I did the exercise of going to the grocery shop and buying the many different types of apples, slicing, and tasting them. That day I learned that Pink Lady was my favorite apple.

The confidence to do my own sense making with the humbleness of true scepticism is by far the most valuable thing Leo provided to me.

Lessons that I liked:

• The counter-intuitive nature of life. Facing fears makes you grow, life gets good this way.
• The possibility of investing in your happiness. Answering the question of what makes you appreciate your life more? 
• The clarification of what the Universe really is. That I am of Cosmic proportions.
• The change of mind about Solipsism. That you can fall in love with it and that in fact that's the only way of understanding it. That if you find it ugly it's just delusion, that that would be just more hallucination. How utterly astounding.

I went through a lot to get to this point, I did have to wrestle in the mud for long periods of time until finally accepting some things. Still I understand 0.01% of what's intended. But I am ambitious and at peace at the same time. Life is so so weird.

In one of Leo’s videos, he knocked on his head and said something to the effect of ‘Haha-right now. Yes. Hello. Right now. You’re dreaming. Wakey. Wakey.’ and I about shit myself.

Also, the concept of a limit needing a limiter. And that EVERYTHING cannot be limited because you would need a limiter. And if that limiter is not unlimited it needs a limiter and so on. Infinite regression. The amount of power needed to limit an endless stream of limiters is less rational than there just being one unlimited limiter that can do what it wants and accounts for everything.

Then, you realize everything is the same thing and you’re listening to a YouTube video you made, sitting on yourself, thinking about yourself, being yourself, doing yourself, as yourself, in yourself, around yourself and you take a break for awhile, not seeing quite the same use in watching the videos.

The situations where I feel personally attacked are mostly because I am unable to get a sense of the big picture.
