Hell No. The female genital is capable of multiple orgasm so it is possible to have orgasm every time you have sex.

It's really easy, at least in theory. You are probably an overthinker. If that is the case, you need to drop the thoughts and flow with your emotions. Meditation can help a lot! Also, exercise, healthy and enough food, hydrated body, massage, and other stuff can make a difference. Avoid exhaustive work, fasting, not sleeping enough, not resting enough, bad postures, etc... Really, just basic adjustments.

This will not reset your sexual fantasies, but rather will ignite your libido. Don't make resetting your fantasies a priority or even a goal. Instead, aim at sparking that sexy sensation that you are looking for, by any means.

@Elham It can also do quite the opposite, probably not, who knows. If i don't masturbate for long enough a woman's body doesnt arouse me at all and i will think about sex less than 10 minutes a day with almost no attachment to it at the age of 23, with all the hormones. (Ofc sex is much different than masturbation). By the way i heard some girls just do that ro get orgasm faster.

Masturbation is the most beautiful thing in the world. It has no toxic effects. 

It has never impacted my sex life, rather it has helped my sex life a great deal. 

Masturbation is the king of orgasms. Maybe you and your guy should do it. 

I do experience multiple orgasms and masturbation has helped me a lot with that early on in my life. The earlier the better.
