If You think that all of what Sadhguru is on based on Youtube then You are correct. He himself calls it all circus. He never say believe in what he says, he just says try the methods he shares out, if it works for you good, if not drop it and move on, so his methods are where is real value is, not his youtube vids or the interviews he does, its all circus as he says, just to get ppl interested and curious, No belief involved, he's one of the most anit belief ppl I've researched...

Sadhguru definitely shares good material, which just makes it that much more frustrating to see him trying to sell us Hindu myths. He also spreads a fair amount of disinformation. My favourite one is when he says that 70% of the internet is pornography. I mean, we understand the point he’s trying to make, but why is he lying to his audience?

"Not believing your own thoughts, you’re free from the primal desire: the thought that reality should be different than it is. You realise the wordless, the unthinkable. You understand that any mystery is only what you yourself have created. In fact, there’s no mystery. Everything is as clear as day. It’s simple, because there really isn’t anything. There’s only the story appearing now. And not even that.” — Byron Katie

You once said you thought Sadhguru was one of the most awake people on the planet. Have you changed your mind on this?

Or, why does he always spout this arbitrary nonsense?

This is definitely not the type of insight you get by deconstructing your belief systems and inquire into direct experience :D

In life path number, it was called the master numbers. 11,22 & 33. I do think that 33 is a special number. It's good if you get married at 33. If you're a male.

You just can't believe anything you read on the internet.

Th best way to accomplish your goals and enjoy life is developing yourself. This involves internal and external work. And the last force which determines whether you accomplish it is LUCK! But do the work first then worry about luck next.

No I've seen in a lot of people's lives , once they get passed 33 they are no longer good. Or no longer attractive. They should have already had at least 3 children or the last age for marriage (ideal) is 33. I have seen a lot of men who lose their attractiveness once they've reached 34.

Obviously, you have never met me in person. Otherwise, you would have emphasized that there's an exception. And you might even add that age is just a number. :D ;)

He's a very conscious guy.

But I think he also has a lot of weird Hindu beliefs that he picked up as part of his cultural background. There's a lot of spiritual dogma and mythology that gets drilled into one's mind if you hang around yoga retreats and so on. And if you have a proper guru, he will fill your head will all sorts of untested ideas and myths.

Just because yoga works doesn't mean it doesn't come with many bad ideas on top of that. In fact, the more it works, the more BS you can add on top of it to fool yourself and others.

You can be Awake and still have plenty of bad beliefs. Awakening is not a cure-all for self-deception.

I don't think he himself believes in any of those weird things he is preaching, instead he most probably uses them to strengthen devotional practices among Hindu believers, and to raise his bar as a spiritual guru among the population which are on lower scales of conscious development and are strict followers of religious superstitions. When you give a seemingly logical reason for those superstitions, they would listen to you and think of you as someone who knows a thing or two about god. I don't know what his real intentions are, though.

I think the same, the guy is too smart to believe that nonsense, therefore he deliberately lies. reason? increase subscribers. Then i can't help but think about what else he lies. What more dishonest things does he do? Is there some truth or just lies? That the problem when you spread some lies, that you lose your credibility

How can you guys validate if it's true or not when no one here has any awareness of what impact moon and sun cycles have on human energy system. Nor any of you have the awareness of the pranic body to begin with even. So where is all that expertise and confidence coming from? If not from the ass.

The burden of proof is on Sadhguru in this case.

Maybe Sadhguru's claims are coming from the ass.

How many people would have what it takes to even understand the proof if such a one exists? Somebody can say e=mc^2. But to understand the proof you need to be at his level of awareness first. And to have his level of perception of life.

Simple honesty is this. Nobody among us are in the position to judge if the wild things that are being sayed here are true or not. "I don't know" is the only appropriate and truthful response in this situation. Every other response is just pretending to be know something.
