Speaking of, some guy the other day was crashing out in the street arguing with himself, shouting "your not god, your a fa*" and punching the air. Really beating down too, going full chimp. Was either Noselfself or Unborntao 😂

Leo needs to chill if these dude lose their minds like that. It's a mental health crisis bro.

Maybe you’re joking by the comparison there, but if you genuinely think they are like that then I think you should revaluate your intuitive abilities a bit 🙂‍↔️🤚🏻 (discovered some new emoji combo)

Unborntao was like that. He just wants to know what is True beyond any cosmology, no matter how you feel, think or act. Mad respect to that.

If you do not embody an insight, this is not yours. It is just hearsay, belief or faith.

If you say YOU ARE GOD -> you had a direct experience of that + you embody this insight, then you're OK.

I can't believe in anyone who says they are GOD, no matter how powerful, intelligent or beautiful they are. (Note: I am talking about every member on this forum who says that.)

Serious spirituality is not about belief, preferences, authority or anything related to the human paradigm.

@Sugarcoat have you had a look at the (quite remarkable) stuff available regarding remote viewing?

Another form of non-local awareness perception

You are referring to specific resources? I haven’t looked into it that much no

I like the wording “non local awareness” it does make sense to call it that in a way imo. “Perception” is accurate too but it’s tricky in that for me awareness and perception overlap in their meanings

I am joking and I think they are crazy people. If you get banned of a forum for crashing out over some bs than you got bigger problems.

Be careful with these types of beliefs.

Real telepathy happens through technology. It's even far superior than that outdated myth.

Here we are all communicating remotely without even knowing one another. We can even change the form of communication to include sounds and visuals, and likely other effects in the future.

Geniuses have actually collaborated to make it possible, and greedy capitalists spread it for everyone.

We don't need telepathy. We have technology.

You’re talking as if you’re perceiving that belief is the main basis + some experience, rather than the opposite where experience is the basis then belief, interpretations etc build upon them, and also changes with more experiences, hence not so “fixed”.

I feel like your comparison is only valuable if someone would try to use telepathy as main communication or something, we’re using technology every day, psychic stuff, more or less obvious, only adds to it rather than subtract

Im not trying to drag this much longer, Ive also felt sometimes I should be even more mindful when I write, so I understand you don’t wanna excessively discuss it here, as you said, but wanted to make some statements

I've felt before that I was communication telepathically with people and other minds but the utility of that is limited beyond feeling a general sense of connectiveness and belonging with the world. We have to accept that we are living in material reality and we are separate entites and abide by the rules of the game otherwise dangerous delusions and psychosis are right around the corner. Technology is the proven realiable way to communicate with people at scale, other methods are unrealiable even if more true fundamentally.

I've felt before that I was communicating with the mind of Steve Jobs as he was in India taking psychedelics and on that same path as him of pushing humanity forward and it was a cool thought but doesn't relate to my daily life. It's probably true because I do believe in non-duality and we are all the same mind but I'm now very careful between absolute truth and the very real consequences of real life.

If everything is God does that not make God you?

There is a saying here emphasized by @Synchronicity and it serves well.

You are not God. God is you.

Meaning the ego is not all of God.  This isn't entirely accurate either though.  You aren't the ego  but you as God are in an egoic state - the ego is merely one state of consciousness providing the illusion that you are a person.  When you are in fact the whole thing and can be in a state of consciousness that reveals this.  But when in such a state that is all there is.  That state of consciousness is all there is.  Have you ever seen anything else? Will you ever?

So you ARE God, whether the you is in an egoic, illusory state or in full God state, it is still the same

@Leo Gura I think it is fair for you to be annoyed with these claims.

1. You are not forcing adherence to any ideology.

2. Others probably conflate your claims of absolute truth with absolutism.

3. You give many different sources such as the book list, creating diversity rather than an absolutistic stance.

4. You are frequently being characterized as a narcissist with no obvious way of proving a negative without extensive psychological study.

5. It probably hurts your business in the process of being alienated with no way of combating what sounds like slander.

6. When accused of being a cult leader, any argument you supply runs into the problem of proving a negative. "He is just saying that because he is a cult leader." There is no way around the narrative once it is set.

@trenton Well said.

@Miguel1 Thanks.

A similar example of proving a negative would be unconscious bias in things like racism and sexism. Can you prove that you do not have an unconscious racial bias? I can't say "I have black friends" because that would be the proximity argument. I can't say "I'm not racist" because that would be defensiveness which makes me look racist. Theoretically, if I accused you of being racist, then how in theory could you possibly prove that you are not racist and have no unconscious bias? I am very curious to know the answer to this because I don't think there is one.

I believe the best defense against this would be if a person were born blind, deaf, and mentally disabled such that they can never learn communication at all. That way they would have no way of knowing that race exists. They would be truly color blind.

Leo has a similar problem with being made to prove a negative. Sometimes it is actually impossible.

Just ask 'show me where I was racist'

This looks like psychological splitting for everyone inclusively more than it does a wise appraisal and engineering of a long term solution.

Sam Vaknin has good videos on this.

Please everyone concerning, just stay aligned with your deeper self.

Best wishes.
