explained before that to access ajna chakra we need to concentrate either on medulla or point between the eyebrows. So, does that mean that I need to bring up the energy for instance to medulla? Or do I need to bring it directly at the center of the head? Do you guys have any idea? The qusetion arised after I looked at the Yoni mudra practice. As we mostly use posterior ksetrams, I thought that Medulla was the endpoint in Maha mudra. However, in the description of Yoni mudra, the author says that if one can't find Ajna chakra, one should use Medulla instead. That's why I got confused. We used ksetrams for accessing chakras and how come now I need to access Ajna chakra without using its posterior ksetram Medulla?
  2. I just remembered a parable that I was taught at school. So, a cat decides to take care of a lion cub whose mother has died. She teaches everything to the cub except climbing a tree just in case. Well, I believe we need to come down to earth from toxic orange values that are blinded by success and money, as well as from a naive liberal approach towards unlimited innovation and development. Unfortunately, the general public, especially in my country, seems to have little or no information about what's going on in the technological field. We are too preoccupied with the war between Russia and Ukraine, and any topic other than the war seems insignificant to them, as I have observed. I don't know how, but I think we need to involve more people in the AI discussion. My parents, elders, and most people around me who are not really into technology are in an information vacuum. It seems that the future of the world's population is being decided by a little bubble containing some leading business people, AI scientists, and people interested in technology
  3. Wow ? Do you know any books about that? I've been researching and there seems to be little or no materials referencing that
  4. Hi guys,✌️ I've been doing Ekagrata (yogic practice of concentration) for about a month and I've experienced quite remarkable changes in visual field. The object I observe (a beam of light resting on the closet handle) starts moving up and down, it even dissapears and appears on a different place leaving gray dots behind it. The light itself becomes very luminous and intensifies shining as I increase concentration. Sometimes, the beam even doubles. The whole room becomes smoky and it shakes giving me nauseous feelings. Simultaneously, I hear high pitched noice in the background. Lately, I've been seeing purple color coming out of the concentration object which covers almost the whole visual field. Btw, there is another handle on the left of the handle I observe and the light on it moves along too. Once, I hanged my coat on the second handle and it also started moving up and down. More than that, when I intensify concentration, I feel energy coming up from my stomach giving me very powerful sensations. Once, it was so powerful, it scared me to death (btw I feel that energy 'freeing' while doing meditation as I increase concentration on breathing) Have you guys experienced something like that? Or do you know some resources for further research? ? @Leo Gura
