Because sex is the sorting mechanism of human natural selection.

It's not really supposed to be a random fuckfest. Nature is literally evaluating if you're worthy of fertilizing human females. 

The whole point of it is women select the men that are the best in their generation and breed with them to create better humans. If a woman mates with an inferior mate then she's making the human race go backward and she's failing evolution itself. 

If you look at it in biological terms then you should be really offended if you can't get laid. It's nature literally telling you that your genes should die off.

I'd take game/self-improvement pretty damn seriously because subjectively the consequences are pretty grand. If you wanna put it on a universal scale then I guess it doesn't matter too much but personally, my ego gets pretty offended when the female of my species don't wanna mate with me. 

This is why incels sometimes literally shoot up schools. Because reproduction is not a joke, if you can't get laid then it's basically like the human race in itself is giving up on you.

Porn is giving peace to your brain and telling it that you're doing fine; you're seeing naked females so they must be okay with you.

Ironically, pickup guys are anti-reproduction. Healthy kids are not usually raised by players, but by provider guys with a bad case of Oneitis.

Many women actually really want to invest in a man. Those men get a lot of things immediately taken care of for them and a life partner. There's a synergy that pays off in career, finances, family and in so many other ways. Men and women are made to work with one another in a brilliantly designed complimentary fashion. 

With pickup you're putting in massive effort and slamming on the brakes. The efficiency sucks.

It’s the same, just without the ‘tribe’ (alpha / beta), and self referential value / judgmental comparative thinking (delusion). Then it’s as easy as, the same as, anything else experienced, or if you like, ‘you’re doing’. Business as rape and pillage is a very heavy & discordant projection of an ideology comprised of reactive adaptation conducive only to manipulation of people, as compared to doing business with people. That’s just me though, gotta try it for yourself to see.

Physical safety, essentially. It’s not hard to see why or understand. Aside from this being like 90%+ of the reason why I would suggest against rationalizing or analyzing women through some evolution model. It’s a dead end and won’t get you laid. Just know that the majority of women need to feel safe before they sleep with you. You’re better off focusing on stuff about the masculine/feminine and releasing limiting beliefs.
