Just kidding.  I'm trying to find all kinds of ways to relate men and women to fruit. Men have Adam's Apples. Women sometimes do spray tans and make themselves orange. So, in these senses, perhaps. 

But otherwise, one thing that I realized when I was a teenager is that people are all like 99% similar to one another, if you zoom out a bit. It's only our closeness to the situation that makes us hone in on the differences. If you asked another species to identify the male and female of our species, they may have trouble discerning in lieu of the adornments we add to ourselves. Most human beings have a high degree of androgyny, even if they try to play up their polarity through body language and style. So, men and women are more like, lemons and limes. There are differences that can be noticed... if you have a familiarity with the flavors.

Men and women are fundamentally different in the reptilian brain- the part of the brain responsible for survival and reproduction; where masculinity and femininity reside. So anything relevant to survival and reproduction will be expressed differently by men and by women. Which is pretty much everything.

However, we are very similar in capability in our mammalian brains- the part of the brain responsible for emotions, and our higher brains- rationing, reasoning, creativity, logic, boundaries, consciousness etc. That is, we are all able to experience the same types and intensities of emotion, we are all able to work the same jobs, we can all be creative etc.

So what happens when you combine the reptilian brain with the mammalian and higher brain is you get a much higher probability that those mammalian and higher brains will be used in a masculine or feminine way. Not always but most of the time men will act like men and women like women because it is masculinity and femininity at the core that's powering everything; the spark plug of the engine if you will.

It's possible to overcome this core of our beings with enough willpower, but it will always be the default state, the natural state when you're not paying attention, when your observing ego is switched off and your habits come online. And it will feel much, much better for you to behave in accordance with your masculinity and femininity, to get all three brains lined up, instead of fighting it. In other words, women will feel most alive when they act like women, and men when they act like men.

nah, we may have fancy words to attempt to differentiate male from female but really they are two words for the same meaning. dick? bitch? you think it is different but it really is the same word if you stop and think about it.

the difference is created by belief in the difference. oh, no this isn't some enlightenment speak, I mean that sometimes words that we think mean different things, we differ them by comparing. saying a bitch is like nagging and a dick like arrogant. but really both are both. we just reinforces the binary by focusing on the ones we feel is more meaningful. but that meaning is only there because we insist!

 

if we actually stop and think what the full meaning of both are - the male and female associated words we try to segregate the genders by - we realize that all facets in either are in both. we bias the words and further the genders by hiding some facets and exposing others.

 

there really are some differences in the end, but they are negligible and small really, when trying to claim that men and women are different. of course, identification and exaggeration of what is feminine and what is masculine is a major role player in our development of our various relationships with our peers of both genders. and we choose our behaviors and possessions, attracted to some things and repelled by others, based off of gender. those are the only real differences between men and women, and they are quite superficial differences.

In my experience, the answer is in understanding feminine and masculine energy that both, man and women have. People with more feminine energy (mostly women), can find people who are more masculine (mostly man) hard to understand. I've found that this scenario happens because in most cultures girls and boys are raised a bit differently. Although they are different due to their hormone levels, and they could be naturally attracted to different things, I think that sometimes this typical "for girls/for boys" upbringing of kids can cause close-mindedness for grown man and women: a girl develops a mindset that is "too girly", or a boy becomes "too boyish", and that can really limit them into seeing the whole picture of themselves and the opposite sex.

If the person is capable to realize that he/she has both polarities within himself/herself, and accepts that there could be lot of different combinations regarding proportions of female and male energy, then he/she can percieve every person as unique. So if everyone is unique, that means will are all the same

It cannot understand that every being is not a man or a woman but a completely unique energy-entity that is ever-changing, that will never be the same it was and will always be something it was not.  
infinity is too complex for the ego. 
To try to grasps such concepts destroys it. Which is why I'd be very careful with trying to label immortal souls as men or women. 
You can be a man now while having been a women before, that doesn't change who you are. 
I don't think the physical world is real, and I don't believe that our bodies define us, much less our genders.

I have found the opposite to be true. If a woman tries to be only woman or if a man tries to be only man, then they are going to miss out on huge parts of themselves and reality. The masculine polarity is all about movement/transformation without substance. The feminine polarity is all about substance without movement/transformation. We need both to even exist. A man is not made by sperm alone nor a woman by egg alone. Human beings are highly androgynous by nature as we both contain the masculine and feminine.  It is only our social customs that makes us want to polarize our gender in the first place. And likewise, it is our social customs now that make us want to ignore the existence of masculinity and femininity. It's only when we can own both sides of the polarity that naturally occur in each individual that we can truly be alive in the fullest sense. It is the masculine/feminine polarity that creates life itself. Without both aspects of ourselves, we become dead and inert.
