My ex used to train for triathlons and totally destroy his body, taking months to recover. Huge let down after the race as he had nothing to work towards because he literally dicked his own body.

Don't get me wrong, I am a huge fitness girl. But balance and care for the body, not mindless meat grinder winner mode...

@Leo Gura Here you are wrong. You dont need understanding for intelligence. Claude mythos archieved superhuman reasoning and it doesnt need to understand. It doesnt matter. It has be done with LLM without changing the architectur. Just training the LLM on proper chain-thoughts instead of just the result lead to this jump.

Go for it, it's fun. I ran a half-marathon last year and it was fun, physically challenging but I trained for it and I'll probably do it again this year.

I think there's nothing unhealthy or something to deconstruct about running a half-marathon, you'll get fitter in preperation for it. Just don't run half-marathons daily or weekly, is the point.
