The diet is just really restricted which makes it more difficult to get everything. I would be most sceptical about protein.

I jerked off every day 3 times a day and then did it for 400 days first try. After a few months it became pretty easy, jerking off just wasnt on the table anymore and that was fine. I had a wet dream every month or so though. I didnt even stop because I could continue anymore, I just didnt see the point in it.

I cant recall that I got any kind of energy boost from it. 

It was a psychological milestone though.

See even if i don't jerk off regularly, I rarely have wet dreams anymore, and i think it comes to what i said before, that it depends on our subconscious programming and where our energy is around sex and sexual and unmet desires, and overall how well our body is circulating this energy so it doesn't become stagnant and build up leading to a wet dream. Sexual energy is like our spiritual charge, if we don't use it in creative ways it can build up and become destructive, and its not limited to sex and ejaculation at all. Its simply creative energy, some call this prana or chi or universal energy.

I am aware of those groups, however we are biologically and anatomically very different to felines and true carnivores. I have had enough back and forth with people on this subject and personally know two people who recently died from that diet, its a severe disorder in my eyes.

I can also understand where you come from and your beliefs around fruit and its only because we've been taught that way, its ok, but you will find that regardless of these things, you are alive and functioning and often healthier than ever when done correctly, so who makes these amounts we need, cause by the end of the day, as i said before, my chronometer charts were 90 - 100% in the green. I'll share an example of a fruitful day which often includes a smoothie or salad. Other days I have even less or just fruit and usually feel better, in health, less becomes more.

Yes avocado is full of amino acids, essential fatty acids and other goodness but it does have some omega 3 too, as all fruits do, so when you stack them up by the end of the day, it gives you enough as you can see above, but it really depends on whats enough for you and your body, not what you been taught or think is enough. Because our bodies change over time, some of us need much less than others, it depends on how 'efficient' your body is.

For example, I have a friend who is Fruitarian for 8 years now and eats roughly 1500 - 2000 calories a day and has more muscle and is heavier than me cause he spends more time training at the gym and his job is physically intensive. He averages 30 - 40g protein a day max. Its because his body is very clean and efficient so he absorbs optimally, whereas some people can't build with 2 - 3 x more protein or calories because their bodies are a cesspool of waste full of critters, mold, fungus, and parasites, so they don't absorb anything, most of the nutrients get burned, consumed and wasted.

Its not a restricted diet if you are educated on the subject, there are thousands if not millions if types of fruit out there, especially in the tropics, every flavor and texture you can think of, every color and fragrance under the sun. I have tasted fruit that taste like every other food a westerner eats and felt more nourishment without the sluggishness that comes from what i consider non-ideal foods. I would argue all other diets are limited and restricted. If you know how to navigate and what to look for, you will feel far more abundant than you feel restricted, but i can understand most people have not gone into this route as deeply to experience and taste the levels of health, sobriety and inner-freedom i discuss about here.

Well the semen needs to be renewed physiologically, so if you dont do it, its forced out somehow and healthy. In my wet dreams I dreamed about taking a piss, it wasnt even erotic lol. Or are you arguing that you change your physiology?

I didnt know Seeds and Nuts were allowed. That makes the diet much more reasonable of course. 

Only B12 and EPA/ DHA omega 3s and salt are missing it seems. Easy supplements. Cant think of a critique of this diet implemented in this way on the getko tbh. And pretty mindblowing that you get a decent amount of protein from just fruit.

However why do you think humans are frugivores? We can clearly digest both plants and meat. Archeologists will tell you that depending on the environement we would rely sometimes more on meat and sometimes more on plants, whatever we found basically. When we invented the fire and cooking our digestive tracks and teeth adapted massively to cooked food. So thats the weird origin of our guts which doesnt point to frugivore at all, moreso uniquely to a cooked omnivore diet.
