Share Your Vape Tech

My favorite vape tech has been discontinued by the manufacturer and I'm looking for other newer alternatives.

Please share which vape devices you found effective for vaping pure chemicals like DMT or 5-MeOs.

I am not talking about pipes or vape carts. I mean stuff like e-mesh devices, dab rigs, mods, etc. I'm talking about electronic devices that can be used to vaporize pure chemicals without using vape juice or any mediums. These can be surprisingly challenging to find.

Leo, you'll have to provide 5-MeO-DMT at your retreat for those who want to go all the way. 

Don't let stupid laws lead you to providing "lesser" legal chemicals.

Obviously don't advertise your retreat as such; just vet the people who attend such that you are sure that they're trust worthy.

@Leo Gura I work at a head shop and have sold multiple of the Lookah Pythons to people looking to vaporize DMT. They say it works really well.

Is it not difficult to dose dmt on those things? Because some residue might stick in the chamber and you might get an overdose.

That can be an issue. You have to be wise about it. Don't keep dumping in more chemical until you burned off what you already put in. This takes experience to understand. You develop a feel for when there is still plenty of chemical left but not fully vaporized.

And some devices are better at it than others. So finding the right device is important.

Better to get a crack pipe and throw it away after couple of uses. I'm not raw dogging burned stuff that is burned 20 times back to back.

What about e-mesh? I don't think there is anything more efficient and portable as e-mesh.

It's easy to gather parts needed to build it.

@shree This is almost the exact setup I use, except that I prefer a short mouthpiece to ensure that no DMT resublimates in it and I inhale the exact quantity that I put in. So far emesh the cleanest and most effective method for vaping tryptamines that I've come across. @Leo Gura I can recommend.

For anyone that doesn't know: The emesh is a stainless steel mesh coil that you place your DMT on. You then heat that coil up and it immediately vaporizes the complete dose. The main benefits are, that once you got the technique down, it is extremely precise regarding dosing and that you inhale only DMT no vape juice. Also it's a lot less harsh to the throat and it doesn't taste like breathing the fumes of burning tires.

You could use this gear:
- Mesh Coil
- Vape Mod
- Stainless steel mesh

I have this . I thought maybe it would be too hot for DMT.
