Hair Growth remedies that works?

I want to share some good tips that worked for my hair growth and hair health.

First of all, the book recommended on the list, Medical Medium, is a foundation. I noticed hair loss and expensively dry hair at 33 years old.  Restoring thyroid health has improved hair texture as it said in the book and less hair in the shower drain.

• GHK Cu copper peptide once a week with derma stamp 0,5mm needle
• scalp massage
• No shampoo (only homemade with aloe vera gel)
• Shower filter

The book says Artichoke is a must and been taking some of the supplements that are recommended there:

• Licorice root
• spirulina from Hawaii
• b 12
• cats claw
• magenisum
• lemon balm

No dairy foods, eggs, cheese, and NEVER pork.

All salads I can find in the store.

 

 

Anyone know some good haircare remedies that work?

GHK CU peptide is legit.

@D2sage Are you talking about male pattern baldness (Androgenic Alopecia)? Probably not, because it doesn't get fixed with diet or supplements.

It can be helped with minoxidil (helps with regrowth) and finasteride which is DHT blocker (which comes with many side-effects).

Yes I use minoxidil for my head and beard . Works magic .

some supplements do work like b12.

How long did it take to see results on your head?

I've just started using 2ml a day topical, it's been 2 weeks, and I've heared I have to give it at least 6 months to see if it works or not.

Yes you should start seeing noticeable changes around the 6 months mark .
